Spark Of Joy	SPARK OF JOY (S. John) sustained a bleeding cut injury on right hind tendon.
Silver Sputnik	Trainer Mr. L.V.R.Deshmukh was fined Rs.500/ for the delay in submitting the Scratching Form in respect of his charge SIPH SALAR.
Blue Dew (O)	BLUE DEW (Vivek) sustained a cut injury on right hind cannon.
Prashastha	PRASHASTHA (P. Ramesh) jumped awkwardly outwards and bumped CRIMINAL LAWYER (M.Mark). Jockey P. Ramesh, the rider of PRASHASTHA, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to SPARK OF JOY (S. John) which in turn tightened SAVVY CONCEPT (Stephane Breux) on the rails approaching the 500 Metres.
Lads Gladiator	REAL GLADIATOR (Harish) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Tharun Thimmaiah was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Chitra	Jockey C. Krishnan, the rider of CHITRA, was inconvenienced by SPARK OF BRONTE (R. Rupesh) resulting in Jockey C. Krishnan falling back and inconveniencing FIRST OF A LEGEND (Vivek) who had to check and shift out violently causing interference to TECNOCAT (S. John) and SUNNY SPELL (Stephane Breux). As no fault could be ascertained to any rider, no further action was taken beyond noting the incident.
Chaitanya Jyothi	CHAITANYA JYOTHI (A.M. Tograllu) was galloping fiercely approaching the 700 Metres thereby checked off the heels of HIGH ROLLER (C. Alford) and accidentally brushed the false rails.
Saddler	TECNOCAT (S. John) sustained an injury on right hock.

Son Of The Soil	SON OF THE SOIL (M. Narredu) sustained buccal injury.
Mighty Monarch	Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of MIGHTY MONARCH, reported that his horse was lugging out throughout the race. Trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Jamaican Bolt	Jockey A.R. Mani was fined Rs.2,000/ for not fulfilling his riding engagement on JAMAICAN BOLT and for not informing the Stipendiary Stewards of the same. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. M.B. Mangalorkar to substitute Jockey M.F. Ali Khan to ride JAMAICAN BOLT in place of the declared rider. The right fore shoe of JAMAICAN BOLT (M.F. Ali Khan) had come off in the paddock before the race. The horse was thereafter reshod before leaving the paddock.

Marianella(O)	MARIANELLA (S.R. Santosh Kumar) sustained bleeding injuries on right stifle, right fore arm and right hind.
Bee Quick	Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f BEE QUICK.
Star Assembly	The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey B. Prakash, the rider of STAR ASSEMBLY to the Stewards for careless riding (Rule No.161(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing) in that as the rider of STAR ASSEMBLY he shifted in passing the 1100 Metres, taking the ground of SPARKS (P.S. Chouhan) causing it to shift in and interfere with DUCKWORTH (S. Mallikarjun) and MARIANELLA (S.R. Santosh Kumar) which struck the rails and dislodged the rider. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and interviewed Jockey B. Prakash. After deliberations, they decided to suspend Jockey B. Prakash from riding in races from 172009 to 572009 (both days inclusive) for careless riding (Rule No.161(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing) on his mount STAR ASSEMBLY in the above race (permitted to ride work).
Gallant Prince	GALLANT PRINCE (M.F. Ali Khan) sustained injuries on right hind.

Equidae	Jockey Neeraj Rawal, the rider of EQUIDAE, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and bumping FANTABULOUS PRINCE (S. Chandrashekar) on his outside passing the 1000 Metres. Jockey Neeraj Rawal, the rider of EQUIDAE was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to NEEDOFTHEHOUR (P.S. Chouhan) resulting in FANTABULOUS PRINCE (S. Chandrashekar) to check and shift out approaching the 900 Metres.
Game Fighter	Jockey Shakti Singh, the rider of GAME FIGHTER (drawn 5), was fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to NEEDOFTHEHOUR (P.S. Chouhan drawn 6), RIMPUCHE (C. Alford drawn 7) and FANTABULOUS PRINCE (S. Chandrashekar drawn 8) before passing the red marker post.
Valid Expectation	VALID EXPECTATION (S. John) burst its blood vessels after the race. Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

6	(85)	THE CHIEF JUSTICE`S CUP (GR.3) TERMS - 4 YEARS OLD & UPWARD	1800M

Southern Charge	SOUTHERN CHARGE (Wayne Smith) jumped awkwardly outwards thereby the rider lost his left stirrup iron momentarily unbalancing and dislodging the rider immediately after jumping out and thereafter took no practical part in the race. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. S. Padmanabhan was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

Ramesh to the Stewards under Rule No.144(b) of the BTC Rules of Racing in that as the rider of UNDUE he weighed out with a body protector of a pattern not approved by the Stewards. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and interviewed Jockey S. Ramesh. After deliberations they decided to suspend Jockey S. Ramesh from riding in races from 172009 to 272009 (both days inclusive) for riding with a body protector of a pattern not approved by the Stewards (Rule No.144(b) of the BTC Rules of Racing) in the above race (permitted to ride work).
