Dream Dancer	Explanation of Jockey J.H. Christopher (DREAM DANCER) that his mount was trying to run out in the straight in the process shifted out at about 300 metres forcing out A FIRE WORK (HARISH), noted.
Emerald Bay	EMERALD BAY (M.F. ALI KHAN) tried to run out throughout the race whereby the Jockey was unable to ride out his mount to complete advantage. Trainer L.D’Silva was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance.
A Fire Work	A FIRE WORK (HARISH) lost his hind action as the start was effected and then veered out losing 1 or 2 lengths inspite of the Jockeys efforts.
Come On Charlie	Jockey T.S. Jodha (COME ON CHARLIE) cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts in the straight.
Charging Cheeta	CHARGING CHEETA (M. KRISHNA) jumped out slowly losing about 2 to 3 lengths and thereafter the gelding trailed the field.

Apple Valley	Jockey M.F. Ali Khan (APPLE VALLEY) cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts throughout the race to be well up with the field in future.
Fabulous Gal	App. Nitin Singh (FABULOUS GAL) cautioned for shifting out at about 700 metres forcing out DEMOCRACY (R.B. SHINDE).

Manduro	Jockey A. Abhinay (MANDURO) cautioned for shifting out at about 700 metres taking the ground of VIJAY DHANUSH (T.S. JODHA) and for maintaining an erratic course in the straight.
Ice Man	Jockey A. Imran Khan (ICE MAN) cautioned for shifting out after the start forcing out SIKANDER E ALAM (J.H. CHRISTOPHER) and SHES GOT THE LOOK (AADESH KUMAR).

Mission Chief	Explanation of Trainer Anupam Sharma regarding his instructions to Jockey Aadesh Kumar (MISSION CHIEF) were to go to the front and to do his best in the straight however his charge who had gone to front was chased by his stable mate SILVER BULLET (APP. NITIN SINGH) was therefore forced to tuck in 2nd position, noted for future reference.
Fly By Wire	Jockey Harish (FLY BY WIRE) reported that his mount dropped the bit at about 800 metres and lost his whip in the last 50 metres.
Gentlemans Deal	Explanation of Jockey T.S. Jodha (GENTLEMANS DEAL) that his instructions were to sit off the pace and make his move from about 800 metres. Jockey T.S. Jodha added that his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts, was confirmed by Trainer Laxman Singh. Trainer Laxman Singh stated that he had no plausible explanation to offer for the poor performance of his charge. Both Trainer Laxman Singh and Jockey T.S. Jodha’s explanations were noted for future reference.
Silver Bullet	Explanation of App. Nitin Singh (SILVER BULLET) that his mount was keen soon after the start and found himself in front was therefore unable to carry out his instructions of positioning his mount 3rd or 4th, noted.
Shakin Stevens(O)	SHAKIN STEVENS (SATISH NAYAK) slow out losing about a distance and then refused to raise a gallop. SSC revoked.

5	(141)	THE SALARJUNG CUP A Handicap for Horses rated upto 50 - 4 YEARS OLD & UPWARD(Category-III)	1400M

Indian Storm	Jockey A. Abhinay (INDIAN STORM) fined Rs. 1,000/ for the inept handling of his mount in the straight.
Temple Bells	Jockey J.H. Christopher (TEMPLE BELLS) fined Rs. 2,000/ for shifting in 50 metres after the start causing interference to ASIAN DELIGHT (SURAJ NARREDU). TEMPLE BELLS (J.H. CHRISTOPHER) trotting lame on her left fore due to fetlock joint sprain.
Taste Of India	TASTE OF INDIA (K. GANESH) and ONERA ONERA ONERA (APP. NITIN SINGH) were forced to be checked soon after the start due to the wall of horses in front.
Hospitality	Jockey R. Laxmikanth (HOSPITALITY) cautioned for shifting in after the start taking the ground of NARWHAL (M. KRISHNA).

Sugar Baby	Jockey N. Rawal (SUGAR BABY) cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts in the straight.

Mystic Impact	Explanation of Jockey Harish (MYSTIC IMPACT) that his instructions were to position his mount a close 3rd or 4th which he could not follow as his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his efforts was confirmed by Trainer J. Silvester. Both Trainer J. Silvester’s and Jockey Harish explanations were noted for future reference.
Booster	CITI CHIEF (CH K CHARY) lost his footing at the start losing about 1 or 2 lengths.
