Jockey S.K.Jadhav has been fined Rs.2000/ for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.

2 (88) THE SANS PAREIL PLATE
TERMS - 3 year old maidens only		 1400M
CommanderCOMMANDER (Dashrath Singh) lugged out in the straight. Trainer Bezan Chenoy has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
Set To FlyJockey J.Chinoy (SET TO FLY) has been cautioned for allowing his mount to drift outwards in the straight.An enquiry has been initiated into the riding of SET TO FLY and a report will be submitted shortly.
ScarlattiJockey P.Trevor, the declared Rider for SCARLATTI informed on 25th August 2012 that he had erroneously accepted to ride SCARLATTI in this race and would not be able to fulfill his riding engagement as he had already accepted a ride in a Graded race at Hyderabad. As such, Jockey P.Trevor has been fined Rs.3000/ for failing to fulfill his riding engagement on SCARLATTI and Jockey B.Prakash was substituted in his place.

Hills And HeightsAfter the race, HILLS AND HEIGHTS was found to be sound, but having a cut injury at the right fore cannon. STROMBOLI had an abrasion at the right hind fetlock.
VibgyorNear 1200 metres, VIBGYOR (Akshay) was tightened and lost position.

Trainer Faisal A.Abbas has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.After the race, WEIZHOU was found to be sound, but having a cut injury at the right nostril. NATIONAL GLORY was found to be sound.
Star GoddessAfter the race, STAR GODDESS was found to be sore by the right fore leg. The mare has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.
National GloryNear 300 metres, NATIONAL GLORY (Dashrath Singh), who was weakening at that stage, shifted out and made contact with STAR GODDESS (Kavraj Singh).

Zoom ZoomTrainer M.K.Jadhav has been fined Rs.3000/ for putting in late Declaration in respect of his charge ZOOM ZOOM.At the start, ZOOM ZOOM (Shrikant Kamble) stumbled.

Three RosesPassing 800 metres, THREE ROSES (App.Nikhil Bhujbal) scrapped the rails and thereafter the filly became uninterested and trailed to field. After the race, THREE ROSES and ANGELS QUEST were found to be sound.

6 (92) THE DR.P.K.SARDESHMUKH MAHARAJ TROPHY (DIV-II)
A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46		 1000M
CapitanoNear 900 metres, CAPITANO (Dashrath Singh) shifted in and went across TRUMP CARD (V.Phadke) who shifted out in anticipation and caused MINUTE TO WIN IT (V.Chandrakant) to travel wide. Jockey Dashrath Singh has been cautioned.After the race, CAPITANO was found to be sound, but having a cut injury at the right hock and HURRICANE BIRD was found to be sound but having a cut injury at the left hind bulb of heel. MINUTE TO WIN IT had a cut injury at the right hind coronet and RESURRECTION was found to be sound.
Minute To Win ItJockey V.Chandrakant (MINUTE TO WIN IT) was observed to ease up his mount before passing the Post wjerenu he has possibly lost the 4th Place. The matter was reported to the Stewards. Consideration of the matter has been to the next meeting of the Stewards.
Adams VisionAt the start, ADAMS VISION (C.S.Jodha, dr.3) fly jumped and jostled with WINCHESTER (A.Ashhad Asbar, dr.4) who had jumped awkwardly inwards.

7 (93) THE GRUEZI PLATE (DIV-I)
TERMS - 3 year old maidens only		 1200M
She's SweetSHE’S SWEET (Akash Agarwal) was reluctant to be stalled. MOON RAKER (Vikram Jodha) jumped awkwardly and tried to drift outwards thereby losing about 5 lengths at the start. Trainers Zadmal Singh and S.K.Sunderji have been asked to give their respective charge more gate practice and show them to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
Danse DebonaireJockey A.Sandesh (DANSE DEBONAIRE) reported that his mount lugged out while negotiating the bend and in the straight. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
Moon RakerAfter the race, MOON RAKER and STAR GAZING were both observed to have a cut injury at the left hind pastern and HOT AS ICE had a cut injury at the right hind bulb of heel.
Royal DestinyApproaching 400 metres, ROYAL DESTINY (S.N.Chavan) was hampered for a run and steadied when MOON RAKER (Vikram Jodha) shifted in. Jockey Vikram Jodha has been cautioned.

8 (94) THE THREPTIN FILLIES` & MARES` STAKES (GR.3)
TERMS - 3 YEARS OLD & UPWARD		 1800M
Alma MaterAfter the race, ALMA MATER was observed to have a cut injury at the right hind pastern and fetlock and BLING had an abrasion at the right shoulder and also had a gum injury.
NadiaAfter the race, NADIA was found to be sore by the left fore leg. The filly has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.
BlingBLING (Dashrath Singh) was reluctant to be stalled. Trainer Sanjay Kolse has been asked to give the filly more gate practice and show her to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

Ice ZoneJockey S.Zervan (ICE ZONE) reported that his mount was inclined to lug in during the race. Trainer H.J.Antia has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.

NicanoraJockey K.Deepesh (NICANORA) reported that his mount lugged in during the race. Trainer S.K.Sunderji has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.

Star StormSoon after the start, STAR STORM (B.Sreekanth, dr.9) shifted in and interfered with NANINA (C.S.Jodha, dr.8) who was tightened on to ASHWA YODHAA (Amyn Merchant, dr.7). Jockey B.Sreekanth has been fined Rs.2000/ for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.STAR STORM (B.Sreekanth) who had shifted in after the start, shifted outwards due to the presence of SOLID ROCK (Nirmal Jodha) and caused ARABIAN FIGHTER (App.Prabhu Naidu) to shift out, who in turn forced MACHALA (Imran Chisty) to travel wide.Jockey B.Sreekanth (STAR STORM) reported that his mount lugged out during the race. Trainer Karthik G. has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.Trainer Karthik G. was questioned regarding the poor performance of STAR STORM. The Trainer stated that the filly had run a good Mock race in which she had not hung out, on the basis of which he had fancied her and he was disappointed with her performance. He added that he was unable to point out any specific reason for the poor performance except that the horse was hanging out and did not show any interest in this race. To another question, he added that the filly was sound after the race. The explanation was noted for future reference.After the race, STAR STORM and DANCING MONEY were found to be sound.
