Jungle StreamJUNGLE STREAM (K Lakhan) ran detached from the field after entering the Straight. Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
Sussex PrideJockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of SUSSEX PRIDE reported that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported ; However, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed to ensure better performance of his charge and also to be more judicious in future running of his charge.

Greek GoddessGREEK GODDESS (Nazar Alam) reared up as the gates opened, dislodged the rider and ran riderless. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.
Michelle PrideDADDY`S GIRL (Vipin Kumar) swerved to left towards the Outer Sand Track, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates, thereby, losing many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S M Johnson was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race, on a Race Day, on the Race Track. Trainer Mr. S M Johnson and Jockey Vipin Kumar were questioned regarding the running & riding of DADDY`S GIRL. After repeatedly watching the CCTV replay of the race and acting on their own observations, the Stipendiary Stewards decided as follows; a) To fine Trainer Mr. S M Johnson a sum of Rs.5,000/ for the unsatisfactory explanations tendered by him during the course of the enquiry and severely cautioned him to be more judicious in the running of his charges and also declaring the riders in future; and b) To fine Jockey Vipin Kumar, a sum of Rs.5,000/ for not making sufficient efforts to ride out his mount in the straight and severly cautioned him that a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.
Ironic HumourJockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of IRONIC HUMOUR reported that he accidentally dropped his whip, passing the 100 Metres.
She's A BeautyIt was observed that Jockey Shiva Kumar, the rider of SHE`S A BEAUTY accidentally lost his right stirrup passing 1300 metres, which he could not regain throughtout the race.
BaobabBAOBAB (Ajeet Kumar) took a fly jump, at the Start.

Indian DreamsThe Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of INDIAN DREAMS to the Stewards through Charge Sheet No. 272 dated 9th February, 2022, for the excessive use of whip on his mount INDIAN DREAMS, in the above Race (3rd Infringement). His first infringement was on SWISS BAY in Race No. 2 and his second infringement was on RISING SUN, in Race No. 94 of the Mysore Winter Races 202122. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and examined Jockey K Sai Kiran. After due enquiry, the Stewards decided that should Jockey K Sai Kiran be granted a Jockey`s License to ride under My.R.C. Ltd., Rules of Racing, for the year 202223, the same shall remain suspended for the first two Race Days of the Mysore Summer Races 2022, the dates of which shall be announced later. He is informed of his right to appeal and shall be permitted to ride work on those days.
ScorpeneSCORPENE (Chotu Jaiswar) jumped out awkwardly at the Start. It was reported after the Race that SCORPENE (Chotu Jaiswar) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Brave AdmiralIt was reported after the Race that BRAVE ADMIRAL (Vipin Kumar) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s Order; Trainer, Mr. Srinivas Babu G was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again

Jockey Ajeet Kumar, the rider of PERFECT LEGACY was reprimanded for shifting òut` and inconvenincing BEAT THE ODDS (V R Jagadeesh) on his outside passing the 100 Metres.
Beat The OddsJockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of BEAT THE ODDS was reprimanded for travelling wide after rounding the final bend for no apparent reason. Jockey Ajeet Kumar, the rider of PERFECT LEGACY was reprimanded for shifting òut` and inconvenincing BEAT THE ODDS (V R Jagadeesh) on his outside passing the 100 Metres.
D AnandaIt was observed that D ANANDA (B Harish) did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race and ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

JungfraujochJUNGFRAUJOCH (K Sai Kiran) sustained clipped injury on left hind tendon region and small injury on right hind pastern.

Power Of TheaTrainer Mr. Srinivas Babu was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards as to the poor perfromance of his charge POWER OF THEA (B Harish), which ran unplaced in the above Race, as compared to its run in Race No. 83 of the Mysore Winter Races 202122, i.e., The Crown Treasure Plate – Div.II, (About) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over, run on Eleventh Day, Wednesday, 29th December, 2021, when ridden by Jockey Akshay Gaikwad, it won the Race. Not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by Trainer Mr. Srinivas Babu G, the Stipendiary Stewards decided to fine him a sum of Rs.10,000/ for the poor performance of his charge, POWER OF THEA (B Harish) and also, for running his charge in inconsistent distances when he was specifically advised not to do so, after its previous run. He was informed that a similar manner of running his charge in future would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.

7 (131) THE FAIR WOOD PLATE

Star Of TheaAs Jockey Nazar Alam, the declared rider of STAR OF THEA, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the 6th Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi to substitute Jockey B Harish to ride STAR OF THEA in place of Jockey Nazar Alam, the declared rider.
AthulyaATHULYA (Shiva Kumar) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the Start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

Breaking NewsBREAKING NEWS (Sarvan Kumar) was extremely fractious and refused to reach the Starting Gate despite the best efforts of the handlers. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter`s Order.

In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Surender G T was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.
Mighty PrinceJockey Shamaz Shareef, the rider of MIGHTY PRINCE reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race and thereafter, ran detached from the field. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported ; However, Trainer Mr. Srinivas Babu G was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
