Flaming Love	Passing the distance post FLAMING LOVE (Md Imran) drifted to the outer portion of the race track.
Honitus	HONITUS (B Mahesh) and KAMAKAZI (M Krishna) were slow to begin.
Earl Of Warwick	EARL OF WARWICK (Salim Khan) ran detached from the field. In view of its performance Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was informed not to accept with his charge until it is shown to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a mock race.

Vaani	At the request of Tr. R Alford b f VAANI was examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to be suffering from severe urticaria. Under the circumstances the filly was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. R Alford was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Sr. Veterinary Officer.
Accoast	ACCOAST (C Rajendra) and OAKDALE (Dashrath Singh) were fractious in their respective stalls.
Xena	XENA (Md. Islam) drifted to the outer portion of the race track approaching the 400 metres. Tr. Javed Khan was advised to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with his charge again.

3	(128)	THE P P GINWALA (JR.) MEMORIAL CUP A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65	1200M

Vignet	VIGNET (App B Srinivas Rao) jumped awkwardly from the gates dislodging its rider and finished the course riderless.
Arbroath	ARBROATH (Paul Mulrennan) drifted ‘outwards’ in the concluding stages of the race.
Accardo	ACCARDO (Irfan Ali) was fractious in its stall.
Black Falcon	BLACK FALCON (App Shezad Khan) reared up as the start was affected thereby losing considerable ground at the start. Tr. Bath was advised to give his charge adequate gate practice before accepting with it again.
Lycia Falcon	The Veterinary Officer reported that LYCIA FALCON returned bleeding from both nostrils. Tr. Rutherford Alford was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Sr. Veterinary Officer.

Giocometti	GIOCOMETTI (App J S Gowli) was slow to begin losing approximately two lengths at the start.
Threatone	THREATONE (Shailesh Shinde) was fractious in its stall.

Awesome Indian	AWESOME INDIAN (Shailesh Shinde) was fractious in its stall.
Cyclades	As App Babu Singh was declared medically unfit to ride, Tr. Sarfaraz Khan was permitted to substitute Jockey Md. Imran to ride his charge CYCLADES.
Spectacular Style	When afforded an opportunity to explain the running of his mount SPECTACULAR STYLE which ran detached from the field, Jockey Asghar stated that his mount was not striding fluently and hence he did not exert any pressure on his mount throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, the Sr. Veterinary Officer reported that no ailment was noticed. Tr. Bharath Singh was advised to report any ailment, if noticed, to the Sr. Veterinary Officer and not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a mock race.

6	(131)	THE INDIAN CHAMPION CUP (GR.1) TERMS - 4 YEARS OLD & UPWARD	2000M

Cambiasso	CAMBIASSO (B Prakash) which was very fractious in its stall dislodged its rider, ducked under the front gates and bolted. Under the circumstances the gelding was withdrawn with the permission of the Stewards before coming under Starter’s orders. The Starting Stall Certificate of the gelding has been revoked by the Starter.
Fleet Indian	FLEET INDIAN (T M Mclaughlin) was fractious while being stalled. Tr. J Babu Rao was advised to give his charge adequate gate practice before accepting with it again.
Silver Fox	SILVER FOX (C Rajendra) which was fractious while being stalled was slow to begin.

7	(132)	THE APERITIVO CUP A Handicap for Horses rated 80 & ABOVE	1400M

Credit Squeeze	Jockey Ashhad Asbar, the rider of CREDIT SQUEEZE, was fined a sum of Rs. 1,000/ for excessive use of the whip (1st offence).
Cairndhu	CAIRNDHU (Shailesh Shinde) was slow to begin losing approximately two lengths at the start.
Chios	Jockey B Prakash when afforded an opportunity to explain the running of his mount ch g CHIOS, stated that he was instructed to place his mount in 3rd/4th position in the early and middle stages of the race and to do his best thereafter. However, on entering the straight the gelding did not adequately respond to his efforts. On questioning, Tr. Shyam S Habbu stated that while he expected a better performance from his charge he was not inordinately disappointed. The gelding was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination no ailment was reported by the veterinary officer. Tr. Shyam S Habbu was informed to report any ailment, if noticed on his charge, to the Sr. Veterinary Officer.
