Trainer Karthik Ganpathy has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the gelding to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
Wellington
 Approaching the 800 metres, WELLINGTON (C. S. Jodha) was observed to have dropped back for no apparent reason and thereafter ran detached from the field. Trainer Adhirajsingh Jodha has been asked to ensure that his charge puts up a reasonable performance in the future.

Jodha has been fined Rs.2,000/. Passing the 600 metres, VENUS (Dashrath Singh) shifted out under urgings thereby tightening GALWAY BAY (Yash Narredu) who had to be checked. After questioning Jockey Dashrath Singh and not being satisfied with his explanation, as such his Jockey’s licence has been suspended for one race day i.e. on Saturday, 15th October 2022 (permitted to ride work/mock race) for careless riding.

Jodha) racing between them was tightened for room and had to be checked. After questioning all concerned, Jockey Dashrath Singh has been fined Rs.2,000/ and Jockey R. Ajinkya has been cautioned.  The Equine hospital reported that EXCELLENT GOLD had both eye injuries (sore).
Sovereign Master
 After the race, Jockey P. Shinde (SOVEREIGN MASTER) reported that his mount was restless in the stall and not allowing him to settle in stall. Trainer Nazzak B. Chenoy has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the gelding to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

 At the start, DUFY (P. Trevor, dr.5) jumped inwards and bumped PERFECT WIN (Bhawani Singh, dr.4) and thereafter ricochets onto VINCENT VAN GOGH (A. Sandesh, dr.6).
Mont Blanc
 Approaching the 1000 metres, NELSON RIVER (R. Ajinkya) was observed to be keen and in the efforts to settle his mount he shifted out and carried MONT BLANC (J. Chinoy) outwards. Passing the 600 metres, FAIRUZA (S. Zervan) shifted out thereby taking the grounds of MONT BLANC (J. Chinoy) causing the later to clip and stumble. After the race on questioning, Jockey S. Zervan stated that the saddle on his mount had shifted to one side and in his efforts to straighten the same his mount leaned outwards. The matter has been reported to the Stewards for such action as they may deem fit. Passing the 300 metres, MONT BLANC (J. Chinoy) hung in and collided with the inner rails. Also, It was observed that Jockey J. Chinoy (MONT BLANC) had used his whip in an improper manner, as such, he has been fined Rs.2,000/. After the race, MONT BLANC, IMMORTAL LOVE & MILLI were trotted and found to be sound.
Nelson River
 Approaching the 1000 metres, NELSON RIVER (R. Ajinkya) was observed to be keen and in the efforts to settle his mount he shifted out and carried MONT BLANC (J. Chinoy) outwards.
Perfect Win
 At the start, DUFY (P. Trevor, dr.5) jumped inwards and bumped PERFECT WIN (Bhawani Singh, dr.4) and thereafter ricochets onto VINCENT VAN GOGH (A. Sandesh, dr.6).

Zervan stated that the saddle on his mount had shifted to one side and in his efforts to straighten the same his mount leaned outwards. The matter has been reported to the Stewards for such action as they may deem fit.
Immortal Love
 The Sr. V.O. reported that on a request from Trainer S. Narredu (Deputizing to Tr. M. Narredu) IMMORTAL LOVE was examined at the saddling enclosure as she had played up due to which the outside bruise hair of right knee came off but there was no bleeding from wound. The filly was trotted and found to be sound. After the race, MONT BLANC, IMMORTAL LOVE & MILLI were trotted and found to be sound.
Milli
 After the race, Jockey Antony Raj S. (MILLI) reported that his mount hungin in the straight despite his efforts. Trainer Imtiaz A. Sait has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race. After the race, MONT BLANC, IMMORTAL LOVE & MILLI were trotted and found to be sound.
Bombay
 At the request of Tr. Narendra Lagad, BOMBAY was examined at 10.15 a.m. on 25th September 2022, by the Club’s Sr. V.O. and found to be sore from left fore leg. As such the gelding was withdrawn and has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race
