After questioning the Trainer and the Jockey, permission was granted to Jockey Robbie Downey to carry 2 kg. over weight and he was fined Rs.3,000/ for his lapse. Passing 300 metres, GLORIOSUS (Robbie Downey) shifted in and went across SQUARE MOON (App. D. R. Shubham) and UNCLE SCROOGE (App. Vishal N. Bunde). On questioning, Jockey Robbie Downey stated that his mount hung in despite his efforts. Trainer Imtiaz A. Sait has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding. |
