Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Trainer Mr. Anil Kumar was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

N R I DoublepowerJockey P. S. Chouhan, the rider of N R I DOUBLEPOWER reported that his saddle shifted towards the right in the final 200 Metres, as such he had to stop riding in the last 150 Metres. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. G. Shashikanth was fined Rs.3,000/ for faulty saddling of his charge.

Defining PowerAn enquiry was held on 29th May, 2023 by the Stipendiary Steward into the interference caused by Jockey Rajesh Kumar.M, the rider of DEFINING POWER in the above race. In that he shifted `in` sharply and caused severe interference to the horses on his inside viz; SOLID POWER (Arvind Kumar. N), RING MASTER (S. Saqlain) and MY VISIONARY (Chethan Kalay S.), whereby MASTEROFTHESKIES (Siddaraju.P) which was travelling directly behind stumbled, totally unbalancing its rider before passing the red marker post. The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Rajesh Kumar.M on 10th June, 2023 as he had pleaded guilty of the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount DEFINING POWER (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.

Win My LuvJockey Sonu Kumar, the rider of WIN MY LUV was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and taking out RIGHTLY NOBLE (Surya P.) on his outside soon after the start. WIN MY LUV (Sonu Kumar) sustained clip injury on left fore cannon and right fore pastern.
NikolinaNIKOLINA (Vivek.G) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Prasanna Kumar was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.
HumanitarianIt was observed that Jockey Bhawani Singh, the rider of QUEEN REGNANT had to steady his mount to avoid striking the front runner HUMANITARIAN (Deepak Singh) passing the 850 Metres.
Cash OutJockey A.R.Pradeep, the rider of CASH OUT was severely reprimanded for repeatedly checking his mount between the 800 Metres and 500 Metres for no apparent reason. CASH OUT (A.R.Pradeep) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Queen RegnantIt was observed that Jockey Bhawani Singh, the rider of QUEEN REGNANT had to steady his mount to avoid striking the front runner HUMANITARIAN (Deepak Singh) passing the 850 Metres.
Rightly NobleJockey Sonu Kumar, the rider of WIN MY LUV was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and taking out RIGHTLY NOBLE (Surya P.) on his outside soon after the start. RIGHTLY NOBLE (Surya P.) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Prithviraj B. was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter`s order. Trainer Mr. M. Rajendra Singh was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Brilliant LadySILVER CANYON (P. Trevor) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Dragon's GoldDRAGON`S GOLD (Akshay Kumar) sustained clip injury on left hind cannon.
