Coorg RegimentCOORG REGIMENT (S Manohar) was fractious, refused to stay inside the Gates and got stuck to the front shutters in the process; Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter`s Orders.
GintokiJockey Arshad Alam, the rider of GINTOKI, reported that his mount was running green throughout the Race. GINTOKI (Arshad Alam) sustained cut injury on right hind outer cannon.
King StarIt was observed that KING STAR (P P Dhebe) shied away from the Railings, thereby inconveniencing GINTOKI (Arshad Alam), on its outside, rounding the bend. KING STAR (P P Dhebe) was observed to be running green in the straight.
Country's QueenJockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of COUNTRY`S QUEEN, reported that his mount was running green throughout the Race.

Secret TouchSECRET TOUCH (A R Pradeep) took a fly jump, at the start.

Amazing BeautyAMAZING BEAUTY (S R Santosh Kumar) jumped awkwardly `outwards`, thereby, inconveniencing NOBLE EMPEROR (Irvan Singh) on its outside, at the start.
Lightning TouchJockey R N Darshan, the rider of LIGHTNING TOUCH, reported that his mount was hanging `in` after entering the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Ice WeaponICE WEAPON (Ajeet Kumar) ran detached from the field; Trainer Mr. G Srinivas Babu was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

King SmileKING SMILE (Irvan Singh) reared up as the Gates opened, dislodged the rider and completed the course riderless. Immediately after the Race, the Stewards ordered and held an enquiry into the incident of Jockey Irvan Singh [KING SMILE] getting dislodged from his mount soon after the start; In this connection, they interviewed the Starters and examined the Jockey concerned; After deliberations, the Stewards decided that since the incident was purely accidental no action was necessitated beyond noting the same.
SiddhaniTrainer Mr. Rakesh was questioned into the reversal of form of SIDDHANI (R N Darshan), the winner of this Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No. 85 of the Mysore Winter Races 201718, i.e., The Bababundan Giri Plate – Div. I (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 40 to 65, 6 years old and over, run on Eleventh Day, Wednesday, 31st January, 2018, when ridden by Jockey Ajeet Kumar, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows; a) In its previous run, he had fancied it to run a good Race, but his charge was interfered very badly by MARKUS SITTIKUS (M Rajesh Kumar), and as such, it had to be checked by its rider and fell back; b) Passing 600 Metres one horse fell right in front of him and he had to shift out, to avoid colliding with the fallen horse and again lost ground, which was a crucial stage of the Race; c) Thereafter, as it had to cover so much ground, it was totally used up; d) In the above Race, his charge was settled in fourth position throughout the Race and ran well to just about win the Race; His explanation was noted.
