Super Kind

Osibisa

Jockey Salman Khan, the rider of SUPER KIND reported that his saddle shifted forward passing the 900 Meters. In the process, he shifted out and bumped OSIBISA (Arul J.H) approaching 800 Metres. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr.Pradeep Annaiah was fined Rs.3,000/ for faulty saddling of his charge. Jockey Arul J.H, the rider of OSIBISA reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have sustained superficial injury on right hock. An enquiry is being held into the poor performance of OSIBISA, trained by Mr.Sharat Kumar and ridden by Jockey Arul J.H in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 47 i.e., The Dupont Plate, (about) 1600 Metres, Horses rated 00 to 25, run on Saturday, 18th June, 2022 wherein it placed 2nd. Surprise sample was taken for analysis from dk b m OSIBISA.

Speed Seven	SPEED SEVEN (K.G. Likith Appu) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Irfan Ghatala was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.
Gold Gray	An enquiry was held on 4th July, 2022 by the Stipendiary Steward for the above race into the interference caused by Jockey Siddaraju.P, the rider of GOLD GRAY in that he shifted ‘in’ and caused interference to the horses on his inside viz; FAVORITO (Rayan Ahmed) and AIR BLAST (P.S. Chouhan) before passing the red marker post and for again shifting ‘in’ and tightening AIR BLAST (P.S. Chouhan) approaching 700 Metres. The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Siddaraju.P with effect from 972022 and 1072022 (both days inclusive) as he had pleaded guilty of the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount GOLD GRAY (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal. GOLD GRAY (Siddaraju.P) sustained bleeding clip injury on right hind fetlock.
Air Blast	An enquiry was held on 4th July, 2022 by the Stipendiary Steward for the above race into the interference caused by Jockey Siddaraju.P, the rider of GOLD GRAY in that he shifted ‘in’ and caused interference to the horses on his inside viz; FAVORITO (Rayan Ahmed) and AIR BLAST (P.S. Chouhan) before passing the red marker post and for again shifting ‘in’ and tightening AIR BLAST (P.S. Chouhan) approaching 700 Metres. AIR BLAST (P. S. Chouhan) was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have burst its blood vessels (On Endoscopy Grade III) and sustained superficial injury on right hind fetlock. Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Surprise sample was taken for analysis from b g AIR BLAST.
Amazing Luck	It was reported after the race that AMAZING LUCK (Tousif Khan) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr.Dheeraj.V was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Dark Vision	It was reported after the race that DARK VISION (Vivek.G) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr.Aravind G. was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Favorito	FAVORITO (Rayan Ahmed R.) ran detached from 500 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Imtiaz Khan was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. An enquiry was held on 4th July, 2022 by the Stipendiary Steward for the above race into the interference caused by Jockey Siddaraju.P, the rider of GOLD GRAY in that he shifted ‘in’ and caused interference to the horses on his inside viz; FAVORITO (Rayan Ahmed) and AIR BLAST (P.S. Chouhan) before passing the red marker post and for again shifting ‘in’ and tightening AIR BLAST (P.S. Chouhan) approaching 700 Metres.

Eridani	ROYAL GLORY (A. Sandesh) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey S. Zervan, the rider of GEOGRAPHIQUE to the Stewards for careless riding [Rule No. 161 (i)] in the above race. In that “he shifting ‘in’ and caused an interference to INDIAN BLUES (Shamaz Shareef), whereby the rider collided with the front runner GEOGRAPHIQUE (S. Zervan) and was dislodged from his mount due to this interference the horses on its outside viz; LADY GODIVA (N. S. Parmar) and ROYAL GLORY (A. Sandesh) also received an interference and the riders viz; N. S. Parmar and A. Sandesh were also dislodged from their mounts approaching 850 Metres”.
Indian Blues	INDIAN BLUES (Shamaz Shareef) sustained laceration on tongue and superficial injuries on right knee and left thigh. The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey S. Zervan, the rider of GEOGRAPHIQUE to the Stewards for careless riding [Rule No. 161 (i)] in the above race. In that “he shifting ‘in’ and caused an interference to INDIAN BLUES (Shamaz Shareef), whereby the rider collided with the front runner GEOGRAPHIQUE (S. Zervan) and was dislodged from his mount due to this interference the horses on its outside viz; LADY GODIVA (N. S. Parmar) and ROYAL GLORY (A. Sandesh) also received an interference and the riders viz; N. S. Parmar and A. Sandesh were also dislodged from their mounts approaching 850 Metres”.

