1	(149)	THE SWEEPING SUCCESS TROPHY -DIV-II A Handicap for Horses rated 1 TO 26 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1400M

Final Attack	At the request of Trainer Asad Siddiqui, FINAL ATTACK was examined at 1027 hours on the race day (24/01/2010) and was found to be sore by the right fore leg, as such the gelding was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club`s VO before next accepting to race.
Courage Under Fire	After the race, COURAGE UNDER FIRE was observed to have a clip injury on the right knee. ELEMENTTO TRANCE was found to be sound.
Flo Nightingale	Near 1100 metres, FLO NIGHTINGALE (App.P.Trevor) was steadied and lost position while racing on the inside of GOLD BISCUIT (TS Jodha), as a result ELEMENTTO TRANCE (Y.S.Srinath) who was following, was inconvenienced and was forced to shift outwards. Shortly afterwards, ELEMENTTO TRANCE (Y.S. Srinath) lugged in and went on to FLO NIGHTINGALE (App.P.Trevor). Since the incidents were accidental, no action was initiated against anyone.
Elementto Trance	ELEMENTTO TRANCE (V.Chandrakant) jumped out slow, losing about 4 lengths at the start. Tr.S.Shaikh has been asked to give the gelding more gate practice and to show him to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race him.

2	(150)	THE LT.COL.GOVIND SINGH VRC TROPHY TERMS - 3 year old maidens only	1400M

Lionwoods	LIONWOODS (Malcolm Kharadi) was reluctant to be stalled. Trainer Sanjay Kolse has been asked to give the colt more gate practice and to show him to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials before next accepting to race him. Soon on entering the straight, ADAMS PRINCE (C.S.Jodha) drifted out taking LIONWOODS (Malcolm Kharadi) outwards, who in turn took ROB N ROB (R.P.Cleary) outwards.
Kaskazi	After the race, SUN GLORY was found to be sore by the right fore leg. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club`s VO before next accepting to race.
Adams Prince	Jockey C.S.Jodha (ADAMS PRINCE) has been cautioned for using his whip with the left hand as his mount was shifting in, thus aggravating the inward movement.

3	(151)	THE AHMED I.RAHIMTOOLA TROPHY TERMS - 3 year old maidens only	1000M

Hearts On Fire(O)	On the way to the start, HEARTS ON FIRE (Y.S.Srinath) got kicked by another horse. The filly was examined by the Club`s Sr.V.O. and found to have sustained bleeding abrasions on her left jaw. As such, the filly was certified unfit to race and hence was withdrawn on veterinary grounds.
Roesti	After the race ROESTI was found to be sound.
Zaracha	After the race, ZARACHA was found to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. The colt has to be passed fit by the Club`s VO before next accepting to race.

Swahili

Soon after the start, SWAHILI (Dashrath Singh) shifted in and took the running of RUNNING BULL (Samuel Fargeat) who was checked and eased off the heels of SWAHILI. Jockey Dashrath Singh has been cautioned for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.

Demonstrator	Passing 400 metres, DEMOSTRATOR (R.Hughes) was held up for a clear run as FISH PILOT (App.D. Akkshay) shifted inwards. App.D.Akkshay has been cautioned for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
Kalinga Star	Relying on a report from the Sr. VO, Trainer Uday Bhan Singh has been fined Rs.1000/ for taking his charge KALINGA STAR away from the Parade Ring before the All Clear was given.After the race, KALINGA STAR was observed to have an abrasion on the left fore canon. RED TABASCO, AMORA, MYSTIC TEMPLE, SEA WONDER & BLACK RAINBOW were found to be sound
Sea Wonder	Near 700 metres, SEA WONDER (S.P.Ranjane) was steadied when tightened for room while racing on the inside of UPROAR (R.Shelar).
Rio Del Ray	Jockey Vikram Jodha (RIO DEL RAY) reported loss of whip near 200 metres from the Winning Post.
Tintisa	STARDOM (Nadeem Alam) played up in the stall. The filly was taken out and examined by the Club`s Sr.V.O. who certified her fit to race. Trainer Imtiaz A.Sait has been asked to give the filly more gate practice and to show her to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race her.STARDOM (Nadeem Alam) was inclined to lug out while negotiating the final bend and made contact with BLACK RAINBOW (Suraj Naredu).

