Citi DancerJockey Ch K Chary (CITI DANCER) reported that his mount was hanging in, in the straight, Trainer S.S.F. Hassan was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance.
ZorbonautExplanation of Jockey S. Shoban Babu (ZORBONAUT) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts. Trainer M. Satyanarayana whilst confirming the same added that he had no plausible explanation to offer for the dismal performance of his charge. Both the Jockey’s and Trainer’s explanations were noted for future reference.

Jay JayJockey Arvind Joshi (JAY JAY) cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts in the straight.

Time OnJockey A. Ramana (TIME ON) fined Rs. 1,000/ for shifting in, at about the 200 metres causing interference to BERNARDO (M.F. ALI KHAN).
ProhibitionJockey K. Anil (PROHIBITION) was cautioned to exercise greater control over his mount in that he allowed his mount to shift out at about the 1400 metres in the process forcing out CLEVER PLOY (CH K CHARY), BLAST IN CLASS (LAXMAN) and ONE IN ALL (N. RAWAL) racing on his outside.
Doing My BestExplanation of Jockey R. Laxmikanth (DOING MY BEST) that he was tightened for room and at about the 1200 metres due to which he dropped back and thereafter his mount did not raise a fluent gallop inspite of his efforts, noted.

Pavarotti (O)PAVAROTTI (VIVEK) was hanging in, in the straight. Subsequently the horse collapsed and died after the race due to cardiac arrest.
