Needforspeed	Trainer Mansoor Shah requested for the withdrawal of his charge NEEDFORSPEED due to late realization of the medication given to the horse. The said permission was granted and Trainer Mansoor Shah has been fined Rs.5000/ for accepting with a medicated horse.
Kingdom Of Love	KINGDOM OF LOVE (C.D.Hayes) luggedin in the straight. Trainer Imtiaz A. Sait has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
Kalpavruksha	After passing the 1200 meters, KALPAVRUKSHA (Daniel M Grant) shifted out and forced BORZU AGAIN (P. S. Chouhan) to shift on to LIGHT MY FIRE (Aadesh Kumar) who was inconvenienced and shifted out on to AMADOMIO (Hamir Singh). Jockey Daniel M.Grant has been cautioned for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
Borzu Again	Passing 400 meters, BORZU AGAIN (P.S.Chouhan) shifted out under use of the whip. Since no interference was caused, no action was initiated beyond advising Jockey P.S.Chouhan to be more careful while using his whip.
Amadomio	Jockey Hamir Singh (AMADOMIO) has been reprimanded for making insufficient efforts to follow his Trainer’s instructions.

2	(63)	THE RAPIDASH PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 0 TO 26	1200M

Refuse To Bend	In the final stages of the race, Jockey Nirmal Jodha (REFUSE TO BEND) used his whip with the right hand and allowed his mount to shift out and in the process went across (VIJAYI BHAVA) and inconvenienced TEASER (Harish) which could have cost him the race. Jockey Nirmal Jodha has been fined Rs. 5000/ for the improper use of the whip.
Vijayi Bhava	Jockey Riyaz Shaikh (VIJAYI BHAVA) has been reprimanded for changing course in the straight thereby losing valuable ground.
Tullamore	An enquiry has been initiated into the running and riding of TULLAMORE (Vikram Jodha) and a report will be submitted shortly.
Astro Boy	After the race, ASTRO BOY was observed to have an abrasion on his right fore canon.
Kings Power	At about 100 metres, EMERGING POWER shifted in hampering the running of ASTRO BOY (J.E.Pereira. Jockey G.Oza has been cautioned for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.

3	(64)	THE ALLAH RAKHKHA GOLD TROPHY - DIV - II A Handicap for Horses rated - - (2 year old maidens only)	1200M

Tromos	Jockey K.P.G.Appu (TROMOS) reported that his mount was inclined to lug out throughout the race. Trainer S.K. Sunderji has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the colt.
Princess Ruby	PRINCESS RUBY (Amyn Merchant) lugged out in the straight. Trainer C.D.Katrak has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.
Fire Queen	After the race, FIRE QUEEN was observed to have an abrasion on her left shank.

4	(65)	THE JOHNNIE WALKER GREEN LABEL TROPHY A Handicap for Horses rated 0 TO 26	1400M

Polar Glow	POLAR GLOW (H.G.Rathod) refused to be stalled despite all efforts. As such, the filly was withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s order. Tr.Narendra Lagad has been asked to give the filly more gate practice and show her to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race her
Calling The Shots	CALLING THE SHOTS (S.A.De Sousa) was inclined to lug out during the race. SAN JOSE (Y.S.Srinath) and BEYONCE (C.Rajendra) were inclined to lug out in the straight. Trainers Narendra Lagad, Bharath Singh and P.Shroff have been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race their respective charges.
Uruj	URUJ (App.Shailesh Shinde) lost about 3 lengths at the start. As this gelding had behaved in a similar manner in his last run, Tr.S.S.Shah has been asked to give the gelding more gate practice and show him to the satisfaction of the Starter, at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race him. Approaching the 600 meters, URUJ (App.Shailesh Shinde) shifted in when not sufficiently clear and hampered the running of BEYONCE (C.Rajendra). Apprentice Shailesh Shinde has been reprimanded for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
Destined Prince	Jockey Neeraj Rawal (DESTINED PRINCE) reported that his mount was inclined to lug out during the race. Trainer M.K.Jadhav has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
San Jose	Approaching the 800 meters, SAN JOSE (Y.S.Srinath) was steadied and dropped back due to which BEYONCE (C.Rajendra) was hampered for run and in turn shifted out and made contact with ETERNAL FLIGHT (P.S.Chouhan). Since the incident was accidental, no action has been initiated against anyone.

