Classic Concept	Jockey Ahsan Qureshi, the rider of SWISS CHOCOLATE, was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to ROYAL LIASON (Irvan Singh) on his inside passing the 1500 Metres.
Royal Liason	Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of ROYAL LIASON, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and taking out MYSTIC ENCHANTRESS (J.G. Sampson) on his outside approaching the 1400 Metres.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m GRACIAN. The Stipendiary Stewards reported Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav to the Stewards for the inconsistent pattern of running and the resultant reversal of form of his charge GRACIAN (Amyn Merchant) the winner of this race as compared to its previous run in Race No.92, of Mysore Summer Races 2010, i.e., The Varahi Cup (About) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45 run on 29th July, 2010 when ridden by Jockey Melvyn Maseyk, it ran unplaced. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and examined Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav. After deliberations, they decided to fine trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav a total sum of Rs.20,000/ for the unsatisfactory explanations tendered during the enquiry and for the inconsistent pattern of running and the resultant reversal of form of his charge GRACIAN, the winner of this race, as compared to its previous run in Race No.92 of the Mysore Summer Races 2010, when ridden by Jockey Melvyn Maseyk, it ran unplaced.

It was observed that due to a closely packed field the following horses viz. BULLISH LUCK (M. Madhu Babu) WINNING TALE (Ladjadj Stephane) and BOSTON RANGER (S. John) could not get a clear run approaching the 1100 Metres.

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to the Stewards for the inconsistent pattern of running and the resultant reversal of form of his charge DESTINY’S WISH (P.S. Chouhan) the convincing winner of this race as compared to its previous run in Race No.75 of Mysore Summer Races 2010, i.e., The Girinagara Plate(About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 25 and below, 5 years old and over run on 19th July, 2010 when ridden by Jockey M. Mark, it ran unplaced. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and examined Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi. After deliberations, they decided to fine trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi a total sum of Rs.20,000/ for the unsatisfactory explanation tendered during the Stewards enquiry and for the inconsistent pattern of running and the resultant reversal of form of his charge DESTINY’S WISH, the convincing winner of this race, as compared to its previous run in Race No.79 of the Mysore Summer Races 2010, when ridden by Jockey M. Mark, it ran unplaced.
Track Wonder	Jockey Melvyn Maseyk, the rider of TRACK WONDER, was fined Rs.3,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (2nd infringement).
Classic Movements	CLASSIC MOVEMENTS (M. Rajesh Kumar) after jumping out refused to raise a fluent gallop and ran detached from the field. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.CLASSIC MOVEMENTS (M. Rajesh Kumar) sustained gum injury. CLASSIC MOVEMENTS (M Rajesh Kumar) – Was slowly away and refused to raise a fluent gallop after jump out. Advised to give adequate gate practice.

Guided Missile	Jockey J. Paswan, the rider of GUIDED MISSILE, was fined Rs.3,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (2nd infringement). Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g GUIDED MISSILE.
Evanston	Compulsory Sample was taken for analysis from b g EVANSTON.

Kapathos	Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g KAPATHOS.
Sun Device	Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of SUN DEVICE, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 800 Metres due to a closely packed field.
