SeahorseSEA HORSE (Jai Parkash) was slowly away and lost about 3 lengths. Trainer Rajinder has been asked to give sufficient gate practice before next accepting to race.

Autumn GoldOn a request from Trainer Bharat T Singh, AUTUMN GOLD was examined at 11.15 P.M. on 02 Jan 2019 and was found to be lame. As such, the mare was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. The Trainer has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to presenting his charge for any future trial or race.
Master JeffersonThe Club’s Veterinary Officer reported MASTER JEFFERSON was found to be lame by its left hind leg while being paraded in the Paddock, as such, was withdrawn before coming under starter’s orders. Trainer S Nawab has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to presenting his charge for any future trial or race. As a consequence of MASTER JEFFERSON being withdrawn, no deduction either on Win or Place was affected.
ProfitableOn a request from Trainer A Khan, PROFITABLE was examined at 12.15 P.M. on 02 Jan 2019 and was found to have Jaundice /High fever. As such, the mare was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. The Trainer has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to presenting his charge for any future trial or race.
Stardom CallingJockey Dhanu Singh Deora(STARDOM CALLING) has been fined Rs.1000/ for the improper use of the whip, wherein the mare kept an erratic course under the use of whip in the straight. The Veterinary examination of STARDOM CALLING revealed no apparent abnormality.
Godstouch At the start,GODSTOUCH (GS Shekhawat) was slowly away. FLEMENCO (Shaliyar Khan) took a fly jump.

Roses Are ForeverPassing 900 metres, ROSES ARE FOREVER (Arman Ali Jafri) has been fined Rs.1000/ for allowing his mount to shift in and causing interference to IMPERIAL PRINCESS (SMosin).
Imperial PrincessAfter the race, IMPERIAL PRINCESS was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 8 weeks (2nd time). Trainer S Nawab has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to his charge being presented for any future trial or race.
GleneaglesJockey Praveen Saini (GLENEAGLES) when questioned, stated that passing 200 metres his whip got entangled with his reins which he could not free till the end of the race. After having heard the Jockey and giving his benefit of doubt, he has been fined Rs. 2000/ for Incompetent riding and warned for the future.
Sweet StarAt the start, SWEET STAR (MB Qureshi) whipped around and dropped its rider. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked. Trainer Bharat T Singh has been asked to show the filly in Mock race to the satisfaction of the Starter before next accepting to race.

5 (126) THE WANDERING STAR PLATE (DIV-II)

Amazing InfernoThe left iron of the stirrup on the saddle of AMAZING INFERNO (Arman Ali Jafri) broke soon after the jumped out and the Jockey was dislodged. The Jockey was declared medically unfit to ride.
DarjeelingJockey SA Shah (DARJEELING) has been fined Rs.3,000/ for using his whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount.
SacharinesAn objection was lodged by Jockey Akash Rajput (SACHARINES), placed second by the Judge against DARJEELING (SA Shah), placed first by the Judge for “coming in sharply and bumping me badly after passing 200 metres even after he continued to show the whip to my mount till the end of the race due to which my mount was shifted and refuse to gallop properly due to that cost me a certain race”. The Stewards held an enquiry after the race and interviewed the Jockeys concerned and after deliberations, and considering the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Stewards and based on their own observation of the race, the Stewards decided to overrule the objection. The Security deposit was refunded.

6 (127) THE SET ALIGHT PLATE (DIV-I)

Love You LotsAn enquiry has been initiated into the improved performance of LOVE YOU LOTS.
Baba O BabaAt the start, SIMMAROW (S Amjad Khan) was slowly away and failed to raise an effective gallop. NEBULOUS (SA Shah) took a fly jump.
Double BoostAfter the race, DOUBLE BOOST was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for a stipulated period of 4 weeks (1st time). Trainer Zulfiqar Khan has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to his charge being presented for any future trial or race.
BontangNear 1100 metres, BONTANG (MB Qureshi) shifted inwards possibly due to the presence of MAGICAL SCRIPT (C Umesh) on its outside and went on to AMAZING MOONLIGHT (Narain Singh) who in turn tightened ASHWA DHRUVI (Dilip Singh). Near 300 metres, BONTANG drifted inwards and went across the Track. The Jockey also reported that the filly ran scared during the race. In view of her behaviour, Trainer Bharat T Singh has been asked to show the filly in Mock race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting to race.
Ashwa DhruviThe Veterinary examination of ASHWA DHRUVI & BONTANG revealed no apparent abnormality.

7 (128) THE SET ALIGHT PLATE (DIV-II)

BlavatskyBLAVATSKY was examined at the start by the Club’s VO and was found to be exhausted and appeared in shock, as such, was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. As a consequence of BLAVATSKY being withdrawn, a deduction of 20% on win and 50% on place bets was affected.
LoveableSoon after the start, LOVEABLE (Sameer Khan) shifted in sharply before the Red Marker, as such, Jockey Sameer Khan has been severely reprimanded.
Think About MeTrainer HA Khan and Jockey Syed Asgar were questioned regarding the running and riding of THINK ABOUT ME. The instructions were to be in a comfortable position as the gelding could be in and to do his best in the straight. It was put to the Jockey that he was in good position after the start and between 800 metres and 600 metres, he had ridden his mount in check and did not let the gelding race freely thereby losing his position and in the straight his riding was feeble, though the gelding had finished 3rd. The Trainer was satisfied with the Jockey’s riding effort. As the explanation of the Trainer and the Jockey was not found satisfactory both, Trainer HA Khan and Jockey Syed Asgar, have been fined Rs.5,000/ each for unsatisfactory running and riding of THINK ABOUT ME.
Amazing MiracleJockey R Parvesh (AMAZING MIRACLE) has been fined Rs.5,000/ for not sufficiently persevering with his mount in the straight.
Grey TigerAt the start, GREY TIGER (Praveen Saini) was converged upon as AL QARAM (R Rakesh) jumped awkwardly inwards and PATIALA PEG (Muzammil Hashmi) jumped awkwardly outwards. An enquiry has been initiated in to the running and riding of GREY TIGER and improved performance of LOVEABLE.
What A Nice ManWHAT A NICE MAN (Naresh Kumar) jumped out awkwardly.
