1 (84) THE WHITE METAL PLATE (DIV-II)
A Handicap for Horses rated 1 TO 26		 1200M
OradaAfter the race, ORADA was observed to have lost its right fore plate. The filly was examined after sampling and found to be sound. However, on examination at the stables again the same day and also next morning, the filly was found to be sore by the right fore leg. The filly has to be passed fit by the Club`s V.O. before next accepting to race.
AccurizeSoon after start ACCURIZE (F Irani) was inclined to lug in and was thereafter tightened racing on the inside of NUNCIO (T.Atul). Trainer Mansoor Shah has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding. Jockey F.Irani (ACCURIZE) reported the loss of whip after entering the straight. This being the first time this season the jockey had reported loss of whip, no action has been initiated against him beyond reminding him of the notice with regard to the loss of whip.
UntouchedUNTOUCHED and NUNCIO were taken back to the Saddling Enclosure from the Paddock as it was found that the saddles of both the horses got interchanged in the Saddling Enclosure whereby the horses were brought in to the Paddock with wrong saddles. As such, Tr. H. J. Antia has been fined a sum of Rs. 5000/ for his negligence.
NuncioAt start, NUNCIO (T Atul) stumbled and as the gelding regained its balance, it went across ORADA (RP Cleary). Since the incident was accidental, no action has been initiated against anyone.
Borzu AgainJockey Imran Chisty (BORZU AGAIN) reported that his horse hungin throughout the race. The Sr. VO was requested to examine the gelding for any abnormality. The Sr.V.O. reported that BORZU AGAIN was found to be sore by the right fore leg. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club`s V.O. before next accepting to race.
Heavy MoneyAfter the race, HEAVY MONEY was found to be sound.

2 (85) THE LADY MOURA PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 1 TO 26		 2400M
BrezhnevTrainer Vinay Lagad has been fined Rs.1000/ for bringing his charge BREZHNEV late in to the Paddock. After the race, BREZHNEV was found to be sore by the left fore leg. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club`s V.O. before next accepting to race.
LotharioAfter the race, NARA was observed to have a bleeding injury on the right hock. LOTHARIO was found to be sound.
Starlite ExpressTrainer Narendra Lagad has been fined Rs.2,000/ each i.e. Rs.1000/ for each case, for bringing his charges LOTHARIO & STARLITE EXPRESS late in to the Paddock.

Born DestinyJockey Vikram Jodha (BORN DESTINY) has been fined Rs.1000/ for using his whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. After the race, BORN DESTINY, WAR MAJOR & ANY TIME MONEY were found to be sound.
River LassAt the start, RIVER LASS (James Doyle) jumped out awkwardly towards the inside and made contact with ANAMIKA (Nadeem Alam). Entering the straight, RIVER LASS (James Doyle) was inconvenienced when racing between ANAMIKA (Nadeem Alam ) and ONUS PROBANDHI (S.N.Chavan) as they shifted out and shifted in respectively. Jockeys Nadeem Alam and S.N.Chavan have been severely cautioned. After the race, RIVER LASS was found to be sore by the right fore leg. The filly has to be passed fit by the Club`s V.O. before next accepting to race.
AnamikaSoon on entering the straight, ANAMIKA (Nadeem Alam) was inconvenienced while racing on the inside of RIVER LASS (James Doyle). After the race, ANAMIKA was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. The filly has to be passed fit to race by the Club`s VO before next accepting to race.

4 (87) THE KEJRIWAL TROPHY
A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 66		 1400M
Schwarzenegger(O)Jockey Suraj Narredu (STARFALL) reported that his mount hungin in the final stages of the race. Trainer Mansoor Shah has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding. After the race, STARFALL was found to be sore by the right fore leg. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club`s V.O. before next accepting to race.
BlumarineBLUMARINE (S.A.De Sousa) & STAR CROWNED (Y.S.Srinath) were reluctant to be stalled. Trainers Imtiaz A.Sait and Altaf Hussain have been asked to give their respective charge more gate practice and show them to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race them. Jockey S.A. De Sousa (BLUMARINE) reported that his mount hungout in the straight. Trainer Imtiaz A Sait has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.
GatravatAfter the race, GATRAVAT, SEA WARRIOR & BLUEMARINE were found to be sound.
Sea WarriorTrainer CD Katrak was questioned with regard to the poor performance of SEA WARRIOR. The Trainer concurred that the horse had run below par but was unable to cite any reason. He said that the horse was not a genuine one, he was fancied on a few occasions during the Pune Meeting but failed and the horse has won only once in its career. He said that Jockey M Fenton was asked to ride his own race and to ride from the outside of the field. When asked to be specific with the instruction, the Trainer stated that he would prefer if the Jockey would ride a waiting race. He added that the horse was slow to begin and then the Jockey had brushed up the horse and came from the outside. Jockey M Fenton explained that he found that the horse was not travelling well in the race. He said that he had travelled wide as he was asked to ride that way and had won over 1200 metres riding the same way. The explanation was noted.

