Balthazaar	Relying on a report from the Sr. VO, Trainer Imtiaz A Sait has been fined Rs.2000/ for declaring incorrect shoeing on his charge BALTHAZAAR. The gelding was declared with Aluminium but on examination it was found to have Aluminium, Both Fore High Heel. Passing 400 metres, BALTHAZAAR (Nirmal Jodha) shifted out and inconvenienced CALL TO ARMS (C.S.Jodha). Jockey Nirmal Jodha has been cautioned for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
Major Roberts	At the start, MAJOR ROBERTS (Amyn Merchant) jumped out awkwardly towards the outside forcing BEAU MONDE (Nadeem Alam) to shift out who in turn forced ENAKSI (J.Chinoy) to shift out and make contact with RUNNING BULL (App.S.Zervan). At the same time, RUNNING BULL (App.S.Zervan) shifted in while the apprentice tried to settle his mount and in the process took the running of ENAKSI (J.Chinoy). Since the incident was accidental no action has been initiated against anyone.
Beau Monde	After the race, BEAU MONDE was observed to have lost its left fore plate and RUNNING BULL had an abrasion on the right fore bulb of heel.

Major Wager	Soon after entering the straight, MAJOR WAGER (CS Jodha) hung in despite Jockey’s effort and hampered the running of ALGORITHMS (M Narredu). Trainer SK Sunderji has been asked to remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
Algorithms	After the race, ALGORITHMS was found to have upper gum injury.
Calling The Shots	Passing the 1200 meters, CALLING THE SHOTS (App Kishore Kadam) became keen as the Apprentice tapped his mount and due to lack of room in front, CALLING THE SHOTS clipped the hind heels of DANCING GLORY (Neeraj Rawal) and stumbled whereby the Apprentice lost his balance. Since the incident was accidental no action has been initiated against anyone. Apprentice Kishore Kadam (CALLING THE SHOTS) reported the loss of whip near 400 metres. Since this was the first occasion on which the Apprentice had lost his whip and the horse was out of contention, no action has been initiated against the Apprentice.
Star Of The Season	After the race, STAR OF THE SEASON was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.
Rage Of Angels	RAGE OF ANGELS (J.E.Pereira) jumped out slowly losing about 2 lengths at the start.

Shroff respectively. The matter was reported to the Stewards. After an enquiry, Trainer P. Shroff has been fined Rs. 1000/ for declaring his Apprentice to ride on his charge after having given permission to Tr.Subhag Singh to declare the same Apprentice to ride PARIS HILTON.
Arabian Emperor	Horse withdrawn on veterinary grounds due to fever RISING EMPEROR.
Urban Warrior	Horse withdrawn on veterinary grounds due to fever – URBAN WARRIOR.
Luis Figo	Horse withdrawn on veterinary grounds due to fever LUIS FIGO
Ka Ching	KA CHING (K.P.G.Appu) jumped out awkwardly. Trainer Mansoor Shah has been asked to give the gelding more gate practice before next accepting to race. KA CHING (KPG Appu) jumped out awkwardly towards the inside and went on to POLARISER (TS Jodha) causing its Rider to take evasive action. KA CHING kept throwing his head around and ran unsettled in the early part of the race.
Polariser	POLARISER (T.S.Jodha) was reluctant to be stalled. Trainer Jayantilal K Gor has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and to show him to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
Pacific Zone	Trainer M.K.Jadhav and Jockey Vikram Walkar were questioned regarding the running and riding of PACIFIC ZONE. Tr.Jadhav stated that he had instructed the Jockey to go to the front & if some other horse fights for the lead, then to sit 2nd and to do his best, which the Jockey conformed. On viewing the video recording, it was observed that the Jockey had not made sufficient efforts to hit the front as instructed, as such he has been fined Rs.3,000/.
