1 (1) THE CITI LIMITS HANDICAP

 ch g AZAI (Vinay Jaiswal) was observed to hang out rounding the final bend under pressure. The Veterinary officer reported that AZAI returned bleeding from nostrils. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/ for using a cross nose band on his charge AZAI, equipment for which prior permission had not been obtained.
Reagan
 Jockey A Imran Khan, the rider of REAGAN, reported that his mount was tending to hang out from about the 700 metres as such he was having difficulty to keep his mount on a straight course, more so during the final stages of the race whereby his mount carried MOON ART (Sujit Kr Paswan) out passing the 200 metres. Tr. Neil Darashah was advised to take appropriate remedial measures.
Moon Art
 Jockey A Imran Khan, the rider of REAGAN, reported that his mount was tending to hang out from about the 700 metres as such he was having difficulty to keep his mount on a straight course, more so during the final stages of the race whereby his mount carried MOON ART (Sujit Kr Paswan) out passing the 200 metres. Tr. Neil Darashah was advised to take appropriate remedial measures.
Legend Returns
 At the request of the trainer, ch f LEGEND RETURNS was examined by the Veterinary Officer after the race and found to be lame on its left fore. Tr. C Alford was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Wind Chaser
 WIND CHASER (App P Tejeshwar) jumped awkwardly inwards from the gates.

2 (2) THE ALIBI HANDICAP

 Jockey A Imran Khan, the rider of MARS reported that his mount was hanging in from about the distance post till the concluding stages of the race. The Jockey was advised to ensure that his mounts are ridden out to complete advantage in future.
Musical Sound
 The Veterinary Officer reported that MUSICAL SOUND retuned with a cut injury on its mouth.
Song Of The South
 TAHOE (Shezad Khan) was inconvenienced around the 1000 metres when ACTOFMAGIC (App P Tejeshwar) changed course to the outside, forcing SONG OF THE SOUTH (Md Islam) out which in turn inconvenienced TAHOE running behind him. App P Tejeshwar was reprimanded for the same.

 MOSSET (Shezad Khan) was fractious in its stall. ROKA (App P Tejeshwar) was slow to begin. The Veterinary Officer reported that MOSSET returned bleeding from its nostrils. Tr. Shafiq Khan was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

 IMMEASURABLE (Sujit Kr Paswan) was hanging in passing the distance post.
Eastside
 b m EASTSIDE, a declared starter in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer on the morning of Wednesday, 24th August, 2022 and found to be lame on left hind. Under the circumstances the mare was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. D M David was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

5 (5) THE SOPHISTICATED LADY HANDICAP

 Jockey Sujit Kr Paswan, the rider of FENICIA GLINT, was reprimanded for allowing his mount to drift out round the final bend inconveniencing GHOST (Md Islam) on his outside.

 Jockey Sujit Kr Paswan, the rider of FENICIA GLINT, was reprimanded for allowing his mount to drift out round the final bend inconveniencing GHOST (Md Islam) on his outside.
Kimaya
 KIMAYA (Vinay Jaiswal) was slow to begin. The Veterinary Officer reported that KIMAYA returned with a cut injury on right fore fetlock.
Cape Tanaros
 As Jockey Nikhil Naidu (CAPE TANAROS) failed to “weighout” at the declared weight, Tr. Aashay Doctor was permitted to substitute Jockey B R Kumar to ride his charge CAPE TANAROS. Jockey Nikhil Naidu was fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/ for the lapse and warned to be more careful while accepting his rides in future.

6 (6) THE GLOTIK HANDICAP

 ch m EMBER GLOW was examined by the Veterinary Officer after the race and found to be trotting sound.
Livisilla
 App P Tejeshwar, the rider of LIVISILLA, when questioned about his riding on his mount stated that his mount was not striding out fluently from the bend, the mare was on the wrong foot and also that he lost his whip passing the distance post. He reported the same to his Trainer. Not being satisfied with the explanation tendered, the apprentice was fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/ for failing to ride out his mount from rounding the final bend till well into the straight. The apprentice was further informed that a close watch will be kept on his future riding. App P Tejeshwar, the rider of LIVISILLA, reported loss of whip passing the distance post.
Indian Star
 INDIAN STAR (Sujit Kr Paswan) was slow to begin losing approximately 5 – 6 lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial during the hours of morning track work.
Jinsoku
 Jockey B R Kumar, the rider of JINSOKU, was unbalanced as the start was effected losing his stirrup irons which he was unable to regain till into the final straight. The Jockey was advised to be more alert at the start in future.
