1	(1)	THE VARADA PLATE TERMS - 3 year old maidens only	1100M
			2:00 P.M.

Mystic Divine	An objection was lodged by Jockey A Imran Khan, the rider of EYE THE MIND, placed Third by the Judge against Jockey Angad, the rider of MYSTIC DIVINE placed First by the Judge for, “Coming out erratically in the 300 Metres and forcing me out where I lost my rhythm due to the bad check I could not ride out my horse to the fullest of the ability which cost me a certain race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined Jockey A Imran Khan and Jockey Angad; After due deliberations and after repeatedly watching the CCTV replay of the Race, the Stewards decided to OVERRULE the objection. Jockey Angad, the rider of MYSTIC DIVINE was fined Rs.5,000/ for shifting out under the use of the whip and taking out EYE THE MIND (A Imran Khan) on his outside between the 300 Metres and the 200 Metres. He was informed that a repetition of a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f MYSTIC DIVINE.

White Lies	WHITE LIES (Janardhan Paswan) sustained superficial injury on right hind cannon.
Lucky Sun	LUCKY SUN (K Sai Kiran) took a fly jump at the Start.
Funambulist	Jockey B Harish, the rider of ROMANTIC HEART, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing FUNAMBULIST (R N Darshan), on his inside soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.
Romantic Heart	Jockey B Harish, the rider of ROMANTIC HEART, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing FUNAMBULIST (R N Darshan), on his inside soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.

2	(2)	THE SOMANATHPUR PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 00 TO 25	1200M
			2:30 P.M.

Felicita	FELICITA (Kiran Naidu) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced SCARLET PRINCESS (H G Rathod) on his outside soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. An enquiry is being held into the improved performance of FELICITA, trained by Mr. Helleal Moses and ridden by Jockey Kiran Naidu in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 91, The Amba Vilas Palace Plate, (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 00 to 25 run on 10th August, 2022 when ridden by Jockey Noorulla it ran unplaced. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b f FELICITA.
Double Trouble	Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of DOUBLE TROUBLE reported that he accidentally lost his whip passing the 300 Metres. An enquiry is being held in to the running and riding of DOUBLE TROUBLE, trained my Mr. M Bobby and ridden by Jockey M Prabhakaran in the above race. Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from b m DOUBLE TROUBLE.
Come Alive	COME ALIVE (Angad) jumped awkwardly inwards at the Start, thereby inconveniencing CAPPADOCIA (Md. Sameer) along the railings and as such the latter horse stumbled, approaching the 1100 Metres. The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Angad, the rider of COME ALIVE, to the Stewards vide Charge Sheet No. 294, for “Careless Riding” [breach of Rule No. 161 (i) of the My.R.C. Ltd., Rules of Racing] on his mount, in the above Race, in that, as a rider of COME ALIVE, a) He shifted in soon after the Start, thereby causing interference to CAPPADOCIA (Md. Sameer) on his inside, and thereafter; b) He shifted out sharply, with the use of the whip on the right side, thereby causing severe interference to VIJAY SURABHI (N B Kuldeep) on his outside, which went onto VIRGINIA QUEEN (Nazerul Alam) on its outside, passing the 350 Metres, in the above Race. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the last Race and examined Jockey Angad and the Trainer of the horse, Mr. C D Monnappa. After repeated watching the CCTV footage of the above Race and after due deliberations, the Stewards decided to suspend the Jockey’s license granted to Jockey Angad from 04092022 to 10092022 (both days inclusive), for “Careless Riding” [breach of Rule No. 161 (i) of the My.R.C. Ltd., Rules of Racing] on his mount COME ALIVE, in the above Race. Jockey Angad was informed that he can ride work and was also informed of his right to appeal.
So Far	SO FAR (Sarvan Kumar) sustained clipped injury on right fore bulb of heel.
Virginia Queen	The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Angad, the rider of COME ALIVE, to the Stewards vide Charge Sheet No. 294, for “Careless Riding” [breach of Rule No. 161 (i) of the My.R.C. Ltd., Rules of Racing] on his mount, in the above Race, in that, as a rider of COME ALIVE, a) He shifted in soon after the Start, thereby causing interference to CAPPADOCIA (Md. Scarlet Princess	FELICITA (Kiran Naidu) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced SCARLET PRINCESS (H G Rathod) on his outside soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.
I'm A Star	As Jockey Md. Imran Ashraf, the declared rider of SHIVALIK DHANUSH was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Rakesh to substitute Jockey R Shiva Kumar to ride SHIVALIK DHANUSH, in place of the declared rider. Jockey R Shiva Kumar, the rider of SHIVALIK DHANUSH was severely cautioned for repeatedly checking and breaking the stride of his mount in the early stages of the race.
Cappadocia	COME ALIVE (Angad) jumped awkwardly inwards at the Start, thereby inconveniencing CAPPADOCIA (Md. Sameer) along the railings and as such the latter horse stumbled, approaching the 1100 Metres. Diva In Gold	Jockey S Anthony Raj, the rider of DIVA IN GOLD reported that his mount was hanging ‘in’ throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination was no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Surender G T was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

3	(3)	THE B.K.KRISHNADEVARAJ URS MEMORIAL TROPHY A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65 - (4 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1200M
			3:00 P.M.

