Musical ParadiseTrainer Mr. R.V. Manohar was fined Rs.500/ for making an error in the starting declaration in respect of his charge MUSICAL PARADISE as regards shoeing.
Gleam Of NightGLEAM OF NIGHT (Shakti Singh) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Karan Singh was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

2 (26) THE MINISTERIAL TROPHY
TERMS - 3 year old maidens only		 1400M
Noble ViewAn enquiry has been opened pertaining to the careless riding of Jockey Y.S. Srinath, the rider of NOBLE VIEW in the above race in that he caused 2 separate interferences one a severe interference to SANQUSAR (Suraj Narredu) on his inside soon after the start and the other one he came `in` and caused interference to NEEL GAGAN (D.K. Ashish) on his inside which in turn passed it on to SHOOT A RAINBOW (Ryan Marshall) along the rails approaching the 1100 Metres. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g NOBLE VIEW.
Flair QueenFLAIR QUEEN (S. Ramesh) sustained cut injury on left and right fore cannon.
CaprioskaAfter the race the Club`s Veterinary Officer reported that on examination CAPRIOSKA (Wayne Smith) had apparently lost its left hind shoe during the race.
SanqusarAs Jockey C. Alford was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar to substitute Jockey Suraj Narredu to ride SANQUSAR in place of Jockey C. Alford the declared rider.
Full OnAfter completing the course FULL ON (S. Selvaraj) collapsed while pulling up. After examination the Club`s Veterinary Officer reported that the horse died due to cardiac arrest.

Royal PlayerPermission was granted to trainer Mr. Amit Caddy to withdraw ROYAL PLAYER (J.E. Pereira) on veterinary grounds as it was suffering from Colic. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
AtlantusATLANTUS (S. Chandrashekar) was extremely fractious in the starting gates whereby the rider was injured and certified medically unfit to ride. Hence it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter`s Orders.
PinaakiniPINAAKINI (Shobhan Babu) sustained a gum injury.

4 (28) THE STAR CONTENDER PLATE-DIV.I
A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65		 1200M
Valiant BayAs Jockey Y.S. Srinath was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the 2nd race, permission was granted to trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy to substitute Jockey A. Imran Khan to ride VALIANT BAY in place of Jockey Y.S. Srinath the declared rider.
Sound Of NatureJockey K.P.G. Appu, the rider of SOUND OF NATURE, reported that his mount was hanging in throughout the race. Trainer Mr. L.D`Silva was informed to get it checked by his Veterinarian and take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Toofan ExpressJockey D. Gnaneshwar, the rider of TOOFAN EXPRESS, was fined Rs.1,000/ for the improper use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

5 (29) THE FERNHILL`S PALACE JUVENILE MILLION (GRADE II)
TERMS - 3 years old only		 1400M
Mark Of GibraltarPermission was granted to trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy to substitute Jockey Ch.K.Chary to ride MARK OF GIBRALTAR in place of Jockey Y.S. Srinath the declared rider. Trainer Mr. S. Ganapathy was fined Rs.500/ for making an error in the Declaration of Weight in respect of his charge MARK OF GIBRALTAR.
Fantastic QuestJockey B. Prakash, the rider of FANTASTIC QUEST, was fined Rs.1,000/ for coming `in` and causing interference to FLAMING ACE (A. Imran Khan) on his inside soon after the start.
Rare And PreciousTrainer Mr. Prithviraj was fined Rs.500/ for Not Declaring Weight in respect of his charge RARE AND PRECIOUS.
Royal AmberROYAL AMBER (Suraj Narredu) jumped awkwardly outwards from the starting gates. ROYAL AMBER (Suraj Narredu) burst its blood vessels after the race. Trainer Mr. S.K. Habib Khan was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Common KnowledgePermission was granted to trainer Mr. Laxman Singh to substitute Jockey K.P.G. Appu to ride COMMON KNOWLEDGE in place of Jockey C. Alford the declared rider.
Adamant ApproachTrainer Mr. Ananta Vatsalya was fined Rs.500/ for making an error in the Declaration of Weight in respect of his charge ADAMANT APPROACH.

6 (30) THE STAR CONTENDER PLATE-DIV.II

Little SplendourJockey Sk. Sharookh, the rider of LITTLE SPLENDOUR, was fined Rs.5,000/ for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the race.
CrackerjackCRACKERJACK (A. Imran Khan) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. S.K. Habib Khan was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a race day on the race track.

7 (31) THE DUPONT PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65 - (4, 5 & 6 YEARS OLD)		 1600M
Kaliyug RajaPermission was granted to trainer Mr. Samar Singh to withdraw KALIYUG RAJA (B.L. Paswan) on veterinary grounds as it was lame on right hind. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
LuckynumberslevinJockey D. Gnaneshwar, the rider of LUCKYNUMBERSLEVEN, was fined Rs.3,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (2nd infringement).
AlchesayeJockey Kishore Kadam, the rider of ALCHESAYE, was fined Rs.1,000/ for repeatedly changing course in the straight whereby he shifted out and pushed out PROUND AS A PEACOCK (Md. Shafiq) on his outside approaching the 300 Metres.

8 (32) THE SANTA ANITA PARK PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 00 TO 25 - (4, 5 & 6 YEARS OLD)		 1400M
Touch Of ParadisePermission was granted to trainer Mr. N.A. Ponnappa to substitute Jockey N.M. Sequeira to ride TOUCH OF PARADISE in place of Jockey S. Chandrashekar the declared rider.
Prince NorbertPRINCE NORBERT (C. Krishnan) sustained a gum injury.
