1	(99)	THE SIRA PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 25 & BELOW - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1200M

Opera Priincess	Jockey D. Gnaneshwar, the rider of OPERA PRIINCESS, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 200 Metres.
Bulbasaur	Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of BULBASAUR, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 350 Metres.
Father's Glory	Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Singh was questioned as to how his charge FATHER’S GLORY had improved since its last start in race No.23 of The Mysore Summer Races 2009 where it finished detached from the field . The Trainer stated that his charge had two poor starts in this season he had laid it off for about two weeks and then gradually worked the horse after giving it couple of gate practices and also the horse had worked well which was the reason why he had fancied the horse. His explanations were noted.
Ultra Royal	As Jockey Gaurav Sapra was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to trainer Mr. T. Natraj to substitute Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh to ride ULTRA ROYAL in place of the declared rider.
Pocket Dynamite	POCKET DYNAMITE (S. John) returned stiff on both fore legs after the race. Trainer Mr. J. Chetan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Don'tforgetmaumann	DONTFORGETMAUMANN (G. Vijay) sustained bruises on either side of chest.
Strong Contender	Jockey Saddam Iqbal, the rider of STRONG CONTENDER, reported that he lost his whip approaching the 300 Metres.

Bullish Luck	An enquiry has been opened into the reversal of form of BULLISH LUCK trained by Trainer Mr. P.C. Tejaswi and ridden by Jockey G.Y. Rajesh Babu as compared to its last run in race No.72, The Abide PlateDiv.II(About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45, when ridden by Jockey Shanth Kumar it ran distance behind from the field
Khushi	Jockey S. Chandrashekar, the rider of KHUSHI, reported that he could not get a clear run approaching the 300 Metres due to a tightly packed field.

Berkley Square	Jockey Mohammed Shoaib, the rider of BERKLEY SQUARE, was fined Rs.1,000/ for improper use of whip during the race
Stckiewicketdotcom	STICKIEWICKETDOTCOM (G.Y. Rajesh Babu) took a fly jump Jockey G.Y. Rajesh Babu, the rider of STICKIEWICKETDOTCOM was questioned regarding his riding in that he travelled wide throughout the race. He stated that he was asked to ride from 5th/6th position and do his best in the straight. Since his mount took a fly jump, he could not obtain the position, he had to ride from 5 to 6 horses off the fence and thereon in the straight when he was making his run he was inconvenienced by ARYANSH (S. Rajesh) and did his best thereafter. His explanation were noted.
Aryansh	Jockey S. Rajesh, the rider of ARYANSH, reported that his mount was very erratic in the straight. Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed to get it checked by his Veterinarian and take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

4	(102)	THE AQUILA PLATE -DIV.II A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65	1400M

Bold Request	Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined 10,000/ by the Stewards for accepting his charge without showing it in a Mock Race when he had been specifically advised to do so after its last run. Subsequently the horse was permitted to be withdrawn.
Briannsta	Jockey Noorulla, the rider of BRIANNSTA, was severely reprimanded for riding an over confident race.
Veda Priya	VEDA PRIYA (D.Gnaneshwar) jumped out awkwardly.
Jedi Knight	Permission was granted to trainer Mr. P.C. Tejaswi to declare Jockey S. Chandrashekar to ride JEDI KNIGHT in place of the declared rider.
Feel My Heart	Jockey M. Suresh, the rider of FEEL MY HEART, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to JEDI KNIGHT (S. Chandrashekar) passing the 400 Metres.
Casino Royal	CASINO ROYAL (Afsar Khan) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
Oro Neiro	Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was questioned regarding the continued poor performance of his charge ORO NEIRO. The Trainer stated that this was only the 2nd start of this horse under his charge and he was yet to ascertain the merit of his charge. However he was informed by the Stipendiary Stewards to refrain from running his charge in a race until he is confident of better performance of his charge in future.

5	(103)	THE EL DORADO TROPHY A Handicap for Horses rated 60 & ABOVE	1200M

Arabian Speed	Jockey D. Gnaneshwar, the rider of ARABIAN SPEED, was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to BRAVO BEDFORD (Vijay Kumar) soon after the start. Jockey D. Gnaneshwar, the rider of ARABIAN SPEED, was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to HIGH TOWER (J. Paswan) approaching the 1000 Metres.
Windsor Square	Jockey D. Mahendran, the rider of WINDSOR SQUARE, was fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting in and tightening the field on his inside soon after the start thereby inconveniencing SPECIAL FORCE (M. Madhu Babu) which in turn bumped ARABIAN SPEED (D. Gnaneshwar) which further shifted in and bumped EONA (S. Rajesh) before passing the red marker post.
Eona	Jockey S. Rajesh, the rider of EONA, was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and bumping ARABIAN SPEED (D. Gnaneshwar) soon after the start.

Breed Apart	BREED APART (D. Mahendran) was observed to be running erratically in the final 100 Metres. Trainer Mr. C. D. Monnappa was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Zindabad (O)	ZINDABAD (Himanshu) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Everblazing	Permission was granted to trainer Mr. C.D. Monnappa to withdraw EVERBLAZING on veterinary grounds as it was found to have infected capped elbow on right fore and was also trotting lame. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Pat On The Back	PAT ON THE BACK (Himanshu) sustained a cut injury on left hind inside pastern.
Super Sha	Jockey G.Y. Rajesh Babu, the rider of SUPER SHA, reported that his mount was hanging out in the straight. It was impounded for veterinary examination and was found to have sharp molars. Trainer Mr. P.C. Tejaswi was fined Rs.2,000/ for his negligence.

Suave

An enquiry has been opened into the riding of SUAVE ridden by Jockey S. Shiva Kumar. The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey S. Shiva Kumar to the Stewards for unsatisfactory riding (Rule No.161(ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing) on his mount SUAVE in the above race. The Stewards also noted the letter from Mr. Sethia Das, the owner of the horse and trainer Mr. T. Natraj. The Stewards held an enquiry on 1372009, 1382009, 3092009 and 4112009. The Stewards after considering the evidence tendered by Jockey Shiva Kumar and trainer Mr. T. Natraj, acting on their on observation of the running of the race and after due deliberations were of the unanimous opinion that Jockey Shiva Kumar was guilty of Contravention of Rule No.151(a) & (b) of the BTC Rules of Racing in that he did not permit his mount SUAVE to run on it merit in the above race. Therefore, the Stewards at their meeting held on Wednesday, 4th November 2009, decided to give him a fresh charge sheet and the Jockey was asked to appear on Tuesday, 10th November 2009 before the Stewards to be examined by them. The Stewards after hearing the explanation tendered by Jockey S. Shiva Kumar and trainer Mr. T. Natraj and after detailed deliberations, decided to (a) suspend the Jockey’s Licence granted to Jockey S. Shiva Kumar from from 20112009 to 2422010 (both days inclusive) and report him to the Stewards of BTC for further action and not permit him to ride work during the period of suspension for not permitting his mount to run on its merit in the above race (Rule 159(a) & (b); and (b) fine trainer Mr. T. Natraj a total sum of Rs.20,000/ for his negligence in his duty as a trainer with regard to the running of his charge and for inconsistent explanation tendered during the Stewards enquiry.
