			1:00 P.M.

Deal Show	Trainer Mr. G Srinivas Babu was fined Rs.2,000/ for failing to produce the declared colors in respect of his charge DEAL SHOW (H Zeeshan) in the above race. Subsequently, emergency colours All black was permitted to be used. Jockey H Zeeshan, the rider of DEAL SHOW was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to LEAD SINGER (A R Pradeep) on his inside, passing the 350 Metres.
Lead Singer	Jockey H Zeeshan, the rider of DEAL SHOW was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to LEAD SINGER (A R Pradeep) on his inside, passing the 350 Metres. Jockey A R Pradeep, the rider of LEAD SINGER reported that he accidentally lost his whip in the final 100 Metres of the race. Jockey A R Pradeep, the rider of LEAD SINGER was fined Rs.2,000/ for not following the weighing ‘in’ procedure in that he set aside his saddle on the table before weighing ‘in’. He was informed that a similar manner of occurrence would entail him being reported to the Stewards for strict appropriate action.
Eco System	Jockey H G Rathod, the rider of ECO SYSTEM was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to POWER PORT (Sah Farid Ansari) on his inside, along the rails passing the 300 Metres.
Rain Cloud	RAIN CLOUD (Angad) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. G Srinivas Babu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race day on the race track.
Power Port	Jockey H G Rathod, the rider of ECO SYSTEM was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to POWER PORT (Sah Farid Ansari) on his inside, along the rails passing the 300 Metres.

2	(59)	THE FORMAL INVITATION PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 00 TO 25 - (6 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1400M
			1:30 P.M.

Like My Daddy	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Md Sajid Qureshi to withdraw LIKE MY DADDY (Tousif Khan) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right fore due to shoulder sprain. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
D Durga	The Stipendiary Stewards questioned Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu as to the vastly improved performance of D DURGA, ridden by Jockey Angad, the winner of the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No.43 of the Mysore winter Races 202223, i.e The Rajendravilas Plate (about) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over run on Sixth Day, Wednesday, 21st December 2022 when ridden by Jockey P Kiran Rai it ran unplaced. After due examination of Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu and not satisfied with the explanation tendered by him, the Stipendiary Stewards decided to fine Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu a sum of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand only) for the vastly improved performance of his charge D DURGA (Angad), in the above Race.
Top Rank	It was reported after the race that TOP RANK (Nazerul Alam) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. Aditya K was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

3	(60)	THE ANSBACH PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45 - (6 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1200M
			2:00 P.M.

D Fire	D FIRE (A R Pradeep) was saddled with the wrong saddle and brought to the paddock by its Trainer Mr. Vinesh V Naik. As the actual saddle did not arrive in time and as horse consumed a considerable amount of time to be resaddled and thereafter to be led to the start, D FIRE (A R Pradeep) was withdrawn from the above Race. An enquiry is being held into this incident in the above Race.
Stone House	Jockey Nazerul Alam, the rider of STONE HOUSE reported that his mount accidentally stumbled passing the 600 Metres.
N R I Level	N R I LEVEL (H Zeeshan) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Md Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Gate Jump on a Starting Gate practice day. It was reported after the race that N R I LEVEL (H Zeeshan) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Md Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Gods Power	GODS POWER (R Shiva Kumar) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Gate Jump on a Starting Gate practice day.
Surprise Package	SURPRISE PACKAGE (Arshad Alam) jumped awkwardly outwards at the Start.

			2:30 P.M.

Miraculous Girl	MIRACULOUS GIRL (M J Gautam Raj Urs) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race day on the race track.
Supreme Angel	SUPREME ANGEL (Siddaraju P) sustained gum injury.
Felicita	Jockey H Zeeshan, the rider of FELICITA reported that his saddle shifted back in the final 200 Metres of the race. After due examination of the equipment which was found to be in serviceable condition, Trainer Mr. Helleal R Moses was fined Rs.3,000/ for this lapse.
Saro Baby	Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was fined Rs.2,000/ for using twitch during the saddling of his charge SARO BABY (Janardhan Paswan) in the above race. He was informed that a similar manner of occurrence would entail him being reported to the Stewards for strict disciplinary action. SARO BABY (Janardhan Paswan) ran detached from the field, till the 300 Metres. Trainer Mr. Monnappa C D was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
The Sizable	THE SIZABLE (M Chandrashekar) planted and lost many lengths at the start and ran detached from the field thereafter. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race day on the race track. THE SIZABLE (M Chandrashekar) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Jewel Thief

An enquiry is being held into the relatively poor performance of JEWEL THIEF, trained by Mr. Vikram Appachu and ridden by Jockey Angad in the above race – The horse finished fifth in the above Race as compared to its previous run in Race No.56, i.e The Antequera Plate – Div I (about) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 40 to 65 run on Sevenh Day, Wednesday, 28th December 2022 when ridden by the same Jockey it won the race.

Brave Girl	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ashiwn Rao S to withdraw BRAVE GIRL (Md Imran Ashraf) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be suffering from Enteritis. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Wind Whistler	WIND WHISTLER (R Ravi) sustained gum injury.
Sultan Sword	It was observed that SULTAN SWORD (R Shiva Kumar) accidentally jumped over the crossover pathway approaching the 400 Metres.

Thalaivaa

THALAIVAA (M Prabhakaran) ran detached from the field throughout the race. Trainer Mr. Ashiwn S Rao was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

D United

It was observed that D UNITED (Mukesh Kumar) drifted out alarmingly despite the best efforts of the Jockey to keep it on an even course passing the 900 Metres and went onto the outer sand track and finished the race on the outer sand track thereafter. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was reported by the Club’s Veterinary Officer after the race that it had pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Monnappa C D was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

8	(65)	THE SKYLINE PLATE (DIV-II) A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65	1400M
			4:30 P.M.

Athulya	It was reported after the race that ATHULYA (Nazerul Alam) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Copper Sunrise	Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of COPPER SUNRISE reported that his mount was not galloping fluently and he felt that it was behaving abnormally during the race as a result he stopped riding after rounding the final bend. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, an enquiry is being held into the above incident.

9	(66)	THE SKYLINE PLATE (DIV-I) A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65	1400M
			5:00 P.M.

Capital Gain

CAPITAL GAIN (Siddaraju P) sustained gum injury.

Herodotus

A Stewards Enquiry was held into the start of the above Race with particular reference to HERODOTUS (P Kiran Rai), Dawn one, which took a fly jump thereby unbalancing the rider momentarily. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the above Race and examined Starters, M/s M Kiran and Shanmukha Swamy, the handler who was holding the horse in Stall number one and Jockey P Kiran Rai himself. After due enquiry and after repeatedly watching the CCTV replay of the Start of the Race, both in slow motions as well as normal speed, the Stewards decided that the incident was purely accidental and that the horse in question, HERODOTUS had taken a fly jump, thereby momentarily unbalancing the rider. HERODOTUS (P Kiran Rai) sustained bruises below right hind hock joint.
