On immediate examination by the Club`s Veterinary Officer, it was found to be bleeding profusely from both nostrils. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s order. Trainer Mr.Mahmood Khan was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
AachenIt was reported after the race that AACHEN (C.Umesh) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Saqlain) and SET TO WIN (S. John) approaching 1000 Metres. Jockey S. Saqlain, the rider of MONGOLIAN KING reported that his mount had wobbled from its hind approaching 1000 Metres and it was observed that MONGOLIAN KING also ran detached. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to be lame on both hind limbs. Subsequently, it was euthanized on 26/12/2021.

The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and interviewed the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection. Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of FOUR WHEEL DRIVE was fined Rs.5,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to WINDSTORM (Arshad Alam) on his outside approaching 350 Metres.
