Mutual Fund	MUTUAL FUND (D. Mahendran) accidentally brushed the false rails and dislodged the rider passing the 700 Metres.
Son Of The Sun	Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner ch g SON OF THE SUN.
Gara Fluid	Jockey K.P.G. Appu, the rider of GARA FLUID was fined Rs.2,000/ for continuously rolling in from drawn 11 and taking the ground of MUTUAL FUND (D. Mahendran) soon after the start.
Kemrock	Jockey A. Velu, the rider of KEMROCK (drawn 6) , was reprimanded for shifting in and bumping KHUSHI (S. Mallikarjun) (drawn 5) soon after the start.
Khushi	Jockey S. Mallikarjun, the rider of KHUSHI, was fined Rs.2,000/ for not exercising sufficient control and allowing his mount to roll in and cause interference to RECORD TIME (S.R. Santosh Kumar), NIGHT LIGHT (G. Adarsh) and ZABDIEL (R. Ravi) soon after the start. KHUSHI (S. Mallikarjun) pulled up lame on right fore after the race. Trainer Mr. C.V.G.K. Kishore, was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Anna Fleetwood	ANNA FLEETWOOD (Melvyn Maseyk) pulled up lame on right fore after the race. Trainer Mr. R. Mallikarjuna was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Record Time	Trainer Mr. Rakesh was questioned regarding the running of his charge RECORD TIME which ran detached in the initial stages of the race . The trainer stated that (a) the horse was running after a long time. (b) the horse was slowly away and in his opinion the horse could have performed better if it was not slowly away. His explanations were noted for further reference.
Zabdiel	ZABDIEL (R. Ravi) sustained cut injury on right hind inside pastern.
Galvanize	GALVANIZE (Khurshad Alam) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. S. Britto was informed that he must ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Demanding	Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g DEMANDING.
Way To Wealth	An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of WAY TO WEALTH trained by P.C. Tejaswi and ridden by Jockey N. Tauseef Ahmed.
Forever Grande	Jockey B. Sreekanth, the rider of FOREVER GRANDE, was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to SURYARATH (V.R. Jagadeesh) passing the 600 Metres.
Berkley Square	Jockey Mohammed Shoaib, the rider of BERKLEY SQUARE, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and tightening BREED APART (D. Gnaneshwar) passing the 700 Metres.
Land Of Smiles	Jockey Gaurav Sapra, the rider of LAND OF SMILES, reported that his mount threw its head up in the air while jumping out of the starting gates, resulting in the horse losing 34 lengths at the start.
Breed Apart	BREED APART (D. Gnaneshwar) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. C.D. Monnappa was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Arabian Memories	Jockey Vivek, the rider of ARABIAN MEMORIES reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 300 Metres due to a tightly packed field.
Kangaroo Punch	An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of KANGAROO PUNCH trained by Mr. Vikram Appachu and ridden by Jockey B. Sreekanth.
Awesome Fighter	Jockey M. Mark, the rider of AWESOME FIGHTER, reported that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination it was found to have revealed injury in front of the lower jaw, premolars on both side.

Freedom Fighter	Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g FREEDOM FIGHTER.
Kar O Bar	Jockey Khalander, the rider of KAR O BAR, was severely reprimanded for easing his mount before passing the winning post.
Phenomenal Strides	Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh, the rider of PHENOMENAL STRIDES, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 300 Metres.
Foresight(O)	FORESIGHT (K. Raja Rao) veered inwards, lost many lengths and did not raise a fluent gallop. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. M.P. Mahaesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track. Jockey K. Raja Rao, the rider of FORESIGHT, reported that his mount was hanging out in the straight. It was impounded for veterinary examination and on examination the Veterinary Officer reported that the horse had sharp molars. Trainer Mr. M.P. Mahaesh was fined Rs.2,000/ for his negligence. FORESIGHT (K. Raja Rao) sustained cut injury on left hind inside fetlock.

Leagues Apart	Permission was granted to trainer Mr. J.S. Pillai to withdraw LEAGUES APART (A. Velu) on veterinary grounds as it sustained severe head injury in the stables and was euthanized on humanitarian grounds on 24th September 2009.
Always For You(O)	ALWAYS FOR YOU (D. Gnaneshwar) sustained cut injury on right fore fetlock.
Windsor Square	Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to substitute Jockey Md. Kareem to ride WINDSOR SQUARE in place of the declared rider.

Kripa	Jockey Harish, the rider of KRIPA, was reprimanded for not exercising sufficient control over his mount under the use of whip in the final 150 meters..
Swiss Queen	Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to substitute Jockey Md. Kareem to ride SWISS QUEEN in place of the declared rider.
