Our website www.racingpulse.in was out of service for to two weeks because our server was hacked by Ransomware. It was a herculean task to restore all the files as our data base is quite extensive. After a frustrating wait, we have been successful in resuming our activity. During the 15 years of existence, we had not faced such a serious issue.
We regret the inconvenience caused to our esteemed patrons. There was no way we could communicate to all our patrons as the website was down and could not be re-started without restoring the files. Though our website was hacked in the year 2017, we were able to restore it in a matter of few days but this time it took longer as the ransomware had affected out service providers and hence the issue was not in our control.
