Brilliant Moon	After the race, BRILLIANT MOON, was found to be sound.
Tomorrows Dreams(O)	On questioning, Jockey Imran Chisty (TOMORROWS DREAMS) stated that his mount luggedin in the straight and as he tried to correct his mount, the gelding shifted out and carried MAGICAL MANTRA (YS Srinath) outwards who was steadied. Trainer HJ Antia has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding. After the race, TOMORROWS DREAM was found to be sound.
Fluent Victory	FLUENT VICTORY (Akash Agarwal) and HI DOLLY (Neeraj Rawal) were slowly out losing about 6 lengths and 4 lengths respectively. Trainers Narendra Lagad and DJ Surti have been asked to give their respective charges more gate Practice and show to the satisfaction of the Starter before next accepting to race.
Tintisa	TINTISA (AM Tograllu) was reluctant to reach the Start. Trainer Imtiaz A Sait has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the mare and ensure that the mare reaches the Start without causing any delay to the start of the race. At the start, TINTISA (AM Tograllu) lugged in and made contact with MAGICAL MANTRA (YS Srinath). TINTISA lugged out in the straight. Trainer Imtiaz A Sait has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the mare. After the race, TINTISA was found to be sound.

Golden Orra	Near 100 metres, GOLDEN ORRA (Towfeeq R Shaikh) shifted in as the mare lugged in and at the same time HOUDINI (Imran Chisty) shifted out and were involved in a jostle. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to take remedial measures with regard to GOLDEN ORRA and Jockey Imran Chisty has been cautioned for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
Sea Wonder	After the race, SEA WONDER was found to be sound.
Insite Soul	After the race, INSITE SOUL was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.

Sea Treasure

At the start, SEA TREASURE (R Hughes) jumped out awkwardly and went on to ASHWA PAARTH (Dashrath Singh). Since the incident was accidental, no action has been initiated against anyone. After the race, SEA TREASURE was found to be sound.

Illustrious

Near 1000 metres, ILLUSTRIOUS (C Rajendra) shifted in as the filly was being settled when she became keen as SUPERIOR QUEST (NG McCullagh) came alongside and went on the ASHWA PAARTH (Dashrath Singh) who in turn tightened SEA TREASURE (R Hughes) who was steadied and in doing so lost position and inconvenienced DEMONSTRATOR (YS Srinath). Jockey C Rajendra has been cautioned for not exhibiting proper care in handling of his mount.

Floods Of Fortune	After the race, FLOODS OF FORTUNE was found to have lost its left fore plate. FLOODS OF FORTUNE and ARISTOCRATIC were found to be sound.
Forward Charge	In the final 100 metres, FORWARD CHARGE (C Rajendra) lugged in and caused GREAT WHITE (Dashrath Singh) to shift in, who tightened DEEP PURPLE (App MA Roushan) along the rails. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.

Star Alliance	Jockey CD Hayes (STAR ALLIANCE) has been fined Rs.1000/ for using his whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. Further, he has been cautioned for shifting out under the use of the whip whereby NATIVE KNIGHT (Paul Mulrennan) was inconvenienced.
Native Knight	At the request of Jockey Paul Mulrennan his mount, NATIVE KNIGHT, was resaddled after reaching the start.

Distinguished	Jockey S Zervan (DISTINGUISHED) reported that his mount luggedin in the straight. Trainer Nina M Lalvani has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
Dancing Money	Jockey Zameer Sayyed (DANCING MONEY) has been reprimanded for not being vigorous in his riding effort in the straight.
Devilitto	Jockey R Shelar and Trainer Faisal A Abbas were questioned with regard to the running of DEVILITTO. The Trainer stated that the gelding had suffered an eye injury during the last Pune Meeting and was racing after a long gap. The Jockey stated that the gelding hungin in the straight and he had done his best. Not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by the Trainer, he has been cautioned and told to ensure that his charges put in better performance in future.
Game Of Power	Jockey Neeraj Rawal (GAME OF POWER) reported that his mount lugged out in the straight. Trainer Nana Ragunath has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
The Right Man	At the start, THE RIGHT MAN (A Sandesh) jumped out awkwardly and lost about 3 lengths.
Diamondzip	After the race, SEA DIAMOND, was found to be sound.
Warrior Prince (O)	Jockey R Biramne (WARRIOR PRINCE) reported that his mount luggedin in the straight. Trainer CD Katrak has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding. After the race, WARRIOR PRINCE, was found to be sound.

Albuurz	After the race, ALBUURZ was found to have a cut injury on the right fore cannon.
Silver Soul (O)	After the race, SILVER SOUL was found to be sound.
Appalina	At the Start, APPALINA (DK Ashish) shifted in and carried SILVER SOUL (Neeraj Rawal) inwards who was steadied and at the same time SEEN IT ALL (SP Ranjane) shifted out when carried outwards by SEA BUCANEER (R Shelar). Since the incident was accidental, no action has been initiated against anyone. Jockey DK Ashish (APPALINA) reported loss of whip near 300 metres.
Prince Of Troy	After the race, PRINCE OF TROY was found to be sore by the left fore leg. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.
Major Wager	App A Sandesh (MAJOR WAGER) reported that his mount luggedin in the straight. Trainer Rehanullah Khan has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
Arabian Empire	Approaching 200 metes, ARABIAN EMPIRE (TS Jodha) shifted in and weakened due to which SEA BUCANEER (R Shelar) who was following was forced to shift out and in the process went on to SILVER SOUL (Neeraj Rawal), who in turn went on to APPALINA (DK Ashish) who inconvenienced CRÈME DE LA CRÈME (Akash Agarwal). Since ARABIAN EMPIRE was reported to have broken a blood vessel, no action has been taken in the matter. The gelding has been stopped from racing for the stipulated period of 4 weeks and until passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.

Class Apart	Jockey CD Hayes (CLASS APART) reported that his mount kept an erratic course in the straight.
Araceli	ARACELI (C Alford) and SONEEYO (Dashrath Singh) were placed 5th and 6th by the Judge.
Mountain Ruler	At the start, MOUNTAIN RULER (Amyn Merchant) fly jumped.

Majestic Force	MAJESTIC FORCE (AM Tograllu) lugged out in the final 100 metres and went across FREE FOR ALL (R Shelar). Trainer Karthik G has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
Hill Ranger	Jockey R Hughes (HILL RANGER) reported that his mount charged the Gates prematurely. After the race, HILL RANGER was found to be sound.
Ashwa Prabir	Trainer Sangramsinh N Joshi has been fined Rs.1000/ for failing to produce the registered racing colours in respect of his charge ASHWA PRABIR. The Jockey wore Emergency Colours i.e. All Black.
