Jockey Aadesh Kumar (CARTE BLANCHE) fined Rs.3000/ for shifting in at about 700 metres causing interference to CLEVER PLOY (App.B.Mukesh). Explanation of Trainer D. Netto regarding the improved performance of his charge CARTE BLANCHE (AADESH KUMAR) that his charge in his previous race i.e., Race No. 167 had met a superior set in a terms race and also had a set back after that for which he was treated as such rested the gelding for a period over a month. The Trainer added that this being a handicap race and weaker set had been to his gelding’s advantage as such he had justed managed to win, noted. He was, however, cautioned to ensure that his charges raced more consistently in future.

AIR BENDER (D. GNANESHWAR) jumped out awkwardly towards outside taking the ground of PILLATRONICS (A. IMRAN KHAN). Explanation of Jockey D. Gnaneshwar (AIR BENDER) that his instructions were to go to the front or position his mount close up with the leader but his mount jumped awkwardly towards outside and then took time to raise a proper gallop as such he had to scrub his mount to settle in 3rd or 4th position , noted for future reference.
