Louboutin	b m LOUBOUTIN (Sameer Khan) was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances the mare was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter`s orders. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked by the Starter.
Kimaya	Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of KIMAYA, was reprimanded for changing course passing the 800 metres.
Cormorant	CORMORANT (C S Jodha) jumped out awkwardly from the gates. Tr. Javed Khan and Jockey C S Jodha when afforded an opportunity to explain the running and riding of dk b g CORMORANT, the Jockey stated that he was instructed to place his mount in 4th/5th position on jumping out from the gates and to do his best thereafter. However, the gelding jumped extremely awkwardly from the gates and refused to raise a fluent gallop throughout the race in spite of his best efforts. On questioning Tr. Javed Khan corroborated his instructions to the Jockey as well as the Jockey`s explanation. The Stipendiary Steward while noting the same advised the Trainer not to accept with the gelding until shown to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in a barrier trial during the hours of morning track work as the gelding had jumped in similar fashion in its earlier runs as well.
Raqs Sharqi	RAQS SHARQI (Md Azharuddin) finished the race detached from the field. Tr. D M David was advised not to accept with his charge until it was capable of a better performance.
