 The Stewards of the Hyderabad Race Club suspended Jockey A A Vikrant, rider of AVANCIA, from riding in races w.e.f. 29th September 2022 to 14th October 2022 both days inclusive and fined him a sum of Rs. 5,000/ for ?unsatisfactory riding ?in that he failed to ride out his mount to complete advantage in the final stages of the race, thereby placing his mount at a disadvantage.

 Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (CLEFAIRY) that his mount was hesitant to take gap prevailing in front whilst travelling on the rails, as such he was forced shifted out in the straight at about the 400 mtrs to make his move, however, his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted.

 SWEET WHISPER (Nakhat Singh) jumped out slowly losing about 3 or 4 lengths, SSC revoked.

 Jockey Antony Raj S (N R I FANTASY) was cautioned for shifting out at about the 300 mtrs in the process taking the ground of HUMANITARIAN (Suraj Narredu).
N R I Fantasy
 N R I FANTASY (Antony Raj S) jumped out slowly losing about 2 or 3 lengths. Trainer G. Shashikanth was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race. Jockey Antony Raj S (N R I FANTASY) was cautioned for shifting out at about the 300 mtrs in the process taking the ground of HUMANITARIAN (Suraj Narredu).

 SWEET DANCER (App. Gaurav Singh) winner of the race is sampled.

 Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (LAMHA) that his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of best efforts. Trainer R H Sequiera while confirming the above added that his charge always cherish the longer trip and this race being a 7 furlong race, his charge could not match stride with the front runners and in the straight the mare got tired was not accepted and the Trainer has been fined a sum of Rs.5,000/ for dismal performance of his charge.
Makhtoob
 Jockey B. Nikhil (LINEWILER) and App. Gaurav Singh (MAKHTOOB) were severely cautioned for chasing each other whilst travelling in front resulting in both the horses tiring and dropping back in the straight.
Linewiler
 Consequent to Jockey P Vikram having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the Club permitted Jockey B Nikhil to be substituted on LINEWILER. Jockey B. Nikhil (LINEWILER) reported loss of whip at about the 350 mtrs. The Jockey was however, cautioned to be more careful in future, failing which he will be liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit. Jockey B. Nikhil (LINEWILER) and App. Gaurav Singh (MAKHTOOB) were severely cautioned for chasing each other whilst travelling in front resulting in both the horses tiring and dropping back in the straight.
Castlerock
 CASTLEROCK (G. Naresh) was fractious inside the stall, dislodged Jockey as such the mare has been permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders, SSC revoked. The Jockey who was given immediate medical aid was declared unfit to ride for the remaining races of the day.

 TURNING WHEEL (Akshay Kumar) returned lame on right fore due to fetlock joint sprain.
Melting Ice
 Explanation of App. R S Jodha (MELTING ICE) that his instructions were to go to front, but as his mount was keen he was unable to hold the mare in the process took a long lead resulting in his mount getting tired and dropped back in the straight inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the App. was severely reprimanded to make more determined efforts to follow the given instructions in future.
Forever Bond
 App. Surya Prakash (FOREVER BOND) was cautioned for travelling wide in the straight for no apparent reason.
Sorry Darling
 SORRY DARLING (Rafique Sk) planted and took no practical part in the race, SSC revoked.

 Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (BARBET) that his mount after taking over the running from front runner at about the 250 mtrs got tired, shortened her strides and dropped back in the final 50 mtrs inspite of his best efforts. Trainer Laxman Singh while confirming the above added that the filly has run to her potential was noted for future reference.

 MALIBU (Mukesh Kumar) jumped out slowly losing about 2 or 3 lengths. An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of MALIBU, ridden by Jockey Mukesh Kumar and trained by L D? Silva. Race No 1 : Race No. 1: IVAHOE reared up inside the stalls, dislodged Jockey, as such the gelding has been permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders, SSC revoked. SWEET WHISPER jumped out slowly losing about 4 or 5 lengths, SSC revoked. Race No. 2: SWEET TALK planted and lost about distance, SSC revoked. NRI FANTASY slow out losing about 2 or 3 lengths. Trainer G. Shashikanth was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race. Race No. 3: CASTLEROCK was fractious and reared up inside the stall and dislodged Jockey as such the mare has been permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders, SSC revoked. Race No. 4: MELTING ICE slow out. SORRY DARLING planted and lost about distance, SSC revoked. Race No. 6: MALIBU jumped out slowly losing about 2 or 3 lengths.
Classy Dame
 CLASSY DAME (App. R S Jodha), BLAZING JUPITER (Kuldeep Singh) and WOT?S UP JAY (B. Nikhil) finished the course at the rear end of the field. Respective Trainers K. Satheesh, S. Sreekanth and Sk. Waseem Ahmed were advised for better performance in future.
N R I Millennium
 N R I MILLENNIUM (App. Antony Raj S) scraped the running rails at about the 250 mtrs and stumbled.
Blazing Jupiter
 CLASSY DAME (App. R S Jodha), BLAZING JUPITER (Kuldeep Singh) and WOT?S UP JAY (B. Nikhil) finished the course at the rear end of the field. Respective Trainers K. Satheesh, S. Sreekanth and Sk. Waseem Ahmed were advised for better performance in future.
Doe A Deer
 DOE A DEER (Dashrath Singh) winner of the race is sampled.
Wot's Up Jay
 Consequent to Jockey G Naresh having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the Club permitted Jockey B Nikhil to be substituted on WOT`S UP JAY.