Wind Power	WIND POWER (Salman Khan) threw its head up and jumped out awkwardly, at the Start. WIND POWER (Salman Khan) sustained clipped injury on right fore medial bulb of the heel.
Silver Days Again	It was reported after the race that SILVER DAYS AGAIN (B Harish) apparently lost its left fore shoe during the race.
Athulya	Jockey N B Kuldeep, the rider of DEIMUS was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to ATHULYA (Angad) on his inside along the rails approaching the 1000 Metres.
Lovely Thoughts	LOVELY THOUGHTS (Prathvi Singh Rathore) jumped awkwardly inwards, at the Start.
Deimus	Jockey N B Kuldeep, the rider of DEIMUS was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to ATHULYA (Angad) on his inside along the rails approaching the 1000 Metres.
Kingofthejungle	Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of KINGOFTHEJUNGLE reported that his mount abruptly stopped galloping in the final 250 Metres of the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination immediately after the race and further on endoscopy the next day (26th August, 2022), was found to have suffered from EIPH (Grade II). Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

4	(4)	THE STAR OF MYSORE TROPHY A Handicap for Horses rated 60-85 - (4 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1400M
			3:30 P.M.

Aberlour	Jockey R Shiva Kumar, the rider of ABHINANDAN was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing ABERLOUR (Hasib Alam), on his inside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.
Cavarozzi	CAVAROZZI (R Ajay Kumar) jumped out awkwardly, at the Start.
Court Jester	Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of COURT JESTER reported that his mount was not galloping fluently after rounding the final bend. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Abhinandan	Jockey R Shiva Kumar replaced the indisposed Jockey Md Imran Ashraf on ABHINANDAN. Jockey R Shiva Kumar, the rider of ABHINANDAN was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing ABERLOUR (Hasib Alam), on his inside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.

5	(5)	THE H.H.SRI JAYACHAMARAJA WADIYAR MEMORIAL TROPHY A Handicap for Horses rated 80-ABOVE	1400M
			4:00 P.M.

Segera

SEGERA (Mohammed Mushraf) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of SEGERA, trained by Mr. P C Tejaswi and ridden by Jockey Mohammed Mushraf in the above race.

Emelda

The Stipendiary Stewards questioned Trainer Mr. B Suresh and Jockey K Sai Kiran, as to the performance of EMELDA, in the above Race. The Trainer stated as follows; a) He had instructed his rider to sit in forward position; b) His rider came and reported to him that the pace was fast and he could not take the desired position; c) He felt that may be the distance was too sharp for his charge. The Jockey corroborated with the explanations of the Trainer and also added that when he asked for an effort from his mount in the Straight, it was not responding to his urgings. Their explanations were noted for future reference.

			4:30 P.M.

Forest View	COORG GENERAL (Salman Khan) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced LUCKY LUCIANO (M Prabhakaran), which in turn, passed it onto FOREST VIEW (A Imran Khan), on its outside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.
Coorg General	COORG GENERAL (Salman Khan) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced LUCKY LUCIANO (M Prabhakaran), which in turn, passed it onto FOREST VIEW (A Imran Khan), on its outside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.
Lucky Luciano	COORG GENERAL (Salman Khan) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced LUCKY LUCIANO (M Prabhakaran), which in turn, passed it onto FOREST VIEW (A Imran Khan), on its outside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.
Shivalik Sound	Jockey J Paswan replaced the indisposed Jockey Md Imran Ashraf on SHIVALIK SOUND.

Impelling Power

IMPELLING POWER (K Sai Kiran) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behavior, Trainer Mr. C Girinath was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. An enquiry is being held into the improved performance of IMPELLING POWER, trained by Mr. C Girinath and ridden by Jockey K Sai Kiran in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 100 of the Mysore Summer Races 2022, i.e., The Kanteerava Narashimaraja Sports Club Trophy – Div II (About) 1100 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45 run on Thirteenth Day, Wednesday, 10th August, 2022, when ridden by Jockey B Harish, it ran unplaced.

Surprise Package

It was reported after the race that SURPRISE PACKAGE (R N Darshan) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
