1	(138)	THE ADAM`S TREASURE PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1000M

Kiss Away	Passing 800 metres, KISS AWAY (App. Shammi Khan) shifted in and took the running of RATNAVALI (C. S. Jodha), who was checked by its rider. App. Shammi Khan has been reprimanded for failing to exercise for proper control over his mount.
Amaranza	After the race, AMARANZA was observed to have lost its left fore plate and NASEEBDAR had lost its right fore plate and had splayed its left fore plate.
Game Of Power	At the start, GAME OF POWER (Aadesh Kumar) was crowded and tightened for room, thereby losing its position in the race.
My Celina	After the race, RATNAVALI was found to be sore by the left hind leg. The mare has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.
Naseebdar	Trainer Jayantilal K Gor has been fined Rs.3000/ for putting in late Declaration in respect of his charge NASEEBDAR.

3	(140)	THE ICARUS PLATE TERMS - 3 years old only	1000M

Gold Vault	GOLD VAULT (D.A.Naik) was not permitted to run.
Aajaa Nachle	At the request of Trainer Altamash A Ahmed, AAJAA NACHLE was examined on 12/09/09 at 0830 hours and was found to have clip injury on the right hind pastern. As such the filly was certified unfit to race and hence was withdrawn on veterinary grounds.
Rajasthan Royals	RAJASTHAN ROYALS hooked one of its hind legs on the side platform momentarily when the start was given.
Fair Value	At the request of Jockey Shailesh Shinde, the saddle on FAIR VALUE which had shifted backwards, was readjusted. Thereafter, the gelding was restless in its Stall. Trainer Karthik G has been asked to give the gelding more gate practice and show him to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race the gelding. FAIR VALUE (Shailesh Shinde) was inclined to lugout in the straight. Trainer Karthik G has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race. The saddle on FAIR VALUE (Shailesh Shinde) slipped back during the race. Since the saddle was readjusted at the starting gate, no action has been initiated against the Trainer beyond advising him to be more careful in the future.
Again Gallop	Soon after the start, AGAIN GALLOP (J. Chinoy) shifted in due to close proximity to RAJASTHAN ROYALS (C. S. Jodha) on his outside.

4	(141)	THE PROTEUS PLATE - DIV-II TERMS - 3 year old maidens only	1400M

Glorious Stride	After the race, GLORIOUS STRIDE was found to have an abrasion on both the hind fetlocks.
Sparkling Spirit	Jockey Stephane Breux (SPARKLING SPIRIT) was asked whether he had received any interference in the early part of the race, to which he stated that he had not received any interference. However, the filly was running green and was shying away from the horse which was running on the outside. The explanation was noted.

Lago Medio

LAGO MEDIO (S.Sunil) was restless in its Stall. Since the gelding has bevahed in a similar manner in its previous start, Trainer Faisal A Abbas has been asked to show the gelding in a Mock race to the satisfaction of the Starter before next accepting to race. After the race, LAGO MEDIO was found to have an abrasion on the left fore pastern.

Avec Plaisir

AVEC PLAISIR (App.Prabhu Naidu) played up in its Stall. The mare was examined by the Club’s Sr.V.O who certified her fit to race. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to give the mare more Gate practice and show the mare to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials before next accepting to race. After the race, AVEC PLAISIR was found to be sore by the right fore leg and had an abrasion on the right fore hamstring. The mare has been stopped from racing until passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.

6	(143)	THE S.A. POONAWALLA MULTI-MILLION (GR. 2) TERMS - 3 years old only	1600M

Sea Ruler	SEA RULER (Imran Chisty) and CABRIOLET (M.Narredu) were reluctant to be stalled. Trainers CD Katrak and P Shroff have to give their respective charge more Gate practice and show them to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials before next accepting to race.
Cabriolet	Jockey M Narredu was questioned regarding his riding on CABRIOLET. The Jockey stated that his horse was travelling well coming in to the straight. As the horses negotiated the bend and straightened for home a gap appeared on the inside of MIGHTY CRUSADER as the colt swung out and he went for that gap which subsequently closed when MIGHTY CRUSADER again shifted in. He added that he could not shift out as he had NATIVE KNIGHT on his outside and he waited for few strides. It was put to the Jockey that near 300 meters there was a gap on the inside of MIGHTY CRUSADER and what made him to shift to the outside. The Jockey stated that he had made up his mind to come out since MIGHTY CRUSADER was inclined to shift in as its Rider tried to control his mount from luggingout. Trainer Vinayak, who had deputized for Trainer P Shroff, had instructed the Jockey to ride on his own race. He stated that the Jockey should have improved his position from the 800 meter. He further added that after entering the straight, the horse could not get a clear run and was held up at the crucial stage of the race otherwise, he was satisfied with the Jockey’s riding. The matter was reported to the Stewards for such action as deemed fit. Consideration of the matter was deferred to the next Meeting of the Stewards.
Mighty Crusader	Jockey Neeraj Rawal (MIGHTY CRUSADER) reported that his foot slipped back from the right stirrup iron at the start thereby placing him at a disadvantage and he was able to regain balance after travelling about 100 metres from the start. MIGHTY CRUSADER (Neeraj Rawal) was inclined to lugout during the race as such Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the colt.
Native Knight	NATIVE KNIGHT ( Stephane Breux) was placed fifth and DUKE OF WINDSOR (B.Prakash) was placed sixth by the Judge, in this race.

Blue Ray

At the start, BLUE RAY (App N. S. Parmar) was hampered for a clear run when its ground was taken by WILD TORRONADO (J Chinoy) who had jumped out awkwardly towards the inside. Due to the inward movement of WILD TORRONADO, CYCLADES (AM Tograllu) shied away and shifted inwards owing to which HIGHLAND FLAME (Imran Chisty) was steadied. App N. S. Parmar (BLUE RAY) was observed to have used his whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. Since this was the 4th offence of App NS Parmar with regard use of whip, the matter has been reported to the Stewards. Consideration of the matter was deferred to the next Meeting of the Stewards.

Slickkit

SLICKKIT (I.Shaikh) was restless in its Stall and jumped out awkwardly when the start was effected, momentarily unbalancing the rider. Trainer Altamash A Ahmed has been asked to give the filly more Gate practice and show her to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
