The Trainer was further cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future, failing which he will be liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit.
Soul EmpressJockey Kuldeep Singh (SOUL EMPRESS) reported that his mount was hanging in, in the straight more so under pressure inspite of his best efforts. Trainer D. Netto was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
