1 (95) THE VIJAYAWADA PLATE (DIV-II)
A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45 - (6 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)		 1200M
3.00 P.M.
SkyjetAs Jockey Nazerul Alam, the declared rider of SKYJET, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar to substitute Jockey Ramandeep S Bal to ride SKYJET in place of the declared rider. SKY JET (Ramandeep S Bal) was examined at the Gates and observed to be trotting lame on right hind; Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s Order; Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
On Her OwnAn enquiry is being held into the vastly improved performance of ON HER OWN (trained by Mr. Vikram Appachu and ridden by Jockey M Rajesh Kumar), the winner of this Race, as compared to all its previous runs during the Mysore Winter Races 201819.
Al DoradoAL DORADO (Sameer Qureshi) jumped awkwardly `outwards`, thereby, inconveniencing RECKLESS (J Paswan) on its outside, at the start.
EloikaTrainer Mr. J Sharavanan was fined Rs.2,000/ for failing to produce the declared cap at the scales in respect of his charge, ELOIKA (Saddam Hussain); Subsequently, Black Cap was permitted to be used.
OceanaJockey K Raghu, the rider of OCEANA, was fined Rs.3,000/ for not making sufficient effort to improve his position, between the 1100 Metres till about entering the Straight, in the above Race.

2 (96) THE AJANTHA PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65		 1600M
3.30 P.M.
AnterosJockey Arshad Alam, the rider of ANTEROS, reported that his mount was hanging in after entering the Straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Blazing TouchPermission was granted to Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar to substitute Jockey Ramandeep S Bal to ride BLAZING TOUCH in place of Jockey Nazerul Alam, the declared rider.

3 (97) THE CRYSTAL MAN PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45		 1600M
4.00 P.M.
Veni Vidi ViciJockey T S Jodha, the rider of VENI VIDI VICI, placed Third by the Judge, lodged an objection against Jockey Sameer Qureshi, the rider of EYEZ HYPNOTIZE, placed First by the Judge, for `in the last 200 Metres, the Winner came onto me very badly; as such, my horse stopped galloping, and, in the 50 Metres, the Winner came onto me, whereby, I had to stop riding, which cost me the Race`; This apart, the Stewards ordered and held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined Jockeys T S Jodha, Sameer Qureshi and also, M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of MARKUS SITTIKUS, placed 2nd; After due enquiry and after deliberations, they decided to uphold the objection.
TashkentAn enquiry is being held into the manner of Riding of Jockey Sameer Qureshi on his mount, EYEZ HYPNOTIZE, in the above Race.
EudoraEUDORA (Vijay Kumar) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

4 (98) THE ANDOLANA TROPHY
A Handicap for Horses rated 60 & ABOVE		 1400M
4.30 P.M.
PerfectoPERFECTO (Arshad Alam) was observed to have suddenly slowed down, the rider having to dismount, approaching the 800 Metres; On examination, it was reported to have sustained complete breakdown of suspensory apparatus on left fore fetlock and, hence euthanized.
Dont Trust Any OneJockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of DONT TRUST ANYONE, reported that PERFECTO (Arshad Alam), which was travelling directly in front of his mount, suddenly stopped galloping and as such, he had to check his mount and shift out, to void striking the latter, passing the 800 Metres.

5 (99) THE KARKALA PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65		 1400M
5.00 P.M.
Dancing BluesPermission was granted to Trainer Mr. G T Surender to withdraw DANCING BLUES on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be suffering from colic; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
AscendencyJockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of ASCENDENCY, was fined Rs.1,000/ for coming `in`, and, causing interference to TOP STRIKER (M J Gautam Raj Urs) on his inside, before passing the Winning Post.
TraviesoTRAVIESO (R Ajay Kumar) jumped awkwardly `outwards`, at the start.
ArakJockey J Paswan, the rider of ARAK, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting `out`, and causing interference to NEW BEGINNING (P P Dhebe) on his outside, passing the 400 Metres.

6 (100) THE VIJAYAWADA PLATE (DIV-I)
A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45 - (6 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)		 1200M
5.30 P.M.
Brown BeautyBROWN BEAUTY (Rahil Akhtar) reared up and fell inside the Gates; Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter`s Order.
Blue Bird The WordAn enquiry is being held into the relative performance of BLUE BIRD THE WORD (Ramandeep S Bal), trained by Mr. G T Surender, the winner of this Race, as compared to its previous in run in Race No. 81 of the Mysore Winter Races 201819, i.e., The Kandla Plate – Div. I (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45, 6 years old and over, run on First Extra Day, Thursday, 31st January, 2019, when ridden by Jockey Vipin Kumar, it ran unplaced.
BanditoJockey K Raghu, the rider of BANDITO, was reprimanded for not wearing the goggles during the Race.
ScorpeneSCORPENE (Nazar Alam) jumped awkwardly `outwards`, at the start.
KazuriKAZURI (M Rajesh Kumar) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.
