Queens Gate	At the start, QUEENS GATE (S. Zervan, dr.5) jumped inwards on to ON VA DANSER (App. Raghuveer Singh, dr.4) causing the latter to be steadied.
Blazing Bay	After the race, Jockey Bhawani Singh (BLAZING BAY) reported that his mount hung out throughout the race despite his efforts. Trainer Karthik Ganapathy has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding. After the race, BLAZING BAY was trotted and found to be sound.
Dancing Jade	Approaching the 800 metres, DANCING JADE (Kishore Kadam) shifted out on to ON VA DANSER (App. Raghuveer Singh), who in turn shifted out inconveniencing SUPREME BEING (Amyn Merchant). After the race, Jockey Kishore Kadam stated that his mount was very keen and in his effort to settle the filly, she had shifted out. The Jockey’s explanation was noted.
Supreme Being	On arrival at the start, SUPREME BEING (Amyn Merchant) was examined by the Club’s Sr.V.O. who certified him fit to race. Thereafter, SUPREME BEING (Amyn Merchant) was reluctant to be stalled. Trainer Ivor Fernandes has been asked to give the gelding more gate practice and show him to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

2	(121)	THE CHEF D`OEUVRE PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 4 TO 30 - (4 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1800M
			2.30 P.M.

His Master's Vice	Jockey Yash Narredu (HIS MASTER’S VICE) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being his first offence during the current Pune Meeting, he has been fined Rs.3,000/.
The Flutist	Jockey N.S.Parmar (ADONIJAH) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being his first offence during the current Pune Meeting, he has been fined Rs.3,000/.
Shivalik Skies	SHIVALIK SKIES (S. G. Prasad) was slow to begin and thereafter was hesitant to raise a fluent gallop and ran detached from the field. Trainer Vijay Kasbekar has been asked to take remedial measures and show the mare in a Mock Race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting with her to race.

Black Cherry	After the race, Jockey N. S. Parmar (BLACK CHERRY) reported that his mount was inclined outwards. Trainer Narendra lagad has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race t he filly.
Shae	After the race, Jockey Yash Narredu (SHAE) reported that his mount hungin in the straight. Trainer Nosher Cama has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly. After the race, SHAE was trotted and found to be sound.

4	(123)	THE OCTOBER HANDICAP A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46 - (3 years old only)	1200M
			3.30 P.M.

Makhtoob	The Equine Hospital reported that MAKHTOOB had injuries to both eyes (sore eyes, lacrimation) and SANDMAN had right eye injury (sore eye).
Sandman	At the start, SANDMAN (Y. S. Srinath, dr.4) jumped inwards and made contact with MAKHTOOB (C. S. Jodha, dr.3). Passing the 700 metres, SANDMAN (Y. S. Srinath) shifted in and went across MAKHTOOB (C. S. Jodha) causing the latter to be steadied. Jockey Y. S. Srinath has been cautioned.
Divine Glory	The Sr.V.O. reported that at the behest of the trainer, DIVINE GLORY was scoped at the Equine Hospital after the race and was found to have guttural pouch empgema and upper respiratory track infection (EIPH Gr.I). After the race, DIVINE GLORY and TAKE IT EASY were trotted and found to be sound. DIVINE GLORY had an injury at the left hind fetlock and SANDMAN had lost its left fore shoe.

5	(124)	THE THREPTIN FILLIES` & MARES` STAKES (GR.3) TERMS - 3 YEARS OLD & UPWARD	1800M
			4.00 P.M.

Watchmyscript	WATCHMYSCRIPT (S.Zervan) and TURNING POINT (C.S.Jodha) jumped out slow losing about 2 lengths each at the start.
Roberta	The Sr.V.O. reported that ROBERTA was declared to run with bandages on both fore legs but ran without any bandages. Trainer P.Shroff has been fined Rs.1,000/ for his lapse. The Sr.V.O. reported that ROBERTA was examined at the stables in the morning on 07/10/2019 and found to be sound in the trot.
Eyes For You	EYES FOR YOU (N.S.Parmar) was reluctant to reach the starting point. Trainer Rehanullah Khan has been asked to take remedial measures.

6	(125)	THE KEJRIWAL TROPHY A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 66 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1200M
			4.30 P.M.

Bunting	The Sr.V.O. reported that after saddling, BUNTING played up in the Saddling Enclosure injuring herself on the right hind cannon, as such, the mare was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. The Trainer is required to obtain a fitness certificate for the mare from the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.
Ashwa Shine	Jockey Akshay Kumar (ARC SHINE) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being his first offence during the current Pune Meeting he has been fined Rs.3,000/.
Domination	Passing the 800 metres, DOMINATION (App. Aniket Karande) who was racing between STAR COMRADE (App. A. Prakash) and PHILADELPHIA (App. P. Vinod) was tightened for room and had to be steadied.
Queen Credible	QUEEN CREDIBLE (Bhawani Singh) jumped out slow losing about 3 lengths at the start.
Fine Tune	Passing the 700 metres, FINE TUNE (S. J. Sunil) shifted in and went across UNTITLED (App. D. R. Shubham) causing the latter to be checked and drop back, due to which GOLD FIELD (Santosh G.) who was racing on its haunches also had to be checked. After questioning, Jockey S. J. Sunil has been suspended for 25th October, 2019 for careless riding (permitted to ride work/mock race).
Tenerife	After the race, Jockey S. Zervan (TENERIFE) reported that his mount was tentative in the final stages of the race and hence he did not ride her out. The Sr.V.O. reported that at the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards, TENERIFE was scoped at the Equine Hospital after the race and was found to be EIPH (Gr.II). After the race, TENERIFE was trotted and found to be sound.

7	(126)	THE STRELITZIA PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 4 TO 30 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1400M
			5.00 P.M.

We Make The Rules	WE MAKE THE RULES (Akshay) refused to be stalled despite substantial efforts, as such, the gelding was withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s order. Trainer Dallas Todywalla has been asked to give the gelding more gate practice and show him to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
Forever Free	Soon after the start, FOREVER FREE (Akshay Gaikwad) shifted in on to HONOURABLE EYES (Kishore Kadam) forcing it inwards thereby tightening NIGHTFALL (App. P. Vinod) causing the latter to be checked and drop back, due which LOVELY FAIRY (Amyn Merchant) was tightened along the rails and had to be checked. Further, approaching the 300 metres FOREVER FREE (Akshay Gaikwad) shifted out under urgings and made contact with LILIBETH (App.K.Nazil). After questioning, Jockey Akshay Gaikwad has been fined Rs.3,000/.
Dragonmoss	DRAGONMOSS (Neeraj Rawal) and SOLO MISSION (App.A.Prakash) jumped out slow losing about 5 lengths each at the start. Trainers Adhirajsingh Jodha and Karthik Ganapathy have been asked to give their respective charge more gate practice and show them to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
Sandalphon	After the race, SANDALPHON and DIBABA were trotted and found to be sound.
Smoky Haze	At the start, SMOKY HAZE (S. S. Baria) jumped outwards and had to be steadied.
Golden Eclipse	GOLDEN ECLIPSE (N.S.Parmar) jumped out slow losing about 3 lengths at the start. The Equine Hospital reported that GOLDEN ECLIPSE had right eye injury (sore eye, lacrimation).
Dibaba	The Sr.V.O. reported that at the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards, DIBABA was scoped at the Equine Hospital after the race and was found to be EIPH (Gr.II).