5	(66)	THE ALLAH RAKHKHA GOLD TROPHY - DIV - I A Handicap for Horses rated -	1200M

Aurora Aurealis	AURORA AUREALIS (C.Rajendra) hung out in the straight. Trainer Vinayak has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly. After the race, AURORA AUREALIS was observed to have an abrasion on her left hind pastern, REAL DREAM had an abrasion on his right fore and right hind pastern and WINGS OF ANGELS had an abrasion on her right hind fetlock.
Wings Of Law	Soon after the start. WINGS OF LAW (P .Belose) shifted in and in anticipation of the gelding shifting further in, Jockey S. A. De Sousa (POMME DE TERRE) who was racing behind, shifted out and in doing so made contact with AURORA AUREALIS (C.Rajendra). Jockey S.A. De Sousa has been cautioned to be more careful in the future.

6	(67)	THE TALISKER TROPHY A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 66	1400M

Personified	At the request of Trainer Karthik G., PERSONIFIED was examined by the Club’s V.O. at 0900 hours on 16/12/2007 and was found to have fever and was offfeed. As such, the gelding was certified unfit to race and hence was withdrawn on veterinary grounds.
Snow Ranger	After the race, SNOW RANGER was observed to have an abrasion on his left hind pastern.
Ishtar	ISHTAR (J.Pradeep) was reluctant to be stalled. As this filly had behaved in a similar manner in her last run, Tr.Hosidar Daji has been asked to take remedial measures and show the filly in a mock race to the satisfaction of the Starter before next accepting to race her.

7	(68)	THE JOHNNIE WALKER GOLD LABEL INDIAN 2000 GUINEAS (GRADE 1) TERMS - 3 years old only	1600M

Astraea

After the race, ASTRAEA was observed to have lost her right hind plate.

8	(69)	THE MAHARAJA SIR PRATAPSINGH GAEKWAD TROPHY A Handicap for Horses rated 60 TO 86	1400M

Cotswold Arms	Passing the 400 meters, COTSWOLD ARMS (C.Rajendra) shifted in due to which DESERT DUST (App.Shailesh Shinde) shifted in and made contact with SURAJ (Tony Farina). Jockey C Rajendra has been cautioned for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
Sea Storm(OLD)	After the race, SEA STORM was observed to have an abrasion on his left hind pastern.
Pepe Junior	Approaching the 200 meters, PEPE JUNIOR (P.S.Chouhan) shifted out and forced ALL THE RAGE (S.A.De Sousa) to shift out, who in turn carried LAHINCH (S.S.Rathore) wider. Jockey P.S.Chouhan has been cautioned for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.

9	(70)	THE WILD EAGLE PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46	1200M

Green Valley	In the final stages of the race, GREEN VALLEY (Neeraj Rawal) ducked outwards and hampered the running of TOUCH THE SKY (R Rupesh). Since the incident was accidental, no action has been initiated against anyone.
Monarchos(O)	At the start, MONARCHOS (App Kishore Kadam) shifted in and made contact with REIGNING SKY (Aadesh Kumar). App. Kishore Kadam has been cautioned for failing to exercise proper control over his mount. After the race, MONARCHOS was observed to have an injury on her lower gum.
Lucky Honey	The Clerk of the Scales reported that Jockey Amy Merchant (LUCKY HONEY, unplaced) had failed to weigh in. The matter was reported to the Stewards. The Stewards interviewed the Jockey and were not satisfied with the explanation tendered by him. However, since the horse had finished second last, the Stewards took a lenient view in the matter and decided to fine him a sum of Rs.3000/ for failing to weighin. Further, he was severely cautioned for the future.
Vicereen	VICEREEN (App.Dashrath Singh) was slowly out losing about 3 lengths at the start. Tr.Magaisingh P.Jodha has been asked to give the filly more gate practice before next accepting to race her.
