1 (40) THE MAMMA`S MINK PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45 - (4 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)		 1600M
Media ManAs Jockey Shadab Khan was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride on 30th May 2009 in the last race, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Mahmood Khan to substitute Jockey T. Rahul to ride MEDIA MAN in place of the declared rider. Jockey T. Rahul, the rider of MEDIA MAN, was fined Rs.1,000/ for being erratic in the last 100 Metres in that he shifted out and inconvenienced STOMY RIVER (P.S.Chouhan).
HagglerJockey M. Narredu was questioned regarding the riding on his mount JERSEY ROCK, he stated that his mount was very sluggish and also it lacked initial speed because of which he was not able to position the horse up with the field inspite of his best efforts. Trainer Mr. M. Eshwer was questioned regarding the running of his charge JERSEY ROCK in the above race. The trainer stated that he had asked the Jockey to sit up with the field and do his best in the straight. He also stated that the horse did not show initial speed, and he would be running his charge over longer distances in future. Their explanations were noted for future reference.
Voice Of IndiaVOICE OF INDIA (H.G. Rathod) shifted out and inconvenienced ATTATURK (Afsar Khan) approaching the 100 Metres. Jockey H.G.Rathod the rider of VOICE OF INDIA reported that he could not get a clear run in the last 200 Metres.
Orange OrchardAs Jockey Amarpreet Singh was certified medically unfit at Mysore on 31st May 2009, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Samar Singh to substitute Jockey R. Rupesh to ride ORANGE ORCHARD in place of the declared rider.

TulasiJockey C. Krishnan, the rider of TULASI, was fined Rs.2,000/ by the Starter for delaying the start considerably for no apparent reason and disturbing all other horses in the stalls and also for misbehaving with the Starter in the weighing room after the race.
AetiusAETIUS (S.Ramesh) was observed to have been running green in the straight.
Grand TopazGRAND TOPAZ (Vivek) sustained cut injuries on left hind tendon and right hock.
Star PresenceTrainer Mr. S. Narredu was fined Rs.500/ for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge STAR PRESENCE Subsequently All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.
Aim To WinJockey C. Harish, the rider of AIM TO WIN, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to GRAND TOPAZ (Vivek) which had to shift out further causing STAR PRESENCE (D.K. Ashish) travelling behind to stumble approaching the 800 Metres.

Storm ChaserLA CARONA (A.R. Mani) sustained an injury on right fore cannon.

Alacrity (O)Jockey Harish, the rider of ALACRITY, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to RULE OF ATTRACTION (Gaurav Sapra) soon after the start. ALACRITY (Harish) accidentally brushed the false rails approaching the 1200 Metres.
She's BigJockey M.Mark the rider of SHE`S BIG was reprimanded for using his whip beyond the point of shoulder.
Rule Of AttractionTrainer Mr. G. Nityanand was fined Rs.500/ for making an error in the starting declaration in respect of his charge RULE OF ATTRACTION.
Gentle LegendGENTLE LEGEND (D.K. Ashish) accidentally brushed the false rails approaching the 700 Metres.
AllegroALLEGRO (H.G. Rathod) stood flat footed and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in two jump outs on starting gate practice days.

5 (44) THE SIR M.VISVESVARAYA MEMORIAL CUP-DIV.I
A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65 - (4 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)		 1400M
MacMAC (S. Shiva Kumar) was withdrawn before coming under Starter`s Order as the horse was extremely fractious and refused to be loaded.
So Much MorePermission was granted to trainer Mr. J.S. Dhariwal to withdraw SO MUCH MORE on veterinary grounds at 9.00 a.m. on 3052009 as it was found to be walking lame on left fore due to sprained shoulder. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Phoenix ReachPHOENIX REACH (Gaurav Sapra) sustained bleeding gum injury.
Enduring StarJockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of ENDURING STAR reported that his mount was not striding out well in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. Subsequently the veterinary Officer reported that the horse was lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Man UnitedMAN UNITED (A. Ashhad Asbar) shifted in and bumped PHOENIX REACH (Gaurav Sapra) soon after the start. Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar, the rider of MAN UNITED, was warned for using the whip beyond the point of the shoulder.
MantharaJockey B. Srinivas Rao, the rider of MANTHARA, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and bumping ENDURING STAR (Suraj Narredu) soon after the start.
South ParadiseJockey S.R. Santosh Kumar, the rider of SOUTH PARADISE, was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing PHOENIX REACH (Gaurav Sapra) soon after the start.
