Tribal Warrior	TRIBAL WARRIOR (K.P.G.Appu) was inclined to lugin in the straight. Trainer Faisal A. Abbas has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
Item Bomb	After the race, ITEM BOMB was observed to be sore by the right fore leg. The mare has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.

2	(319)	THE MONIFIETH PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1000M

Catalunya	CATALUNYA (Sunny Chinoy) was observed to shiftin In the final stages of the race. Jockey Sunny Chinoy has been cautioned for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
Any Time Money	THE DREAMER (Vikram Jodha, dr.6) jumped out awkwardly towards the outside and jostled with CATALUNYA (Sunny Chinoy, dr.7), and in trying to balance, shifted in carrying RING BEARER (K.P.G.Appu) along with him and later on made contact with NASEEBDAR (I.Shaikh) and due to the impact of the jostle with CATALUNYA, Jockey Vikram Jodha lost his balance and in the process lost his right stirrup which he regained shortly. Jockey Vikram Jodha (THE DREAMER) reported loss of his whip approaching the 200 meters. The Stipendiary Stewards will be enquiring into the fall of whip and submit their report shortly.
Naseebdar	Jockey I Shaikh (NASEEBDAR) used his whip while his mount was drifting out in the final stages of the race and in the process hampered the running of RING BEARER (K.P.G.Appu). Jockey I Shaikh has been fined Rs.3000/ for improper use of the whip.

3	(320)	THE HER EXCELLENCY TROPHY A Handicap for Horses rated 0 TO 26	1200M

Encouragement	Jockey C.S.Jodha (ENCOURAGEMENT) has been fined Rs.3000/ for using his whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. After the race, ENCOURAGEMENT was observed to have an abrasion on the right fore pastern.
Bu Attifel	BU ATTIFEL (A.J.Nilesh) was slow in the stride, losing about a length at the start.
Just Blessings	JUST BLESSINGS (Anil Baandal) hung out in the straight. Tr.Sangramsinh N.Joshi has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.

Starlite Express

After the race, STARLITE EXPRESS was observed to have an abrasion on the right hind pastern and BEACON LIGHT had a wolf tooth on the right side of her mouth.

5	(322)	THE MAHARAJA SIR HARISINGHJI TROPHY (GRADE 3) TERMS - 4 YEARS OLD & UPWARD	1600M

The Hurricane

Jockey Y.S.Srinath (THE HURRICANE) was observed to have ridden his mount in check in the first two furlongs. Trainer C.D. Katrak when questioned in this regard stated the Jockey was instructed to ride from the rear and he took no offence to the Jockey’s riding. Jockey Y.S.Srinath confirmed the instructions and said that since the pace of the race was slow, he had to ride his mount in check and settle behind. The explanation was noted. Jockey Y.S.Srinath (THE HURRICANE) has been fined Rs.3000/ for using his whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount.

Totalitarian

TOTALITARIAN (Malcolm Kharadi) was slow in the stride, losing about a length at the start.