5 (88) THE N.N. MEHTA SPRINT SALVER
A Handicap for Horses rated 60 TO 86		 1200M
SlickkitSLICKKIT (S.A. De Sousa) was also reluctant to be stalled. Since the filly had behaved in a similar manner in its last run, Trainer Altamash A.Ahmed has been asked to show the filly to the satisfaction of the Starter in a mock race, before next accepting to race her.
Irish Queen [ire]IRISH QUEEN (IRE) luggedin in the straight. Trainer Mansoor Shah has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.
Native StrategyNATIVE STRATEGY (Vikram Jodha) was reluctant to be stalled. Trainer Jayantilal K.Gor has been asked to give the gelding more gate practice and show him to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race him.
Call To ArmsAfter the race, CALL TO ARMS was found to be sound, however, the gelding had a gum injury. IRISH QUEEN had an abrasion on the left shank

6 (89) THE MAHARAJA JIWAJIRAO SCINDIA TROPHY (GR.3)
TERMS - 3 YEARS OLD & UPWARD		 1800M
Mr GreedyMR GREEDY (Suraj Narredu) shifted in under use of the whip and inconvenienced PHENOMENALE (Paul Mulrennan) in the final 200 metres. Jockey Suraj Narredu has been cautioned for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
IcebreakerAfter the race, ICEBREAKER was found to be sound.

7 (90) THE ROHAN LIFESCAPES MILLION
TERMS - 2 YEARS OLD ONLY		 1000M
Ocean WishOcean Wish was disqualified from the second place after being found positive for a drug substance.
Angels PursuitANGELS PURSUIT (B.Prakash) was placed fifth and OCEAN ODYSSEY (D.K.Ashish) was placed sixth by the Judge, in this race.
PetraSoon after the start, PETRA (Paul Mulrennan) had her head on the side and shied away towards the inside and tightened OCEAN ODYSSEY (DK Ashish) who, while being steadied, shifted in and jostled with KERINGDINGAN (NG McCullagh), turning the filly sideways. Trainer P Shroff was questioned with regard to the poor performance of PETRA. He stated that the Jockey had informed him after the race that the horse did not like to be crowded by other horses and did not gallop well. He added that in her previous run the filly had gone to the front and continued to do so without being challenged. There was no change in her work pattern. The explanation was noted. After the race, PETRA was found to be sound.

8 (91) THE VICTORY MARCH PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46 - (3 years old only)		 1600M
Perfect StrengthPERFECT STRENGTH (C.S.Jodha) played up in the stall. The colt was taken out of the gates and examined by the Club`s Sr.V.O. who certified him fit to race. However, PERFECT STRENGTH refused to be stalled thereafter, as such, the colt was withdrawn before coming under the Starter`s order. Trainer Subhag Singh has been asked to give the colt more gate practice and show him to the satisfaction of the Starter in a mock race before next accepting to race.
Saint VincentThe Sr.V.O. reported that after being loaded SAINT VINCENT (Paul Mulrennan) reared up and landed awkwardly dislodging the Jockey. On examination, the gelding was found to be unfit to race, as such, it was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club`s V.O. before next accepting to race. The Owners of SAINT VINCENT made a complaint to the Stewards with regard to the withdrawal of their horse. Jockey Paul Mulrennan had informed the connections that the horse was withdrawn at the instance of the Sr.Veterinary Officer who had commented that the horse was withdrawn since its odds had drifted. On questioning, the Sr.V.O. refuted having made such a statement to the Jockey and the Starter confirmed that before SAINT VINCENT was loaded, he had informed the Jockey of the drift in odds as per the communication received from the Stipendiary Stewards.
Sacred RelicSACRED RELIC (SS Baria) was inclined to lugout in the straight. Trainer Mansoor Shah has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
ZaynaAfter the race, ZAYNA was found to be sore by the left fore leg. The filly has to be passed fit by the Club`s V.O. before next accepting to race.

9 (92) THE ALVARITA PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46		 1000M
Tag Along TommySoon after the start, JALSA (J Pradeep) luggedin and made contact with HUNTER BAY (RP Cleary). Trainer Hosidar Daji has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
Peregrine Falcon (O)The saddle on PEREGRINE FALCON (CS Jodha) was observed to have slipped back during the race. As such, Assistant Trainer Adhiraj Singh, who had deputized for Trainer Magansingh P Jodha, has been fined Rs.2000/ for faulty saddling of PEREGRINE FALCON. After the race, PEREGRINE FALCON was found to be sound and JALSA was observed to have lost its left fore plate
Arabian EmpireAt the start, ARABIAN EMPIRE (TS Jodha) jumped out awkwardly.
