| | Jockey C.A.Brisson and Trainer B.Suresh were questioned regarding the running and riding of ROYAL CURRENCY. Trainer stated that his instructions were to hit the front or sit second if chased and do his best in the straight as the filly had a single short burst. The Jockey corroborated the instructions given by the Trainer and stated that he tried to save his mount for as long as he could and hence began riding out only on entering the straight. The explanations tendered were noted for future reference. |

| | At the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards, the Stewards ordered and held an enquiry into the running of the Race with particular reference to the start of `HOPE AND GLORY` (R. Manish) in the above Race. The Stewards held an Enquiry and interviewed the official Starter Mr. Siddharth Dhamasenan and Dr. T. Jayendra Balaji. They examined Jockey R. Manish, the rider of `HOPE AND GLORY`. They repeatedly viewed the CCTV replay of the Race. In the light of the above, the Stewards after due deliberations decided to declare `HOPE AND GLORY`, a nonstarter in the above Race. |
