	Jockey V.R.Jagadeesh, the rider of NICHE HEMP was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing SONG AND DANCE (Shreyas Singh S) on his outside passing the 300 Metres.

	Jockey Surya P., the rider of QUICK SHOTS was fined Rs.3,000/ for not exercising sufficient control on his mount between the 250 Metres and 150 Metres, whereby he allowed his mount to drift out between the 150 Metres till about 100 Metres. QUICK SHOTS (Surya P.) sustained punctured wound on left hock.

	Jockey S. Saqlain, the rider of ALTAMONTE reported that his mount was not grabbing the bit from the 900 Metres till about 500 Metres.

	SIR JERSEY (Akshay Kumar) dropped the rider on the way to the starting gates, galloped on inner sand track anticlockwise and was apprehended outside sand track near starting gate. On immediate examination by the Club`s Veterinary Officer, it was found to have sustained superficial injury on left hock. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s order. Trainer Mr. Kishan Thomas (deputizing on behalf of Trainer Mr. Prasanna Kumar) was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Aravind G. was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.

Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s order. Trainer Mr. Prithviraj B. was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

	LIGHTNING ATTACK (Md. Habeeb) reared up, fell inside the starting gates, hit the front gate over withers. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s order. Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

	ESTELLA (Antony Raj S.) took a fly jump. Jockey Naveen Kumar. V, the rider of SILENT TRIGGAR was reprimanded for shifting `in` and inconveniencing ESTELLA (Antony Raj S.) on his inside approaching 900 Metres. It was reported after the race that ESTELLA (Antony Raj S.) pulled up lame on left fore and sustained bleeding cut injury on left fore pastern. Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

As the incident was accidental no action was taken beyond noting the incident. It was observed that RAVISHING FORM (Suraj Narredu) was inclined to run out between the 700 Metres and 600 Metres, in the process inconvenienced LUCKY SUN (Arshad Alam). RAVISHING FORM (Suraj Narredu) sustained superficial clip injury on left hind fetlock.

The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and interviewed the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection. Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of IMPELLING POWER was fined Rs.3,000/for not exercising sufficient control on his mount in the final 150 Metres under the use of whip.
