1	(23)	THE ARISTOCRAT PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 25 & BELOW - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1200M

Record Time	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to withdraw RECORD TIME (S.Rajesh) on veterinary grounds, as it was lame on left fore due to shoulder sprain. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Queen Of Speed	Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m 5 QUEEN OF SPEED.
Alpha Centauri	ALPHA CENTAURI (Md. Shafiq) sustained multiple injuries on left hind pastern and right fore fetlock.
Gun Rock	GUN ROCK (Gaurav Sapra) sustained a cut injury on right hind bulb of heel.
Firey Business	Jockey G.Vijay the rider of FIREY BUSINESS was reprimanded for traveling wide all the way for no apparent reason.
Father's Glory	Jockey Afsar Khan the rider of FATHER’S GLORY reported that his mount was not galloping fluently. Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed to get it checked by his Veterinarian and take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Cartouche	Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner gr g 8 CARTOUCHE.
Jericho (O)	Jockey Nazim the rider of JERICHO was fined Rs.1,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (first infringement).
Regal Image	Jockey Noorulla the rider of REGAL IMAGE reported that he lost his whip approaching the 200 Metres. REGAL IMAGE (Noorulla) sustained a cut injury on left hind pastern.
Minchu	MINCHU (H.G.Rathod) sustained linear injury on left hind outer cannon.

Pancho Pete	PANCHO PETE (Md. Shafiq) sustained cut injury on right hind fetlock – Planter aspect.
Rain God	RAIN GOD (G.Y.Rajesh Babu) sustained clipped injury on left hind inside hock.
Exclusive Design	Jockey Afsar Khan the rider of EXCLUSIVE DESIGN was fined Rs.1,000/ for traveling wide rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.
San Gimminano	SAN GIMMINANO (M.D.Praveen) sustained clipped injury on left fore bulb.

4	(26)	THE H.H.MAHARAJA JAYACHAMARAJA WADIYAR GOLF CLUB GOLD TROPHY A Handicap for Horses rated 25 & BELOW	1400M

New Approach	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M to withdraw NEW APPROACH (R.Ravi) on veterinary grounds, as it was trotting lame on right fore due to inflammation of tendon. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Mahseer	Surprise sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g MAHSEER. The Stipendiary Stewards reported Trainer Mr. Santosh Rao S to the Stewards for the reversal of form of his charge MAHSEER (Imran Chisty), the winner of this race, as compared to its previous run in Race No.2 of the Mysore Summer Races 2009, i.e. The Carnival Plate (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 25 and below, run on 8th May, 2009, when ridden by Jockey M.J.GautamRajUrs, it ran unplaced. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race on Thursday, 21st May, 2009 and interviewed Trainer Mr. Santosh Rao S. After deliberations, they decided to fine him Rs.10,000/ for the reversal of form of his charge MAHSEER (Imran Chisty), the winner of this race as compared to its previous run.
Kar O Bar	KAR O BAR (KhalanderDrawn 3) jumped out awkwardly inconveniencing HURRICANE SPIRIT (S.Shiva KumarDrawn 4) on the outside and thereafter HURRICANE SPIRIT (S.Shiva Kumar) allowed the horse to further drift out badly causing severe interference to BULLISH LUCK (N.Tauseef AhmedDrawn 5), FAMOUS FOR FREE (G.VijayDrawn 6), SADDLE POINT (S.ChandrashekarDrawn 7), ACTIVISTO (Afsar KhanDrawn 8). Jockey S.Shiva Kumar was fined Rs.2,000/ for the above interference.
Born Purple	BORN PURPLE (M.Madhu Babu) jumped out awkwardly from the gates.
Activisto	ACTIVISTO (Afsar Khan) did not raise a fluent gallop. Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed to take appropriate corrective measures and not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

5	(27)	THE MYSORE CITY GOLD CUP A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1600M

Worth A Gold

Jockey P.Mani the rider of WORTH A GOLD was fined Rs.1,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (first infringement). Routine sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m 7 WORTH A GOLD.

Al Qamar

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Shanth Kumar the rider of AL QAMAR to the Stewards for unsatisfactory riding in that he never persevered with his mount in the final 150 meters when the horse was striding fluently. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race on Thursday, 21st May, 2009 and interviewed Jockey Shanth Kumar. After deliberations, they decided to suspend Jockey Shanth Kumar from riding in races from 31st May, 2009 to 10th June, 2009 (both days inclusive) for unsatisfactory riding (Rule No.161(ii)) on his mount AL QAMAR in the above race (permitted to ride work). The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Shanth Kumar to the Stewards for improper behaviour with the Stipendiary Stewards on Thursday, 21st May, 2009. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and after deliberations decided to fine Jockey Shanth Kumar Rs.5,000/ for his improper behaviour with the Stipendiary Stewards.

6	(28)	THE KOLLEGAL PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65	1400M

Elusive Prince	ELUSIVE PRINCE (M.Krishna) was permitted to be withdrawn as the rider could not do the required weight. Jockey M.Krishna the declared rider of ELUSIVE PRINCE was fined Rs.3,000/ for failing to do the required weight.
Greek Ship	Jockey D.Mahendran the rider of GREEK SHIP placed Second by the Judge lodged an objection against Jockey M.Madhu Babu the rider of DRAGONAIR placed First for “In the last 400 Metres the winner drifted out and in the last 150 Metres he took me out whereby my horse shied away and cost me a certain race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and interviewed the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to upheld the objection and revise the order of placings as under: GREEK SHIP I, DRAGONAIR II, ARTISTIC WAY III, WAY TO WEALTH IV, COPENHAGEN V. Surprise sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g 6 GREEK SHIP.
Stage Coach	Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was fined Rs.500/ for failing to use Blinkers on his charge, STAGE COACH (J.Paswan) for the use of which prior permission had been obtained. Subsequently, Blinkers were put on STAGE COACH (J.Paswan) before the start of the race. STAGE COACH (J.Paswan) sustained cut injury on left hind frog region.

7	(29)	THE MALAVALLI PLATE - DIV.I A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)	1400M

Royal Liason	ROYAL LIASON (N.Tauseef Ahmed) was fractious and refused to be stalled. Hence, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s Orders.
Outclas	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.Ranjeet Shinde to withdraw OUTCLAS (S.Chandrashekar) on veterinary grounds as it sustained a cut injury on left fore fetlock and trotting lame. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
You'remy Sensation	YOU’REMY SENSATION (I.A.Khan) sustained cut injury on left hind inner pastern and left fore bulb of heel.
