After due examination of the equipment which was in serviceable condition, no action was taken besides noting the incident.

 Jockey Dhanu Singh Deora, the rider of TRACER BULLET was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting in`, thereby, causing interference to SHIVALIK BULLET (Md. Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.

 Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S M Johnson to withdraw PAVAN PUTRA (J Paswan) on veterinary grounds as it was suffering from colic; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Saddam Hussain, the rider of LUCKY LUCY, reported that his mount was hanging in throughout the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Swiss Bay
 An Enquiry being held into the manner of riding of Jockey Sarvan Kumar on his mount, SWISS BAY (trained by Mr. Vikram Appachu), in the above Race.

 Jockey B Harish, the rider of SO FAR, was reprimanded for travelling wide, throughout the Race for no apparent reason.

 It was reported after the Race that WOOD CUTTER (K Sai Kiran) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Vikram Appachu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Russian Spy
 RUSSIAN SPY (R Ravi), jumped out awkwardly at the Start, veered out to the left, dropped the rider and finished the Race on the outer Sand Track. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

The Trainer stated as follows; a) His charge was a very light framed horse, weighing about 390 to 400 Kgs; b) This horse does not like heavy work, as it goes off feed on such days and hence he had kept this mare on light work which suited it much better; c) In his opinion, SAN VINTO and DEAN`S GAL, which ran last week, had gone up in handicap, and his charge could beat these two horses and that it had run in a similar pattern in its previous run as well. While noting his explanations, he was cautioned to be more judicious in running of his charges in future.

It was observed that DADDY`S GIRL (T S Jodha) was hanging `in` throughout the Race and despite the efforts of the rider to keep it on a straight course, shifted in towards the Railings thereby brushing it and in the process, the rider accidentally stuck the railings with his whip and dropped it, in the last 150 Metres of the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However, in view of its behavior, Trainer Mr. S M Johnson was informed to take appropriate corrective measures and not to accept with it until its behavior improves to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards, in One Mock Race, on a Race Day, on the Race Track .  OCTAVIUS (H M Akshay), reared up just as the Gates opened, at the Start. Jockey H M Akshay, the rider of OCTAVIUS, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post.
Wind Whistler
 It was reported that WIND WHISTLER (K Sai Kiran) was endoscoped after the last Race and found to have suffered from EIPH (Grade III). Trainer Vikram Appachu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

After due enquiry, not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by Jockey H M Akshay, he was fined Rs. 3,000/ for not making sufficient effort to ride out his mount, in the Straight. He was cautioned in the presence of Trainer Mr. G T Surender, that a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action. Trainer Mr. G T Surender was cautioned to be more judicious as to the running of his charges, in future. The Stipendiary Stewards questioned Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi as to the improved performance of his charge STAR OF THEA, ridden by Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the winner of the above Race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 14 of the Mysore Winter Races 202122, i.e., The Star of Mysore Trophy (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 60 and above, run on Second Day, Wednesday, 3rd November, 2021, when ridden by Jockey Shiva Kumar, it ran unplaced.  Jockey H Rahul, the rider of D NAKSHATRA reported that his mount drifted `out` under pressure approaching the 300 Metres and despite his efforts to keep it straight, his mount ended up finishing the Race in the centre of the Race Track.
Ewandor
 EWANDOR (Sarvan Kumar) jumped out of the gate throwing its head about, at the start.
Star Atrium
 Jockey M J GautamRajUrs, the rider of STAR ATRIUM reported that his mount brushed the inside walls of the Starting Gates, and as such, he momentarily lost his right stirrups, which he regained within a few strides.
Perfect Legacy
 PERFECT LEGACY (N Ramesh Kumar) sustained bruise on left hind point of hock.
