Their respective Trainers Mr. Manvendra Singh and Mr. Aashay Doctor were advised to give charges adequate gate practice. Jockey Y S Srinath, the rider of TSAVO, reported loss of whip passing the 400 metres.

 AL TO VI TO (App P Vikram) ran detached from the field during the early and middle stages of the race.
Zephir
 b g ZEPHIR (Afzal Khan) was examined by the Veterinary Officer behind the starting gates and found lame on right fore. Under the circumstances the gelding was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. Jasbir Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

 An objection was lodged by Jockey Hindu Singh, tie rider of VIAREGGIO placed 2nd by the Judge against Jockey Md Islam, the rider of JEZZABELLE placed 1st, on the grounds of “first 100 metres he came on to me so sharply, I narrowly escaped from clipping its heels which cost me a certain race”. The Stewards after interviewing Jockeys Hindu Singh and Md. Islam, viewing the CCTV replay of the race and taking into consideration the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Stewards decided to over rule the objection. The “All Clear” signal was ordered to be hoisted. The objection fee of Rs. 2,500/ deposited by Jockey Hindu Singh was forfeited.

 The Stipendiary Stewards not being satisfied with the explanations tendered by the Trainer and Jockey, decided to fine Mr. Jasbir Singh and Mr. Mohit Singh a sum of Rs. 15,000/ each for the unsatisfactory running and riding of ch g CAIDEN in that after taking a very good start which placed the gelding in a advantageous forward position, the rider for some inexplicable reason then placed his mount in a disadvantageous position by restraining it from improving with the rest of the field and on entering the straight when placed along the rails he failed to immediately capitalize on the clear run available to him at that time.

 TRAFALGAR (Dashrath Singh) was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances the colt was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked by the Starter.
Tia Queen
 The stirrup iron used on TIA QUEEN (C S Jodha) broke while being stalled. As there was insufficient time to replace the equipment, the filly was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders.

 Subsequent to the race day, b m ETERNALLY on an endoscopic examination was found to have a “GRANULOMATOUS GROWTH” inside the upper respiratory tract thereby causing partial blockage of airway passage. Tr. H S Bath was advised not to accept with the mare till certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
