(b) To fine him a sum of Rs. 40,000/ (1st infringement) for the positive finding of PHENYLBUTAZONE & OXYPHENBUTAZONE – (Class IV) (prohibited substances) in the urine sample taken from b.g OZARK as contained in BTC Calendar Notification under the heading “Medication and treatment of horses in Training and Racing and AntiDoping Control of Medication Rules”.
AleefJockey Hindu Singh, the rider of ALEEF reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have sharp molars. Hence, Trainer Mr. S. Inayathulla was fined Rs.3,000/ for his negligence.
