2	(67)	THE PARFAIT AMOUR PLATE (DIV.II) A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45	1400M

Southern Style	SOUTHERN STYLE (K.P.G. Appu) planted and took no practical part in the race. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
Gustavo	Jockey B.L. Paswan, the rider of GUSTAVO, was fined Rs.1,000/ for repeatedly bumping GOLDEN CROWN (Vinod Shinde) on his outside rounding the final bend. Jockey B.L. Paswan, the rider of GUSTAVO, was fined Rs.1,000/ for repeatedly looking back in the last 200 Metres for no apparent reason. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b c GUSTAVO.
Sandalwood Star	Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of SANDALWOOD STAR, was fined Rs.1,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
Saqqarah	Jockey Gaurav Sapra, the rider of SAQQARAH, was reprimanded for repeatedly changing course in the straight.

3	(68)	THE THIRTHAHALLI PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 00 TO 25	1200M

Western Palace	WESTERN PALACE (Harish) was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting in and tightening NOBLE BREEZE (B. Prakash) on the inside during the final stages of the race.
Noble Breeze	An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of NOBLE BREEZE, trained by Mr. S. Ganapathy and ridden by Jockey B. Prakash. The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey B.Prakash, the rider of NOBLE BREEZE to the Stewards for riding an injudicious race (Rule No.162(ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing) in the above race. The Stewards held an enquiry after the race on 18122009 and interviewed trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy and Jockey B. Prakash. After deliberations, they decided to (a) note the explanation tendered by trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy; and (b) suspend Jockey B. Prakash from riding in races from 28122009 to 112010 (both the days inclusive) and fine him a sum of Rs.5,000/ for riding an injudicious race (Rule No.162(ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing) in the above race (permitted to ride work).
Aim To Win	AIM TO WIN (A. Ashok Kumar) sustained bleeding cut injury on left hind bulb of the heel.
Smart Cooky	As Jockey S. Rajesh was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the second race, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Samar Singh to substitute Jockey Afsar Khan to ride SMART COOKY in place of the declared rider. Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of SMART COOKY, was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to NOBLE BREEZE (B. Prakash) on his outside approaching the 300 Metres.
Ziggy Stardust	ZIGGY STARDUST (Gaurav Sapra) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Galvanize	GALVANIZE (Amyn Marchant) pulled up lame on right fore due to sprained fetlock joint. Trainer Mr. S. Britto was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Sher Dil	SHER DIL (K.P.G. Appu) sustained gum injuries.
Brigade's Passion	Jockey Y.S. Srinath, the rider f BRIGADE`S PASSION, was reprimanded for coming in sharply before passing the red marker post. Subsequent to the race day the Club`s Veterinary Officer informed that based on the report from the trainer, b c BRIGADE`S PASSION was examined endoscopically at 5.45 pm on 12122009 and was found to have suffered from EIPH. Trainer Mr. Sriram Komandur was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Just Great	JUST GREAT (Gaurav Sapra) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Amit Caddy was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Atlas Power	As Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar could not arrive to fulfill his riding engagement for the day, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Prasanna Kumar to substitute Jockey R.Koch to ride SPARK OF REVERENCE in place of the declared rider. SPARK OF REVERENCE (R. Koch) sustained a cut injury on left hind bulb of the heel.
Table Mountain	TABLE MOUNTAIN (S. John) sustained a cut injury on left hind bulb of heel.

Archibaldo	Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Prasanna Kumar to withdraw SPARK OF MARCHADOR on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on left fore due to sprained fetlock. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Star Of Marmalade	STAR OF MARMALADE (Samuel Fargeat) pulled up lame on right fore due to a sprained suspensory ligament. Trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

As Jockey Shanth Kumar was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to trainer Mr. V. Narayana Gowda to substitute Jockey Zia Akhtar to ride SHE`S BIG in place of the declared rider. Jockey Zia Akhtar, the rider of SHE`S BIG, was fined Rs.1,000/ for using a whip which was not of approved pattern. Jockey Zia Akhtar, the rider of SHE`S BIG, was reprimanded for the improper use of the whip on his mount during the race.