6	(154)	THE P.D.AVASIA TROPHY A Handicap for Horses rated 60 TO 86	1200M

Forever Young	After the race FOREVER YOUNG was found to be sound.
Pillatus	After the race, PILLATUS was found to have broken a blood vessel. This being the second time, the gelding is not to race for the stipulated period of 8 weeks. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club`s VO before next accepting to race.
Call To Arms	Near 1000 metres, CALL TO ARMS (App.A.Sandesh) shifted in and hampered the running of PILLATUS (Y.S.Srinath). As such, App.A.Sandesh has been fined Rs.1000/ and severely cautioned for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
Polariser	Soon after the start, POLARISER (App Ishwar Pardeshi) shiftedin as the gelding was being steadied and made contact with SLICKKIT (Dashrath Singh).

7	(155)	THE HDIL INDIAN OAKS (GR.1) TERMS - 4 years old only	2400M

Amazing Ray	After the race, AMAZING RAY was found to go short by the right fore leg. The filly has to be passed fit by the Club`s VO before next accepting to race.
Confiserie	CONFISERIE (Samuel Fargeat) was placed fifth and SINE QUA NON (Neeraj Rawal) was placed sixth by the Judge, in this race.
Oh Calcutta	Soon after the start, OH CALCUTTA (Y.S.Srinath) shifted in and caused interference to CONFISERIE (Samuel Fargeat) who was racing along the rails. Jockey Y.S.Srinath has been fined Rs.5000/ for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
Mystic Quest	After the race, MYSTIC QUEST was observed to have a clip injury on the left hind tendon and TEQUILA had an abrasion on the right hind coronet.
Alize	Soon after the start, ALIZE (Malcolm Kharadi) shifted in and tightened LEAVE IT TO ME (David Allan) who in turn shifted in and hampered the running of MYSTIC QUEST (M Fenton). Jockey Malcolm Kharadi has been reprimanded for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.

Orada

Immediately after the race, App.S.Zervan (ORADA) reported that his gates had opened fractionally late which was confirmed after viewing the replay of the race, as such, a Stewards Enquiry was held into the start of this race. After considering the submissions made by the Starter as also App.S.Zervan, in conjunction with that of the Stipendiary Stewards and relying on their judgment, the Stewards decided that no action was called for in the matter. Near 400 metres, ORADA (App.S.Zervan) suddenly ducked outwards and jostled with MIA STELLA (J.E.Pereira) unbalancing the latter. The matter was reported to the Stewards for such action as deemed fit. The Stewards after the last race considered the above report and having viewed the video recording of the race, decided that the incident was accidental and no action was called for in the matter.

Hickory

After the race HICKORY was found to be sound.

Illuminate(O)	ILLUMINATE (Y.S.Srinath) luggedin soon after the start. Trainer N.B.Chenoy has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
Super King (O)	SUPER KING (C.Rajendra) was slow in the stride, losing about 2 lengths at the start.
Tag Along Tommy	After the race JALSA was found to be sound.
Albuurz	At about 600 metres ALBUURZ (R.P.Cleary) was tightened when ILLUMINATE (Y.S. Srinath) shifted out as Jockey YS Srinath was committed to take the gap in front and at the same time VISIONAIRE (D.K.Ashish) was inclined to shift in.
Caramel	Jockey P Sandeep (CARAMEL) has been fined Rs.3000/ for failing to persevere with his mount in the straight.
Tomorrows Dreams(O)	Soon after the start, TOMMORROWS DREAMS (T.S.Jodha) was held up for room when CARAMEL (P. Sandeep) shifted in. Jockey P Sandeep has been cautioned for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