Zervan, the rider of GEOGRAPHIQUE to the Stewards for careless riding [Rule No. 161 (i)] in the above race. In that “he shifting ‘in’ and caused an interference to INDIAN BLUES (Shamaz Shareef), whereby the rider collided with the front runner GEOGRAPHIQUE (S. Zervan) and was dislodged from his mount due to this interference the horses on its outside viz; LADY GODIVA (N. S. Parmar) and ROYAL GLORY (A. Sandesh) also received an interference and the riders viz; N. S. Parmar and A. Sandesh were also dislodged from their mounts approaching 850 Metres”. To suspend the Jockeys licence granted to Jockey S. Zervan from 972022 to 1772022 (Both days inclusive) for Careless Riding [Rule No. 161 (i)] under BTC Rules of Racing on his mount GEOGRAPHIQUE.
Tignanello	Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was fined Rs. 5,000/ for not obtaining prior permission for his charge TIGNANELLO to race with Tongue Strap. Subsequently, permission was granted to him to run his charge with a Tongue Strap.
Worldly Wise	WORLDLY WISE (R.Ajinkya) sustained abrasion on right hind pastern.

Southern Power	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Faraz Arshad to withdraw SOUTHERN POWER on veterinary grounds as it was found to have urticaria. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Johnny Bravo	An enquiry is being held into the relatively improved performance of JOHNNY BRAVO, trained by Mr. Neil Darashah and ridden by Jockey Nikhil Naidu in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 43 i.e., The Royal Command Plate, (about) 1600 Metres, Horses rated 20to 45, 4 years old and over run on 12/6/2022 wherein it unplaced. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g JOHNNY BRAVO.
Lycurgus	Jockey Arul J.H, the rider of LYCURGUS reported that his mount was hanging `in` from 300 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Marco Polo	Jockey L. Alex Rozario was fined Rs.2000/ for not drawing the declared weight on the scales. Subsequently permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M. Rajendra Singh to declare Jockey S. Hussain to ride MARCO POLO in place of the declared rider.

Armory	ARMORY (Rajesh Kumar M) reared up and fell back during parade in the paddock. On immediate examination by the Club`s Veterinary Officer, it was found to have sustained abrasion on right fore fetlock. Trainer Mr. Narayana Gowda V. was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Divine Blessings	Jockey L. Alex Rozario, the rider of CHISOX was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to DIVINE BLESSINGS (S. Saqlain) on his inside approaching 1000 Metres.
Benediction	Jockey R.Ajinkya replaced the indisposed Jockey Shamaz Shareef on BENEDICTION. Jockey Hasib Alam, the rider of MILLBROOK was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to BENEDICTION (R.Ajinkya) on his outside approaching 1000 Metres.
Millbrook	Jockey Hasib Alam, the rider of MILLBROOK was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to BENEDICTION (R.Ajinkya) on his outside approaching 1000 Metres.
Chisox	Jockey L. Alex Rozario, the rider of CHISOX was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting `in` and causing interference to DIVINE BLESSINGS (S. Saqlain) on his inside approaching 1000 Metres.
Queen Of Sands	Jockey Chethan Kalay S., the rider of QUEEN OF SANDS reported that his saddle had completely shifted back towards the quarters within the first 100 Metres as such he could not offer any assistance thereafter. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. Kishan Thomas was fined Rs.10,000/ for faulty saddling of his charge and his negligence in discharge of his duties as a trainer, thereby Contravening Rule No. 114 (b) (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing.
