Time To Sparkle	Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g TIME TO SPARKLE.
Spark Of Symphony	Jockey G.Y.Rajesh Babu the declared rider of SPARK OF SYMPHONY was fined Rs.2000/ for failing to arrive to fulfill his riding engagement. Subsequently permission was granted to Trainer S.Ravi Shanker to substitute Jockey Shobhan Babu to ride SPARK OF SYMPHONY in the place of the declared rider. Jockey Shobhan Babu the rider of SPARK OF SYMPHONY reported that his mount was hanging in through out the race. Trainer Mr. S.Ravi Shanker was informed to get it checked by the Veterinarian and take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Lady Of Light	It was reported after the race that LADY OF LIGHT (A.R.Mani) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. P.C.Tejaswi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

2	(2)	THE ONCIDIUM PLATE- DIV.II A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1400M

Suave	Jockey H.G.Rathod the rider of SUAVE was fined Rs.1000/ for improper use of whip on his mount in that he hit the horse after passing the winning post. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g SUAVE.
Witch Doctor	Jockey S.Chandrashekar the rider of WITCH DOCTOR, was fined Rs.1,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

3	(3)	THE CAPT.NABI KHAN MEMORIAL PLATE- DIV.II A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65	1200M

Rasili	RASILI (Sameer Khan) was extremely fractious inside the gates and bolted from the gates dislodging the rider whereby the rider was injured. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters order.
Tina's Triumph	As Jockey Shobhan Babu was certified medically unfit to ride, after his ride in the first race, permission was granted to trainer Mr. M.Bobby to substitute Jockey Deep Shanker to ride TINA’S TRIUMPH in place of the declared rider. Jockey Deep Shanker the rider of TINA’S TRIUMPH was fined Rs.1,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
Darling Dynamite	As Jockey R.Ravi was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the first race, permission was granted to trainer Mr.M.Pratap Kamath to substitute Jockey Noorulla to ride BLOOD STREAM in place of the declared rider.
True Force	TRUE FORCE (J.H.Christopher) jumped awkwardly inwards while jumping out of the stating gate.
Sun Device	SUN DEVICE (S.Mallikarjun) after jumping out was inclined to swerve towards the left. Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one gate practice on a starting gate practice day.

Hidden Pleasures	Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b m HIDDEN PLEASURES.
Turbo Babe	TURBO BABE (Shanth Kumar) planted in the gates and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. S.Ravi Shanker was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
Time Is Precious	Permission was granted to trainer Mr. C.D.Monnappa to substitute Jockey Gaurav Sapra to ride TIME IS PRECIOUS in place jockey Shobhan Babu the declared rider.
Swiss Chocolate	Jockey Vijay Kumar the rider of SWISS CHOCOLATE reported that he lost his whip approaching the 500 Metres. It was observed that SWISS CHOCOLATE (Vijay Kumar) drifted out approaching the 300 Metres. Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

5	(5)	THE RAMANAGAR PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 60 & ABOVE	1600M

Nectar Jewel	Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g NECTAR JEWEL.
Beauty On Duty	Jockey Vijay Kumar the rider of BEAUTY ON DUTY was fined Rs.1000/ for dropping his hands before passing the wining post.
Theworldismine	Permission was granted to trainer Mr. M.Pratap Kamath to substitute Jockey Noorulla to ride THEWORLDISMINE in place of jockey R.Ravi the declared rider.
Holiday Date	The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that on examination after the race it was observed that the right hind shoe of HOLIDAY DATE (D.Mahendran) had apparently splayed during the race. Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was questioned regarding pattern of running of his charge HOLIDAY DATE. The trainer stated that his charge relishes to run from the front and he also added that his charge won when ridden in a similar fashion. His explanations were noted for future reference.

