Crystal Dance	FLAWED GENIUS (C Alford) was fractious while being loaded.
Kayadhu	KAYADHU (Pawan Sharma) ran an erratic course in the final stages of the race.
Balmoral(O)	BALMORAL (App Arman Khan), KAYADHU (Pawan Sharma) and MY FAIR LADY (Gajender Singh) were slow to begin.

2	(39)	THE LIBERTY HANDICAP (DIV-I) A Handicap for Horses rated 0 TO 30	1100M

Penny	App B Srinivas Rao, the rider of PENNY, drawn 4, reported that soon after jumping out of the gates he was squeezed for room between EBONY PRINCESS (App J S Gowli, drawn 5) and ALEXA (Haroon Khan, drawn 3) which resulted in him losing some ground.
Ebony Princess	ch f EBONY PRINCESS was examined by the Sr. Veterinary Officer after the race and found to have sustained a cut injury on her left fore coronet.
Best Of The Lot	BEST OF THE LOT (Pawan Sharma) and YUHINA (P Kamlesh) were slow to begin.
Alexa (O)	Jockey Haroon Khan, the rider of ALEXA, was fined a sum of Rs. 1,000/ for the indifferent handling of his mount throughout the race.

3	(40)	THE LIBERTY HANDICAP (DIV-II) A Handicap for Horses rated 0 TO 30	1100M

Majestic Falcon	Mr. D M David, the trainer of MAJESTIC FALCON, the winner of the above race, was questioned regarding the improved performance of his charge as compared to its previous run in Race No. 18, The Roubaix Cup run on 12th November, 2009 when ridden by Jockey A Imran Khan, it ran unplaced. The trainer stated that the stable did not fancy the horse to win and, therefore, he was pleasantly surprised with the victory of the gelding and the following factors may have been advantageous to the gelding in the race : a) Race No. 18 was the first run of the horse since its last performance on 16th April, 2009 where it had participated with horses of a higher rating (Rated 2050). b) Further he had declared a jockey claiming a 5 kgs allowance. The Stipendiary Stewards noted his explanation.
Italian Beauty	The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race into the interference received by ITALIAN BEAUTY, placed 8th by the Judge and MANJHALE NAWAB, placed 10th from SEA SPRITE, placed 4th, soon after passing the distance post. At the conclusion of the enquiry the Stewards ordered the Judge’s placings to remain unchanged and instructed the Stipendiary Stewards to bring Jockey Pawan Sharma, the rider of SEA SPRITE, before them to be interviewed in respect to his careless riding at a later date.
Manjhale Nawab	MANJHALE NAWAB (App Nelson Maseyk) was fractious in its stall and was slow to begin.

4	(41)	THE SO AMAZING HANDICAP A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 50	2000M

Armstrong (O)	dk b h ARMSTRONG, accepted to run in the above race was examined by the Sr. Veterinary Officer on the morning of Friday, 27th November, 2009 and was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds as it was suffering from colic. Tr. Jaiswal was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Sr. Veterinary Officer.
Elegante	ELEGANTE (Neeraj Rawal) ran an erratic course in the final 200 metres of the race.
Keep Going	KEEP GOING (Md. Islam), KING’S ACE (A Imran Khan) and SOUTHERN BEAUTY (App Mir Zafar) were fractious while being loaded.

Man About Town

An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of b g MAN ABOUT TOWN, trained by Mr. Shafiq Khan and ridden by Jockey S Paswan. The Sr. Veterinary Officer reported that on examination after the race, b g MAN ABOUT TOWN was found to be lame on its left fore. Tr. Sarfaraz Khan, deputizing for Tr. Shafiq Khan was informed not to accept with his charge again until certified fit by the Sr. Veterinary Officer.

6	(43)	THE ROMANTIC NOTES HANDICAP (DIV-II) A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 70	1200M

Best Bet	BEST BET (Neeraj Rawal) was very fractious and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances the gelding was withdrawn with the permission of the Stewards before coming under Starter’s orders. The Starting Stall Certificate of the gelding has been revoked by the Starter.
Kulsum Beauty	Soon after jumping out of the gates CORAZON (Paul Mulrennan, drawn 6) was checked by its rider and lost some ground when SEA MONARCH (App Md. Sameer, drawn 5) was carried outwards by ZAFIR (Russell Xaviers, drawn 4). Thereafter, SEA MONARCH continued its outwards drift and inconvenienced FLY FOR SURE (App Arman Khan, drawn 8) and VRIKODARA (App J S Gowli, drawn 9). At a subsequent enquiry into the incident it was established that it was accidental and hence no further action was taken.
Rebellious	Approaching the distance post REBELLIOUS (M Maseyk) was carried ‘out’ onto AGILITY (C Alford) when THOUSAND STARS (J Gurung) shifted ’outwards’ Jockey J Gurung was shown the CCTV replay of the race and cautioned to exercise greater control over his mounts.
Zafir	On entering the straight ZAFIR (Russell Xaviers) travelling along the rails had to be checked by its rider and lost some ground when the rapidly improving CORAZON (Paul Mulrennan) brushed against it. Jockey Paul Mulrennan was shown the CCTV replay of the race and was cautioned to be more careful in future.
Prospective Queen	PROSPECTIVE QUEEN (Gajender Singh) was considerably slow to begin losing approximately four lengths and thereafter trailed the field. Tr. H S Bath was informed to give his charge adequate gate practice before accepting with it again.

9	(46)	THE HORENDRO KRISTO DUTT MEMORIAL CUP A Handicap for Horses rated 60 TO 90	1400M

Celtic Charm	CELTIC CHARM (Mir Zafar) was very fractious and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances the filly was withdrawn with the permission of the Stewards before coming under Starter’s orders. The Starting Stall Certificate of the filly has been revoked by the Starter.
Elegant Road	ELEGANT ROAD (App Arman Khan) was slow to begin.
Agios Nikolaos	Approaching the distance post AGIOS NIKOLAOS (R Marshall) moving along the rails had to be checked by its rider when ELEGANT ROAD (App Arman Khan) shifted ‘inwards’. App Arman Khan was cautioned for shifting ground when not adequately clear of the other runner.
