The Stipendiary Stewards thereafter suspended Jockey Shamaz Shareef with effect from 10th February, 2020 to 27th February, 2020 (both days inclusive) as he had pleaded guilty of the charge for Careless Riding Rule No. 161(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing on his mount WHIZZO. (He is permitted to ride work and was informed of his right to appeal).

On examination, it was found to have sharp molars on both sides. Hence, Trainer Mr. S.S. Attaollahi was fined Rs.3,000/ for his negligence (1st infringement).

Princess PrideJockey S. Selvaraj, the rider of PRINCESS PRIDE reported that saddle shifted towards the left, whereby he totally lost balance till about 800 Metres. Subsequently, the saddle came back to the normal position. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr.Azhar Ali was fined Rs.5,000/ for faulty saddling. Jockey S. Selvaraj, the rider of PRINCESS PRIDE was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting `in` and tightening the horses on his inside viz; AMAZONITE (Shamaz Shareef) and NOSTRADAMUS (A.Ramu) passing the 200 Metres.
HimachaliIt was observed that Jockey Darshan R.N, the rider of HIMACHALI dismounted immediately after passing the winning post. On examination, it was found to have burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr.Pradeep Annaiah was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
