Sardinia	Jockey Neeraj Rawal, the rider of STAR LAGOON, placed second by the Judge, lodged an objection against Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of SARDINIA, placed first by the Judge, `at the 900 Metres the winner come from outside and took my grounds due to which I had to check my mount and as such my horse got unbalanced and after entering the straight he was wavering around due to which he intimated my horse which cost me a certain Race`; The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined Jockeys Neeraj Rawal and M Rajesh Kumar; After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection and decided to fine Jockey Neeraj Rawal a sum of Rs.5,000/ for lodging a frivolous objection. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b m SARDINIA.

Vroom Vroom	Jockey H M Akshay, the rider of VROOM VROOM, reported that his mount drifted `out` in the last 300 Metres of the Race.
Italian Stallion	ITALIAN STALLION (Anil Baandal) accidentally brushed the railings, rounding the final bend. ITALIAN STALLION (Anil Bandaal) was slowly away.
Precious Script	It was reported after the Race that PRECIOUS SCRIPT (T S Jodha) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Johnson S M was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

2	(30)	THE COMMON GROUNDS PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 00 TO 25	1400M
			3.00 P.M.

Premier Ace	SWISS BAY (K.Raghu) jumped awkwardly `outwards` and inconvenienced PREMIER ACE (R N Darshan) on its outside, at the start. Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of PREMIER ACE was fined Rs.3,000/ for the excessive use of whip on his mount in the above Race [First infringement]. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b m PREMIER ACE.
The Imposter	THE IMPOSTER (Anil Baandal) jumped awkwardly `outwards` at the start. It was reported after the Race that THE IMPOSTER (Anil Baandal) lost its left fore shoe during the Race.
Smart Signs	SMART SIGNS (Vipin Kumar) accidentally brushed the railings, approaching 1000 Metres.
Celestar	CELESTAR (M Rajesh Kumar) jumped awkwardly `inwards` at the start. Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of CELESTAR reported that his mount was hanging `in` after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the examination of the mouth of the horse revealed sharp molars; Hence, Trainer Mr Vikram Appachu was fined Rs.3,000/ for his negligence [first infringement].
Pikachu	Jockey Sarvan Kumar, the rider of PIKACHU was reprimanded for shifting `out` and thereby inconveniencing MICRON YAACOW (V R Jagdeesh) on his outside passing 400 metres.
Swiss Bay	SWISS BAY (K.Raghu) jumped awkwardly `outwards` and inconvenienced PREMIER ACE (R N Darshan) on its outside, at the start.
Siberian Tiger	SIBERIAN TIGER (Chethan Gowda) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. SIBERIAN TIGER (Chethan Gowda) accidentally brushed the railings soon after jumping out of the Starting Gate. SIBERIAN TIGER (Chethan Gowda) was slowly away and lost about two lengths.
Micron Yaacow	Jockey Sarvan Kumar, the rider of PIKACHU was reprimanded for shifting `out` and thereby inconveniencing MICRON YAACOW (V R Jagdeesh) on his outside passing 400 metres.

3	(31)	THE SHILLONG PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45	1600M
			3.30 P.M.

Festive Star	It was observed in the Race that FESTIVE STAR (C.Umesh) drifted `out` after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Chilly Breeze	Jockey P Surya, the rider of CHARLES BRIDGE, was reprimanded for shifting `out` and inconveniencing CHILLY BREEZE (Chethan Gowda) on his `outside` soon after the start.
Momotaro	Jockey M Madhu Babu, the rider of MOMOTARO reported that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop at the start. Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
Dean's Gal	Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of DEAN`S GAL reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
Charles Bridge	Jockey P Surya, the rider of CHARLES BRIDGE, was reprimanded for shifting `out` and inconveniencing CHILLY BREEZE (Chethan Gowda) on his `outside` soon after the start.

Bakhtawar	Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g BAKHTAWAR.
Leap Of Faith	Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of LEAP OF FAITH was fined Rs,2,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to CLOVIS (Chotu Jaiswar) on his inside approaching 1100 Metres. LEAP OF FAITH (P Kiran Rai) sustained deep cut injury inside right hind hock.
Country's Power	Jockey H M Akshay, the rider of COUNTRY`S POWER was find Rs.1,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to MANDY (M J Gautam Raj Urs) on his inside which went on to TOWERNG STORM (K Raghu) on its inside passing 1100 metres.
Brabourne	Jockey Ahsan Qureshi, the declared rider of BRABOURNE was fined Rs.2,000/ for failing to fulfil his riding engagement of the day, after having accepted to ride; Subsequently, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Md Sajid Qureshi to substitute Jockey S Imran to ride BRABOURNE in place of the declared rider. BRABOURNE (S Imran) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Md Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. BRABOURNE (S Imran) was slowly away and lost few lengths.
Beat The Odds	Jockey Shiva Kumar, the rider of BEAT THE ODDS was reprimanded for riding an indifferent race.
Mandy	Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was fined Rs.2,000/ for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, MANDY (M J Gautam Raj Urs); Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. Jockey H M Akshay, the rider of COUNTRY`S POWER was find Rs.1,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to MANDY (M J Gautam Raj Urs) on his inside which went on to TOWERNG STORM (K Raghu) on its inside passing 1100 metres.
Towering Storm	TOWERING STORM (K Raghu) accidentally brushed the railings rounding the final bend.
Clovis	Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of LEAP OF FAITH was fined Rs,2,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to CLOVIS (Chotu Jaiswar) on his inside approaching 1100 Metres.

Miracle King	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde to use All Black emergency colours in respect of his charge MIRACLE KING (V R Jagdeesh). MIRACLE KING (V R Jagdeesh) was extremely fractious at the gates and refused to be stalled, thereby considerably delaying the start of the Race; Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter`s Order. MIRACLE KING (V R Jagadeesh) was withdrawn before coming under Starter`s Order, as the gelding was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled. The Starting Stall Certificate is revoked.
Illuminate	It was observed in the Race that ILLUMINATE (Y S Srinath) drifted `out` under pressure in the straight.
Fringe Benefit	Jockey P Surya, the rider of FRINGE BENEFIT was reprimanded for shifting `in` and thereby inconveniencing GRAND TENTON (K Sai Kiran) on his inside passing the last 100 Metres of the Race.
Grand Tenton	Jockey P Surya, the rider of FRINGE BENEFIT was reprimanded for shifting `in` and thereby inconveniencing GRAND TENTON (K Sai Kiran) on his inside passing the last 100 Metres of the Race. Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of GRAND TENTON reported that his mount was hanging `in` after entering the straight. Trainer Mr Rakesh was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
