In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.
Way To FantasyJockey A Ashok Kumar the rider of WAY TO FANTASY reported that his mount was running erratically after entering the straight. Trainer Mr. B Puttanna was informed to get it checked by his Veterinarian and take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Atomic QueenJockey J Pradeep the rider of ATOMIC QUEEN was fined Rs.2,000/ for not persevering with his mount in the final 200 Metres of the race. Jockey J Pradeep the rider of ATOMIC QUEEN was fined Rs.2,000/ for his negligence pertaining to weighing ‘in’.
Sneak A PeakTrainer Mr. R Mallikarjuna was fined Rs.500/ for making an error in the starting declaration in respect of his charge SNEAK A PEAK as regards shoeing.

5 (110) THE HOTEL R R R GOLD CUP
A Handicap for Horses rated 60 & ABOVE		 1400M
ChintzJockey Nausad Alam the rider of CHINTZ was fined Rs.3,000/ for not maintaining a straight course during the final stages of the race.
Captain's LoverJockey P S Chouhan was fined Rs.2,000/ for having accepted two rides in the above race. Trainer Mr. B Prithviraj was fined Rs.2,000/ for declaring Jockey P S Chouhan to ride his charge CAPTAIN’S LOVER in the above race without ascertaining the availability of the rider concerned. Subsequently he was permitted to declare Jockey Gaurav Sapra to ride his charge. An objection was lodged by Jockey Gaurav Sapra the rider of CAPTAIN’S LOVER, placed Second by the judge, against Jockey Nausad Alam the rider of CHINTZ, placed First for ‘in the last 75 Metres, I found the gap towards the rails, which the winner closed, whereby I had to stop riding momentarily, which cost me a certain race.’ The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection.

She's A Lady (O)Jockey S Shiva Kumar the rider of SHE’S A LADY was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to PRESET (N Tauseef Ahmed) on his inside approaching the 900 Metres.
