1	(50)	THE MUDIGERE PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 25 & BELOW - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1600M

Mystic Crown

Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Bobby M to substitute Jockey P. Mani to ride MYSTIC CROWN in place of the declared rider. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Bobby M., to withdraw MYSTIC CROWN (N. Narender Kumar) on veterinary grounds Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to withdraw JAYA MASI (Malcolm Maseyk) on veterinary grounds as it was examined at 9.30 a.m. and found to be lame on right fore due to inflammation of tendon region. Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Kaliska

Jockey Himanshu, the rider of KALISKA, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to STCKIEWICKETDOTCOM (N. Tauseef Ahmed) rounding the final bend.

2	(51)	THE BUGLE ROCK PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 25 & BELOW	1400M

Prince Of Argyle	PRINCE OF ARGYLE (Ahsan Qureshi) sustained cut injury on left fore outer cannon The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Ahsan Qureshi, the rider of PRINCE OF ARGYLE to the Stewards for misconduct in that after passing the winning post the Jockey drew his whip in fore hand and struck Jockey M. Madhu Babu, the rider of PINE FOREST on the head. The Stewards interviewed the Jockey and after viewing the CCTV replay decided to suspend Jockey Ahsan Qureshi from riding in races from 1462009 to 2062009 (both days inclusive) for misconduct (Rule No.101(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing).
Raging River	RAGING RIVER (D. Gnaneshwar) sustained cut injuries on left hind outer cannon.
Mr Gama	Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde to substitute Jockey Md. Shafiq to ride MR GAMA in place of the declared rider.

3	(52)	THE SHIVAJINAGAR PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1100M

Arabian Speed	Jockey D. Mahendran, the rider of ARABIAN SPEED, was reported to the Stewards for careless riding (Rule No.161(i)) in that he caused interference at four different stages in the race as enlisted below: a. Soon after jumping out he bumped EXCEPTIONAL (drawn 10) causing the Jockey to check and fall back; b. Approaching the 1000 Metres he rolled in sharply and causes interference to GUN FIRE (K. Chethana); c. Approachi9ng the 600 Metres he shifts in and interferes with BIG BUDGET (Gaurav Sapra) d. Approaching the 400 Metres he shifted in sharply causing RUN FOR FAME (Md. Shafiq) to check and fall back along the rails. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and after interviewing the Jockey and after viewing the CCTV replay decided to suspend Jockey D. Mahendran from riding in races from 1462009 to 2062009 (both days inclusive) for careless riding (Rule No.161(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing).
Australis(O)	Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde to substitute Jockey M. Suresh to ride AUSTRALIS in place of the declared rider.
Run For Fame	Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.500/ for making an error in the Starting Declaration in respect of his charge RUN FOR FAME as regards shoeing.
Gun Fire	Trainer Mr. Bobby M was fined Rs.500/ for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge GUN FIRE. Subsequently All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used. Jockey K. Chethana, the rider of GUN FIRE, was fined Rs.1,000/ for coming in sharply and causing interference to SON OF FORTUNE (M.J. Gautam Raj Urs) approaching the 1000 Metres. GUN FIRE (K. Chethana) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Bobby M was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

4	(53)	THE S.V.SUBRAMANIAM MEMORIAL GOLD CUP A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45	1200M

Golden Flowers	As Jockey G.Y.Rajesh Babu was certified medically unfit to ride and also as no suitable substitute was available permission was granted to trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav to withdraw GOLDEN FLOWERS from the above race.
Amatol	Permission was granted to trainer Mr. C. Girinath to substitute Jockey M. Suresh to ride AMATOL in place of the declared rider. AMATOL (M. Suresh) sustained cut injuries on left hind pastern
Theodora(O)	Jockey Nasir Imam, the rider of THEODORA, was fined Rs.1,000/ for coming in and tightening the horses on his inside namely MINCHU (Nelson Maseyk), GOLDEN KISS (K. Chethana) and CILANTRO (M. Madhu Babu) approaching the 800 Metres.

5	(54)	THE KORAMANGALA PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 80-ABOVE	1600M

Our Little Savage	The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey D. Gnaneshwar, the rider of OUR LITTLE SAVAGE to the Stewards for misconduct (Rule No.101(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing) in that in a close finish in the race just after the winning post the Jockey stood up in the saddle turned around and whipped Jockey S. Chandrashekar, the rider of RED KEY POINT who was travelling next to him.
Mr Majestic	MR MAJESTIC (G. Vijay) pulled up lame on right fore leg. Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

6	(55)	THE WHITEFIELD PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65	1200M

Loremo	As Jockey Noorulla was injured after falling while going to the starting gates he was certified medically unit to ride. Hence LOREMO was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders.
Amelia Cordell	As Jockey G.Y. Rajesh Babu the declared rider was medically unfit and also as no suitable substitute available, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav to withdraw AMELIA CORDELL.
Maratha Conqueror	As Jockey R. Ravi was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the 4th race, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M to substitute Jockey Nazim to ride MARATHA CONQUEROR in place of the declared rider.
Angel Of Faith	ANGEL OF FAITH (N. Tauseef Ahmed) sustained a cut injury on right stifle joint.
