Rainbow Fog	Jockey Ch K. Chary ( RAINBOW FOG) cautioned for drifting out, in the final stages of the race for no apparent reason.
Muskaan	Explanation of Jockey N.M. Sequeira (REALTY SHOW) that his mount ducked in passing 400 metres catching him unaware, noted.
Green Mist	Jockey N.Rawal (GREEN MIST) fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting in at about 300 metres causing interference to RAINBOW FOG (CH.K.CHARY)
Designer	DESIGNER (S. SREEKANT) and WELCOME BABY (SK. FAROOKH) trailed the field for the greater part of the race. As this being their careers first run no action was initiated.

Hundred Flowers	The Stewards suspended Jockey Ch K. Chary (HUNDRED FLOWERS) from riding in races with effect from 5th to 11th March, 2009 both days inclusive for careless riding in that he made no effort to prevent his mount from shifting in soon after the start in the process crowding the runners drawn on his inside resulting in interference to KOHINOOR KING (RICHARD SMITH) and THE BEATLES ANGEL (M.F. ALI KHAN). Permitted to ride work.
Admire Aura	Jockey C. Ruzaan (ADMIRE AURA) cautioned for shifting in soon after the start onto COOL BROTHER (A. IMRAN KHAN). Explanation of Jockey C. Ruzaan (ADMIRE AURA) in the presence of trainer A. Vatsalya that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop at any stage of the race inspite of his best efforts noted for future reference.
Cool Brother	COOL BROTHER (A. IMRAN KHAN) tried to run out 50 metres after the start inspite of the Jockeys efforts.
Dancing Fairy	Jockey M. Krishna (DANCING FAIRY) cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts to be well up with the field throughout the race.

Yanamaria	App. R. Umesh (YANAMARIA) cautioned for drifting out in the final stages of the race for no apparent reason.
Royal Scotsman	ROYAL SCOTSMAN (APP. A. ASHHAD ASBAR) and DREAM DANCER (C. RUZAAN) did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race. Trainers K.S.V. Prasad Raju and A. Vatsalya were advised for better performance before next acceptance.
Dream Dancer	DREAM DANCER (C. RUZAAN) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.
Pavarotti (O)	PAVAROTTI (N.M. SEQUEIRA) slow into stride losing about 2 to 3 lengths.

Khaleels Pride	KHALEELS PRIDE (P.KAMLESH) refused to be stalled inspite of all efforts was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders. SSC revoked.
True Legend	TRUE LEGEND (SK. FAROOKH) was trotting lame on his left fore due to a sprained fetlock joint.
Orochi	Explanation of Jockey N. Rawal (OROCHI) that his instructions were to go to the front which he was unable to carry out due to the fast initial pace and in the straight inspite of his best efforts the gelding was unable to produce a fluent gallop was confirmed by Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was, noted.
Classic Art	CLASSIC ART (N.M. SEQUEIRA) trailed the field for the greater part of the race. Trainer M.V. Narayan Rao was advised for better performance before next acceptance.

Star Senora	Jockey P.S. Chouhan (STAR SENORA) cautioned for shifting in at about 300metres causing a check to VIJAYAM (RICHARD SMITH) on the rails. STAR SENORA (P.S.CHOUHAN) was trotting lame on her left fore due to sprained shoulder.
Sikander E Alam	Jockey Harish (SIKANDEREALAM) severely cautioned for shifting out whilst negotiating the final bend in the process causing a check to DASH OF CLASS (SURAJ NARREDU).
Armstrong (O)	Jockey R. Laxmikanth (ARMSTRONG) cautioned or shifting in at a bout 800 metres in the process causing a check to GOLDEN TRICKS (C. RUZAAN).
Vijaysena	Permission was granted to Asst. Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy to saddle VIJAYSENA (A. IMRAN KHAN) on behalf of Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh at their risk and liability.
Strategic Partner	STRATEGIC PARTNER (AADESH KUMAR) planted as the start was effected losing over a distance. SSC revoked.

6	(262)	THE REPUBLIC PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated upto 50 - 4 YEARS OLD & UPWARD(Category-III)	1400M

Tiara	Jockeys N.M. Sequeira (TIARA) and M.F. Ali Khan (MONOCHROME) cautioned for shifting out & in respectively at about 1100 metres in the process bumping each other.
Al Jameel	AL JAMEEL (SK. SHAROOKH) was forced to be checked at about 800 metres due to the crowding of the field. Jockey Sk. Sharookh (AL JAMEEL) cautioned to ride out his mounts past the post in future.
Queen Of Melody	QUEEN OF MELODY (P.S. CHOUHNA) and MONOCHROME (M.F. ALI KHAN) fell back from about 600 metres inspite of their Jockeys efforts finishing at the tail end of the field. Trainers S.A. Shehzad Abbas and S.S.F. Hassan were advised for better performance before next acceptance.

Jockeys A. Imran Khan (CHINA PEARL) and D. Gnaneshwar (UJJAINI) cautioned for jumping out awkwardly towards inside & outside respectively in the process bumping each other. Jockey A. Imran Khan (CHINA PEARL) cautioned for shifting out approaching 800 metres in the process forcing out HOSPITALITY (A. RAMANA).

Royal Light	Jockey D. Gnaneshwar (ROYAL LIGHT) fined Rs. 1,000/ for shifting out soon after the start causing interference to PENUMATCHA (APP. NITIN SINGH), SMARTY PRINCE (SURAJ NARREDU) and DECCAN PASSION (J.H. CHRISTOPHER).
Grand Act	Jockey R.B. Shinde (GRAND ACT) cautioned for shifting in at about 800 metres in the process causing a check to MADHO (A. RAMANA) and MANY THANKS (CH. K. CHARY).
Bakersfield	Explanation of Jockey Harish (BAKERSFIELD) that his mount was slow into stride loosing about 2 to 3 lengths and thereafter the gelding did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race, noted.
Deccan Passion	Explanation of Jockey J.H. Christopher (DECCAN PASSION) that his instructions were to position his mount 5th or 6th which he could not follow as he was interfered soon after the start and thereafter the filly did not show any interest in the race inspite of his best efforts was confirmed by Trainer S.S.F. Hassan was noted for future reference.