6	(6)	THE MIDNIGHT COWBOY CUP TERMS - 3 year old maidens only	1100M

Winning Desire	WINNING DESIRE (S.Rajesh) sustained a cut injury on left hind inside thigh.
Bahman	Jockey N.Ravinder Singh the rider of INTIFADA reported that soon after jumping out of the starting gates his mount shied away from the horse on his inside BLACK KNIGHT (S.Chandrashekar) as such he could not adhere to the trainers instructions to ride from well up and he also added that the horse was running green through out the race. Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Bucethalis	Jockey J.Paswan the rider of BUCETHALIS was fined Rs.3000/ for not making sufficient effort to improve his position till entering the straight.
All For Cash	Compulsory Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b g ALL FOR CASH.
Mystic Enchantress	Jockey Ch. K. Chary the rider of MYSTIC ENCHANTRESS reported that his mount was running green throughout the race.
Happiness (O)	As Jockey H.G.Rathod was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the 2nd race, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde to substitute Jockey S.Mallikarjun to ride HAPPINESS in place of the declared rider. Jockey S.Mallikarjun the rider of HAPPINESS reported that his mount was hanging out through out the race Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed to get it checked by the Veterinarian and take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

7	(7)	THE CAPT.NABI KHAN MEMORIAL PLATE- DIV.I A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65	1200M

Princess Nero	As Jockey S.Rajesh was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the 6th race, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Rakesh to substitute Jockey Ch. K. Chary to ride PRINCESS NERO in place of the declared rider. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b f PRINCESS NERO.
Place Her Well	It was observed that the saddle of PLACE HER WELL (B.Mahesh) had shifted back considerably during the race. After due examination of the equipment after the race, trainer Mr. M.Bobby was fined Rs.2,000/ for faulty saddling.
Vertex	VERTEX (S.Chandrashekar) jumped awkwardly outwards and bumped JEDI KNIGHT (S.R.Santosh Kumar) soon after jumping out of the gates.
Live It Up	Jockey M.Suresh the rider of LIVE IT UP was fined 5000/ for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the race.
Jedi Knight	Jockey K.Chethana the declared rider of JEDI KNIGHT was fined Rs.2000/ for failing to arrive to fulfill his riding engagment. Subsequently permission was granted to Trainer J.Sharavanan to substitute Jockey S.R.Santosh Kumar to ride JEDI KNIGHT in the place of the declared rider.
Matter Of Opinion	Permission was granted to trainer Mr.M.Pratap Kamath to substitute Jockey Noorulla to ride MATTER OF OPINION in place of jockey R.Ravi the declared rider.

8	(8)	THE KENGERI PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45	1200M

Samrat(O)	Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Rakesh to substitute Jockey J.Paswan to ride SAMRAT in place of jockey S.Rajesh the declared rider. SAMRAT (J.Paswan) was extremely fractious inside the gates whereby the rider was injured, under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters order.
Arkwright	Jockey S.Chandrashekar the rider of ARKWRIGHT reported that he lost his whip approaching the 250 Metres.
King Adler	As Jockey J.H.Christopher was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar to substitute Jockey Vivek to ride KING ADLER in place of the declared rider.
Game Face	GAME FACE (Shanth Kumar) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour trainer Mr. S.Ravi Shanker was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.
Mr Genious	An enquiry is being held in to the running and riding of MR GENIOUS trained by Mr. Bipin V Salvi and ridden by Jockey M.Suresh. The Stewards of the Mysore Race Club Ltd., at their Meeting held on Thursday, 27th May 2010, considered the report of the Stipendiary Stewards pertaining to the unsatisfactory riding (Rule No.161(ii) of Jockey M. Suresh on his mount MR GENIOUS in the above race (trained by Mr. Bipin V Salvi). After deliberations, they decided to (a) suspend Jockey’s Licence granted to Jockey M. Suresh from 2862010 to 1772010 (both days inclusive) for unsatisfactory riding (Rule No.161 (ii)) on his mount MR GENIOUS in the above race (permitted to ride work); and (b) note the explanations tendered by trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi.
Magic Wind	Jockey Gaurav Sapra the rider of MAGIC WIND was fined 1000/ for shifting in and causing interference to KING ADLER (Vivek) on his inside approaching the 250 Metres.
