Prancing QueenPRANCING QUEEN (Neeraj Rawal) drifted ‘outwards’ when placed under pressure during the final stages of the race.
EverglowEVERGLOW (S John) and MUSTANG (Ranidan Singh) made contact with each other during the final stages of the race.
AuxiliumThe Veterinary Officer reported that AUXILIUM returned bleeding from both nostrils. Tr. D M David was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Perfect BalancePERFECT BALANCE (App Shamaz Shareef) which jumped awkwardly ‘outwards’ from the gates was inclined to lean ‘outwards’ throughout the race. Tr. Patrick Quinn was advised to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with his charge again.

5 (161) THE SPRINTERS` CUP (GR.I)
TERMS - 4 YEARS OLD & UPWARD		 1200M
3:15 PM.
Captain Couragebr g CAPTAIN COURAGE, a declared starter in the above race was examined by the Veterinary Officer on the morning of Saturday, 3rd March, 2018 and found to be suffering from a painful swelling on right hind. Under the circumstances the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. P Shroff was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
MultitudeMULTITUDE (S John, drawn 3) which was fractious while being stalled was inconvenienced soon after the start when BRAHMACHARI (Shezad Khan, drawn 2) shifted ‘outwards’. At a subsequent enquiry Jockey Shezad Khan was shown the CCTV replay of the race and fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/ for failing to maintain a straight course.
PreciosaPRECIOSA (Deepak Singh) was slow to begin thereby losing approximately five lengths at the start.

6 (162) THE DR M A M RAMASWAMY STAYERS` CUP (GR.1)
TERMS - 4 YEARS OLD & UPWARD		 3000M

Ophionch g OPHION, a declared starter in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer on the morning of Friday, 2nd March, 2018 and was found to be suffering from a swelling on both fore fetlocks. Under the circumstances the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. J E Mckeown was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
AzzurroThe Veterinary Officer reported that AZZURRO returned lame on left fore. Tr. S S Attaollahi was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Winter RenaissanceWINTER RENAISSANCE (C S Jodha) was fractious while being stalled.

CadillacJockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of CADILLAC, was fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/ for allowing his mount to shift ‘in’ and inconvenience THE KISS (C Alford) during the final stages of the race.
AiyanaAIYANA (K Sai Kumar) and MOVE TO THE FRONT (App P Tejeshwar) were slow to begin.
KefiraKEFIRA (Neeraj Rawal) which was resaddled at the start was fractious in its stall.

8 (164) THE MOHANPUR CHOWDHURY ESTATES TROPHY

Alshafab f ALSHAFA (J Chinoy) was examined by the Veterinary Officer behind the starting gates and was found to be lame on right fore. Under the circumstances the filly was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. Tr. D M David was informed not to accept with the filly until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
SanviSANVI (Neeraj Rawal) jumped awkwardly from the gates.
Running HandRUNNING HAND (App P Vikram) was fractious in its stall.
